Service was a lot slower than most other locations. I understand that it's a small location behind the counter and with only two people, there's bound to be a bottleneck somewhere. But this should've been covered in onsite training on how to effectively manage customer POS. #Fail Everything else is the same as any other locations: product, "friendliness," location, etc. Management needs to train their staff to be more efficient. Its best when you get them fresh, its so warm and glistening in all its buttery goodness. The only bad part about this place is that its located in the mall and most of the time there is always a line of people who find the concept of ordering for everyone in their party incredibly difficult.
