What an amazing Bay Area franchise! I got a stamp card and I'll definitely be visiting again the next time I visit NorCal! We got ice cream as a dessert after getting some AYCE BBQ and this was the perfect place to get something that's sweet but not too sweet. Decent amount of parking and I love the photo op statue and the cute ice cream cone seats they have outside too. Love the little bit of personality there. There's seating and tables inside and if you want to try a flavor, they're more than happy to let you sample them. Customer service is friendly and they STACK the scoops of ice cream. Got a triple scoop and we had to get lids and take it to go since it was so much ice cream. More than enough to share and take home as leftovers. Our friend got a croffle and loved it. They also have boba drinks, ice cream cakes, and ice cream pints too. Make sure to call in advance just in case. For our triple scoop, we got the: 1) Lychee Rose: -Real lychee with rose water flavor. -Sweet lychee flavor with an ending note of rose water. Very elegant and complex flavor and definitely something I would expect from a fancy artisanal ice cream place. Good stuff and definitely recommend if you're a rose flavor fan. Not artificial or overbearing like other rose flavored items. 2) Peach Oolong: -Subtle taste of oolong tea with the sweetness of white peaches. -It's a very Asian inspired flavor and reminds me of those yummy peach oolong boxed teas that you can get from the Asian market. -This was my favorite of the 3 and I devoured this one first (after taking it back as leftovers). Definitely will get this again. 3) Pina Colada: -Creamy coconut with real pineapple chunks inside. -Not tart whatsoever, you get a fresh burst of pineapple taste from the chunks, but it's largely a coconut flavor ice cream with the subtle taste of pineapple. Refreshing, tropical summer flavor. All of their ice cream is super smooth, creamy, with a velvety texture. Even putting in the freezer and enjoying 1-2 days after, still great quality. They sold out of their super cute mascot keychains, but hopefully the next visit I can get one!
This place us bomb. Give u ALOT of ice cream in a scoop. I enjoyed my ube and cookie monster. I would def try the tea flavored one if it were day time bc the caffeine. All the flavors sound so yummy and the taste profile matches for asians so so happy! This place is far from me but i hope i get to visit again if in area.

Decided to stop by for some ice cream since I've had this spot bookmarked for a while. There were only a few customers inside on a Sunday around 5pm. We were able to try a few flavors before ordering. My favorite was the Cookie Monster since it has Oreos and cookie dough. We also got a scoop of their Black Sesame and it wasn't as creamy as I'd thought it would be. I also appreciated the huge scoops that we were given. Overall, a decent ice cream spot to check out if you're in the area. It's nice that they have unique flavors such as lychee, oolong, earl grey tea. I'm glad we were able to stop by and check this off my list.
Was trying to come here before watching the Fourth of July fireworks yesterday but little did we know how crazy Calaveras was during this time. Left the area and went to watch fireworks at Great America. Called to check how busy they were post fireworks, and was told the line was out the door. Came back this evening and perfect for us, no line! They were super nice, let us sample a bunch of different flavors before deciding on the Ube milk tea float, Chocolate Oreo float, Mochi matcha croffle with matcha ice cream, and toasted coconut croffle with ube ice cream. Sooo delicious! The croffle is a cross between a croissant and a waffle. Wished their loyalty card was for each item purchased and not for each visit, which would make more sense, IMO, but still grateful that they have a loyalty program. We'll be returning, for sure!
If you want your bang for your buck, come here. The scoops are so massive and reasonably priced for the unique flavors. I ordered fruity pebbles and it was pretty accurate, I just didn't care for the soggy/firm cereal pieces. Service is chill and the inside is cute. Plenty of seating options. Pet friendly patio, no non-dairy options.

If you're not feeling just ice cream, they have croffles and drinks as well! A flavor I don't see as often is tofu and it was surprisingly delicious! I'm not sure when they will have it again, but I sure hope it will be available the next time I go! It reminds me of something from my childhood. Overall: Nice dessert option!
Parking: large parking lot with a bunch of spots Interior: well lit, clean, and a few tables for small groups or combine for medium size groups. Maybe only around 10ppl can be seated. Wait Time: Went after dinner on a weekend and there was no wait, but multiple groups came after us and it was packed. Service was amazing! Staff helped with samples and got our orders ready quick. Items Order: Triple scoop $8.50 - BRUH LOOK AT IT! That's 1.5pints. Each scoop is literally a large size cup which we had to get and divide up to take home. There are lids too but smoove really be serving the best scoops! 9.5/10 Ube - Ube flavor was very good. Strong and authentic flavor. Super smooth and creamy. Not sure why but Afters ube ice cream still is the best but this is a close second. It might be just missing a contrasting texture to change up the taste profile but still bomb ice cream. 10/10 Thai tea - FIRE! Flavor was so goood! Strong tea flavor, rich, creamy, smooth, and just sweet enough. 7.5/10 Jasmine - might be a tough rating because the ice cream is also good but I think after eating ube and Thai tea, this one couldn't compare. Jasmine flavor is on the lighter side
One of the best ice cream shops I have been to! The flavors all taste very distinct, fresh, and not-too-sweet. On top of this, the serving is MASSIVE. Huge props to the ice cream staff that provided some of the best service I have experienced. The price is also very reasonable, if not cheap. An absolute must try if you are in the Milpitas area! 5/5 - Lychee Oolong/ Ube/ Cookies and Cream - Can't go wrong with any of these flavors. We got a triple scoop and regretted it because of how much the serving was. Nevertheless, I never got tired of eating it until I was full, because the flavor was so good. Of course, there's sugar, but it is not overwhelming! The lychee tasted floral and fruity, the ube tasted much more like the purple yam than sugary, and the cookies and cream was light.
Food: my absolute favorite is the Ube flavor ice cream! Service: always so nice!! Even when they are packed with customers the guys helping out are so kind!! Atmosphere: varies but overall it a chill very aesthetic place. If you spend over a certain amount, you get a free keychain!!!! So cute!
Ice cream with lot of variety but the flavors aren't too good. I had the mango and earl grey tea ice cream, the flavors were not intense enough. Lychee white peach fruit tea was great, refreshing with some real fruits like blueberries, lychee and orange. They have weekday specials, croffle and drinks $12, seems like a good deal. We found this ice cream spot through Yelp and decided to check it out. Right before you walk in, there's a big display showing an ice cream float, which immediately caught our attention. The people working there were very kind and patient. We asked to try several different flavors, and they happily offered samples. Honestly, everything we tried was pretty good, which made it hard to choose. We ended up ordering two regular scoops and one scoop split into two minis. The regular scoops here are huge, so this was perfect for sharing. For the two regular scoops, we got ube and mango. For the split minis, we chose matcha and jasmine milk tea. All the flavors were so good and incredibly creamy. The ube was rich, the mango was refreshing, and both the matcha and jasmine milk tea had great flavor without being too sweet. Definitely a place we'll be back to!
Cute little spot with a great variety of Asian flavors! The service was very quick and the workers were kind to let me sample a bunch of flavors before I eventually decided on Jasmine milk tea and black sesame. No joke, this is probably one of the best tea-flavored ice creams I've had. The jasmine was so fragrant and it was the perfect level of sweetness. The black sesame was really yummy too, I loved the amount of sesame seeds, they added nice texture in every bite. Reasonably priced as they are generous with the scoops too. Only comment is we opted not to sit inside the store and enjoy our ice cream because the chairs were dirty and the tables were clearly not wiped down. read more

Very attentive and quick. You get a beeper for certain orders but the ice cream they scoop immediately. Lots of nice asian flavors along with a few classics. You're able to sample some of them. Large portions. Pretty quiet, not crowded. Lots of comfy seating. Clean. Ube milk tea float was on the sweeter side but good flavor. Ice cream very smooth and milky. They sell cute ice cream cakes as well. I would come again to try some other flavors. read more

Love this local place and their huge selection of flavors! Top sellers are their ube, durian, and rose. Service : Order at the front and they have a online menu as well. Item comes out very quickly and they have a stamping system for your purchases. 10 stamps will allow you to redeem an item. It would be nice to have an online stamping system like cashapp or something so that customers don't have to hold onto a physical card. Deals: Happy Hour Deal Mon-Fri (1pm-5:30pm) Set 1 $8 (1 croffle) Set 2 $12 (1 drink, 1 croffle) Set 3 $17 (2 drinks, 1 croffle) Set 4 $22 (2 drinks, 2 croffles) +$2 for ice cream scoop (only 1 per croffle) I ordered the Set 2: Matcha Latte, and Strawberry Cream Cheese w/Madagascar Vanilla ice cream croffle. The croffle and ice cream were very good! Not too sweet and just savory enough. If I could critique one thing, I wish the croffle was a little bit crispier! For the matcha latte, it was a bit sweeter than I expected. Unfortunately, milk alternatives here are limited and premixed matcha lattes only have whole milk. Would give it a 5-star if there could be more icecream options that are non-dairy! Interior: 4-5 tables with seating enough for around 12-20 people. I love stopping by Smoove whenever I'm in Milpitas. Their ice cream scoops are very generous, and I like ordering the split scoop so I can get multiple flavors. My favorite ice cream flavors I've had so far are the tropical durian, Thai tea, and jasmine milk tea. Their matcha green tea flavor is on the milder side, and while the Cheetos flavor is tasty, I wish the cheese profile was a bit stronger. They have a handful of tables inside, and the staff let you sample the ice cream flavors if you ask. Their floats also look really good, so I'm hoping to try one of those next time I visit! read more

We went to Smoove Ice Cream after a family lunch. I have never been there but heard a lot about the tea flavors so I decided to try it out. The service was nice, the workers were patient with us and let us sample all of the tea ice cream flavors without making us feel rushed at all. We ended up getting a split scoop with Earl Grey tea and Matcha green tea, and a double scoop with Summer Pina Coco and Peach Oolong tea. The portions were huge, we didn't expect that, but it's a happy surprise! Everything was so flavorful and refreshing. (Yes, even in this cold weather). It was warm and cozy inside, which was nice since it was cold and rainy. It was a cute spot and have some seating so that was nice too. We definitely want to come back to try the milk tea and the croffle next time. Can't wait for our next visit! read more

"Smoooove" out of the way and get yourself these Asian inspired ice cream flavors to try! I've come to this ice cream place multiple times and each time i'm adventurous with what flavor i'm looking to try. Flavors i've tried: - Ube - Thai Tea - Jasmine tea - Fruity pebbles - Cookies n Cream - Mango ...and I have yet to try MORE haha The portion size of these scoops are like paramount! Be forewarned if you are going to get their "small size" it's enough.. or maybe not? But you know the portion size is well worth it because I would tell myself "Omg this is so good!" to "Ooh i still have more!" to "i can finish it or save jt later" hehe The workers are super friendly and allow you to sample as many flavors as you want with no judgement. Went to this place with my friends to hang out after taking grad photos. It's real nice inside given the small space, but it's neatly kept. The service was nice as well. As for the ice cream, one of my favorite places. The peach oolong ice cream had bits of peaches inside, and I could really taste the rose in the lychee rose flavor as well! A lot of times ice cream of those flavors taste artificial, but this ice cream tasted so fresh and creamy! Definitely coming back here when I can. read more

Bro and I were here two years ago for their soft opening day as usual the lines were very long yet service has been outstanding and we were able tried a few samples of their flavorable Asian inspired ice-cream mango, ube and matcha were our favorites. Fast forward June 20th, 2026 as we came by on a Saturday at noon we were greeted with such enthusiasm from the staff and again tried a few more samples ube and Thai ice cream were so refreshing though we decided to go for the boba floats. I got the Thai ice float with the creamy scoop of ice cream with added boba toppings as Bro got.the ube milk tea float similar to halo halo a popular Filipino shaved ice dessert with one scoop of purple yam ice cream and filled with chewy boba toppings. Both were so refreshing and the price is not so steep as we choice this place as a go-to and they don't accept cash payable by credit or debit card. Interior space is quite limited ample parking in a busy shopping mall. read more

The ice cream is delicious, and the service was good. I came with kids and they were very patient with us. Their servings are VERY generous (these were all split scoop [2 flavors, one scoop] and the pricing is very reasonable. Only $5.75 for this much? Treated my little cousins and they all loved it. The cereal/fruity pebbles, jasmine milk tea, and Thai tea were my favorites, and my cousins loved the Cookie Monster flavor. Been some time since I came here and I must say they have gotten better from the first time I tried it. Finally got to try the black sesame and it was good especially combined with the rose lychee. It was sweet and you could taste the distinct flavor. Their ube flavor is good too. We enjoyed our time this time as we were able to sit down and enjoy our ice cream and still be able to have a conversation. When we arrived, there was only one other couple seated. I sampled a few flavors: fruity pebble, jasmine milk tea, and thai tea while my friend sampled the chocolate ice cream. The girl helping us was super nice and patient while we decided. We ended up ordering the s'mores croffle with chocolate ice cream and the strawberry cream cheese croffle with fruity pebble ice cream. One of the servers asked if we had any nut allergies, which I appreciated since we didn't realize the s'more's had almonds! Both croffles were really tasty! I wish the cream for the strawberry croffle had a strawberry or vanilla flavor rather than the strawberry syrup on top. Overall, the croffles were amazing, and the staff that evening were great! Both were perfectly sweet without that chalky taste some places have. Cute local boba shop. I get there boba which is pretty good. They made their pearls fresh a little after noon, so good texture (the taste itself is mildly sour which I'm not sure I'm a fan of - it might be the kind of boba they use). Smoove has some ammazzzzing tea based flavors that I haven't found anywhere in the bay area. My husband and I visited this place while visiting a friend in Milpitas. We sampled many flavors before getting scoops of the Ube, Thai tea and Earl grey tea flavors. My favorites were the Thai tea and Early grey tea. I liked the Jasmine green tea flavor too. After our mothers day and birthday lunch, we wanted some ice cream for dessert. Our nephew recommended this place and it did not disappoint! I love how cute the place is. It's just pretty small with 4 petite round tables but clean. It has it's own simple touch and decor. They even have ube(purple yam) and cheese flavor which is very popular in Philippines. My husband ordered both of them 1 scoop each. Boy, we didn't realize how big per scoop is! It's even good for 3 people so what I did is I got some mini cups to share them all w my in laws. I just don't like their cheese though. It's not cheesy enough for me lol. I got the Croffle and ordered the Smores w chocolate ice cream, and the Nutella and banana was for my sis in law and niece. At first bite I thought their croffle was tough but as I ate through them, it was not really. The combination of the buttery croissant and crispy waffle was amazing. I thought the serving was too big, it's a good thing that it was not. It's just the perfect size. That's for me. Lol! I love this place and the staff were pleasant with very good service. Parking is not a problem either and their price ? Hmm it's a little pricey but reasonable. They even have readily available ice cream in pints and ice cream cakes. This ice cream shop opened recently and it serves ice cream, boba, croffles, floats, and all sorts of desserts. This is different because some of the ice cream is based on milk tea flavors like Jasmine Milk Tea and Peach Oolong. I had to ask the staff to try out a couple milk tea flavors since they are unusual to me. Honestly, the flavors don't taste really bad. I did get the Earl Grey Tea flavor and the scoop is quite big for a single serving. The only issue with the restaurant is that there are limited seatings and that ice cream can melt when trying to order a takeout especially when it's far from your home and the hot weather. Other than that, it's a good place to go to if you enjoy ice cream and boba at the same time. read more
