We've been coming here for years and we make a stop every time we come to the outlets! Auntie Anne's moved a bit further down the aisle since the last time I've been here, but I'm not complaining because it now serves ice cream and who doesn't love ice cream after a long day of shopping?! Auntie Anne's had a line outside their doors, yet they worked efficiently and effectively to get the line moving. There were about 5 families in front of us outside and 2-3 parties inside-- we waited maybe less than 10 minutes which wasn't bad! The cashier was super friendly and easy going. She made small talk even though they were quite busy. The store was really neat, clean, and organized. We got the original pretzel, mini original pretzel, soda, honey mustard and cheese dipping sauce. The honey mustard was eh-- not my favorite. However, the cheese?! YUM!!! These pretzels had the perfect amount of salt. SO GOOD!

Maybe just a little bit too much butter, but if removing the butter will take away the magic of tis bagel, I guess that it is worth it. Honestly, there is only one place in the world where I had a better bagel than the bagel I had here, and that place is in Europe. But as far as for bagels here, I think this one is one of the best. Maybe a little pricey, since after all it is just a bagel, but the first bite made me know that it worth it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have never in my life seen staff move so slow and inefficiently. Not worth the ungodly wait.

The pretzel nuggets were a bit overcooked. Not the best Auntie Anne's experience I've ever had.

Server came over to give us waters, came back quickly twice to take drinks then food orders. We were told our appetizers would come out shortly. Then we waited. Our food was finally brought out (all together). After we got everything we wanted more drinks. No one came back to check on the food or refill our drinks. Food was good, not great. The dipping sauces we ordered for the pretzel were really subpar. Beer cheese that was split and congealed, and guac that was dark and slimy. Everything else was decent. The standout part of the meal was actually the soup of the day, clam chowder. Cashing out with a gift card was a pain. We were also not provided an itemized receipt. The amount seemed way higher than expected. Either way, payment required two different transactions so we could tip on a credit card. Not their fault, but also our original server must have left, and the one that took over apparently was the only one on the floor even as the dining room started to fill up. Had we ordered more drinks like we wanted, it would have brought us over our gift card amount so we could have paid the remained with a credit card. I don't think we would go back.

The service was fast and friendly/personable. Ordered the crispy jalapeño burger. The burger and fries were great. The pretzel appetizer paired great as well. In fact, its mediocrity has kept me from ever visiting their brewpubs. My mistake! The beer here at the brewery, particularly some of the drafts are very well executed and deserve some mention, specifically their chocolate truffle Baltic porter. Not too sweet, fairly light bodied and perfectly flavored. Their New England hazies and even the dry Irish stout are all very well done and left me wanting to try some more. Most importantly, if you find yourself at patriot place wormtown, you must seek out Brian the bartender. Amazing personality, attentive, kind and really knows about the beers. He really made my visit even more enjoyable. I ended up having the barbacoa sliders and stupidly didn't take a pic. They honestly weren't really much to look at but the flavor was spot on. The meat was tender and the pickled onions added a nice texture. The facility itself is open and spacious with plenty of outdoor seating if that's your thing. They have an assortment of tables and even a couple of bar seats. Order everything at the bar and take it to wherever you fancy.

I had a hard time choosing between the Pretty In Pink strawberry lager and the Apple Pie Seltzer, but the PIP was actually all out (so sad!!) so I went with the seltzer. It had a strong almost artificial scent, but a much more mild flavor. It wasn't too sweet and had notes of cinnamon - very unique and drinkable, although I don't think I'd need more than one. I was surprised and pleased to see they have a food menu. There's a pretty big parking lot but it's very uneven and filled with pot holes, and people park a little...erm...creatively - you've been warned. On weekends I've seen the main and overflow lot fill up, and I couldn't even find street parking, so had to go elsewhere - plan accordingly. The tap room is big and has nice bathrooms that are always clean. The main seating option are long picnic table benches - my back personally cannot do a backless seat for more than an hour without being in pain, so take that into consideration. It's also kind of awkward to swing your legs into the seat every time you have to get up, especially if it's full and you're in the middle. I'd love this place so much more if it just got normal tables and individual chairs with backs! My favorite thing about this brewery is that it is dog friendly and there are usually multiple gorgeous furry faces here to oggle over.
