The fries were also super crispy with amazing seasoning. I got the regular fried chicken sandwich which looked impressive. It was quite good as well although I liked the roll more. Service (5/5): Friendly and helpful service. We didn't realize the combo and just adding fries were the same price and they let me still have the combo. The food came out at approx 10ish min and we were checked up a couple times. They were generally very helpful with all requests. Ambiance (5/5): I really liked the Pakistani decor of the restaurant. It had a really nice vibrant vibe.

My absolute go-to in Secaucus for authentic vibes and fresh eats!…read more I keep coming back to Food Street because it's easily one of the most authentic spots in the area. The Paneer Tikka Roll is my personal favourite , the paneer is incredibly fresh, soft, and perfectly spiced every single time. It's wrapped in a flaky, house-made paratha that makes a huge difference. Beyond my usual, the Gappa Chaat is a must-try if you're with a group; it's tangy, crunchy, and beautifully presented. The ambience is vibrant with cool murals, giving it a modern street-food feel that's great for a casual date or family dinner. The service is fast and the staff is always welcoming. If you want high-quality food that feels like it's straight from the streets of Lahore, this is the place!

I finished less then half a burger and about 4 cheese fries. Not 10 minutes later, I was nauseous beyond belief! If I weren't 55 and single for 4 years, I would have thought I was pregnant. But I'm not. I was practically food poisoned. Ugh. And it's so bad, I haven't had anything to eat all day. I feel weak. I post MY honesty. I could never purposely hurt anyone or anything. But this is unacceptable. Their main concern should be the well-being of their customers. To provide quality, actually edible food. And good customer service THIS restaurant failed in every way. In fact, in my opinion, they should be investigated...thoroughly. Lastly, this is my own personal experience. I cannot speak about others' experiences. In fact, if there's anyone that disagrees with my opinion of this specific location, please do not hesitate. I welcome any and all comments. Stay safe out there and I wish you all a very Happy Thanksgiving. Enjoy! And many, many blessings to you all!

As a vegetarian, I particularly appreciate places that have lots of options for me. This place has two veg soups (the corn soup is excellent - I order it every time), three veg tacos (the cactus and mushroom tacos are my 2 favorites), and lots of other vegetarian options including burritos, quesadillas, various brunch options, etc. Also, their chips are fresh, and both their guac and salsa are delicious. All of their food tastes like the recipes are well-thought-out by somebody with a discerning palate, but also made with love. Moreover, you know a place is next-level when you see white collar yuppies eating next to blue collar workers, and Hispanic people eating next to Caucasian people eating next to Indian people - the food is so good it unites people. As a sweets lover and a hot chocolate snob, I also have to give two thumbs up to their Mexican hot chocolate, which is made in a pot over a stove with milk and melted Mexican chocolate (the most legit way to make hot chocolate). I have yet to try their other desserts, but I look forward to trying them all as I bring more friends to this place. The place has a divey but festive feel, as it is decorated with colorful Mexican decorations. The staff is friendly, fully bilingual, and is deeply knowledgeable about the menu. They make excellent recommendations tailored to what you ask for.

I won't leave a long review, but I'm gonna share a few thoughts from my frequent visits: The food is fantastic. I honestly prefer Marty's to its closest major chain comparison, Shake Shake. It's all so delicious and picture perfect every time; a feast for the belly and the eyes. Recently, a new competitor showed up in town (Smash and Zingers). I gave them a fair chance, ordering twice and trying different items, but I wasn't very impressed. My latest order with them sealed the deal that I will be going back to Marty's as my main local burger spot. My only gripe is that the fries can be a bit soggier than I like. Was hoping they'd fix that over time, but it's yet to be addressed.

We get regular chicken strips for the kids...they love them. We end our order with a Cookies and Crème milkshake(my wife's favorite). The service is always fast and people are always cheerful. The ambiance of the place is always laidback - kind of a beach town vibe. I would say the only room for improvement I would recommend is changing their entire French Fries system. I've ordered from both this location and the other JC location and almost every time they Fries are a disappointment. They're always soggy and just overall not good. But other than that...best burger place in town!!!

Instead, I was handed a social experiment in inequality. One side is clearly bigger, heavier, and living a better life than the other. How exactly am I supposed to divide this fairly without looking like the cheap friend who takes the larger piece? What makes this worse is that this was not cut by a new kid or someone learning the ropes. This was cut by one of the senior guys at the deli. The veteran. The supposed professional. Come on man, check your eyes. I literally felt robbed because I had to take the smaller half out of principle. No one should have to suffer like this over a sandwich. Food tasted fine, but the cut ruined the vibe. Do better. A straight line should not be this hard.
