My friend had a buy one get one free for pretzels so we decided to come in around 3 pm on a Tuesday. They seemed to be either unprepared or understaffed because it took about 15 minutes to get to the register where the same guy also prepared your drinks, dips, and pretzels. I felt bad for the even longer line of people behind us as the pretzels were not very fresh by the time we got it. Since the food wasn't that great and the dips weren't kept warm, I do not plan on coming again. Its a pretty small establishment that gets filled easily. read more

I would give it a 1 star if possible. Used to get almond pretzel there when they first opened. Quality was much better. They downsize their almond pretzel. We've been coming here for years and we make a stop every time we come to the outlets! Auntie Anne's moved a bit further down the aisle since the last time I've been here, but I'm not complaining because it now serves ice cream and who doesn't love ice cream after a long day of shopping?! Auntie Anne's had a line outside their doors, yet they worked efficiently and effectively to get the line moving. There were about 5 families in front of us outside and 2-3 parties inside-- we waited maybe less than 10 minutes which wasn't bad! The cashier was super friendly and easy going. She made small talk even though they were quite busy. The store was really neat, clean, and organized. We got the original pretzel, mini original pretzel, soda, honey mustard and cheese dipping sauce. The honey mustard was eh-- not my favorite. However, the cheese?! YUM!!! I never have written a review in my life, but honestly I'm concerned for the SAFETY of others. I was waiting for my order that was taken by a less than enthusiastic to be there employee, when I leaned on the counter in the middle it swung open and I FELL AND HIT MY HEAD ON THE GROUND ! The rude employee actually walked right by my head and didn't say one word or ask if I was ok?! I got up and laughed it off Completely EMBARRASSED infront of all the people in the store!! I would just not want it to happen to someone else or let alone an elderly customer! Went to the Wrentham Outlets on a Wednesday morning. We stopped by Auntie Anne's as we were wrapping up our shopping spree. Auntie Anne's was pretty emtpy when we walked in at about 1-2pm. We saw 2 employees running the place. We ordered a lemonade and some mini pretzel dogs. The lemonade is pretty refreshing. They didn't have any mini pretzel dogs and told us it would be about 10 minutes for the next batch. Was pretty cool watching them make pretzels, definitely not a process I've seen or thought about. It mightve taken about 15-20 minutes but we got our mini pretzel dogs, theyre piping hot and filled the cup, total there mightve been about 7-8 of them in that cup. Overall, taste was what Id expect for mini pretzel dogs, I loved that it was fresh, but 3 stars because the bottom was burnt and you could really taste it. read more

"Opens at 11am" it just finally turned lights on at 11:15. Several people ahead of me had already asked the woman cooking the pretzels and she just stared into space ignoring them. They walked away. I waited another 5 minutes. I then walked up and asked if she knew what time they'd open. Then a janitor employee asked for a pretzel dog and she let him take from one of the cups WITH HIS DIRTY HANDS because I just watched him clean the bathroom trash prior. She then placed the cup back into the cabinet. Okay, a) wtf he touched it no. b) even if he didn't touch it, you just shorted a customer and your prices are already nuts. I walked away and got a soda from the convenience market. Aunties workers were wearing the shake shack tshirts, shake shacks right next to it. Yet they were fully staffed and standing around waiting for people to come. Very poorly managed. As I walked out, the lights came on for Anne's so the employee must have shown up to work the register. Maybe just a little bit too much butter, but if removing the butter will take away the magic of tis bagel, I guess that it is worth it. Honestly, there is only one place in the world where I had a better bagel than the bagel I had here, and that place is in Europe. But as far as for bagels here, I think this one is one of the best. After waiting in line for 10 minutes o get to the front and ask for a no salt pretzel. No one infront of me ordered one so they were out before I got there. Tons of pretzels just came out of the oven including pizza pretzels which there were more than enough of in the case. When I order one she goes into the back and looks around and asks me if I want to wait 7 min for one (which is how long it takes to make one). Sure, I just waited 10 minutes to get a pretzel and because no one could check the inventory I have to wait another 7 to over pay for a pretzel? Thanks but no thanks. read more

Auntie Anne's has became a go-to-place-for-food for me, the boyfriend, and our friend when we come down to Jersey Shore Premium Outlet. It's the only food place and Starbucks that we can trust in the entire outlet as we've had bad experiences with the food in the food court. Don't expect to find a seat here because there aren't any, it's only grab and go. I like that the voucher includes a "Buy two pretzel, get one free" deal which we always end up using. The service and line here is quick and efficient. My favorite pretzels from here are: Almond and Cinnamon. I'm glad we found a reliable food place we can go to for delicious and butter pretzels as well as a beverage if needed. read more

Horrible! I asked for cinnamon sugar nugget bites and whoever made them did a bad job. There was no sugar on them and they tasted very oily. I was unimpressed and sad that I spent almost $5 on them, even though they are my usual favorite snack. I just got them and am sitting outside the store writing this review. I want to go back into the store and ask for a refund but it is just $4 and the cashier was nice. I'm just annoyed at the person that prepares the food because they could have done a better job.
