He protected our brand new roof and worked with the roofers to ensure that everything met the proper requirements for a waterproof and sound installation. I would definitely hire the Stone and Brick Masonry Group for any of my chimney and masonry needs.

They'll tell you every excuse in the book, saying the patio has too much shade, poor drainage, etc. But the fact is, it was sealed and fine until they came, resealed/sanded it and then it was a disaster. Now I have to get it redone properly again. What a waste of money that was. Do not listen to the excuses they provide. They will reply here and it's 100% a lie. They would not come and redo it for me. So I will never recommend this place to anyone. Poor craftsmanship on their part. And they would not resolve it, so not a trustworthy business. Come with the excuses. Adios. https://youtu.be/e7CbCTkfPxE - view of the shoddy craftsmanship applied to my entire patio. The whole thing looks like this now and did after 6 mo of them redoing the patio. Before this, I never had problems to this degree, period. Nothing even close to this state. My entire patio has sun hitting it, there's no excuses here. There's guards along the edge to keep plants from penetrating it, always has been. They'll throw every excuse at the book while other contractors will just make it right, even if they have to redo such a poor job that did not hold up even for a year.

We recently noticed some loose fascia on the side under the gutter. We called Brian to see if he could give us a quote to fix it, since it was 13 years since it was installed. He showed up the same day! Pulled out his ladder, checked it out, got his tools and fixed it on the spot! When he climbed down the ladder, he explained that it was actually an area he had not worked on, but since he was there, he figured he'd fix it! No charge! Amazing! To fix something that wasn't even his problem! Amazing service! Amazing person! Laurie Gorney

It's hard to walk away from something as expensive as a total roof replacement feeling good, but,…read morethat said, my experience with Hefferan Roofing was absolutely as good as could be. Communication was thorough and timely. Multiple samples were delivered to my home, to ensure I was happy with the color of shingles to be installed. The price for the whole service was well within reason. Since I had my roof done at an unpopular time (winter), I had the full crew at my disposal. Thus, they must have set a new record for how quickly the work was completed. The old roof was removed and the new roof installed in practically no time at all. It felt like Santa's elves were working magic up there! A serious effort was made to protect my yard from debris (though I will say, I wish they would have thoroughly moved back the heavy stones they used to hold down the tarps). All in all, this whole process was about as painless as I could have hoped. Thanks very much for the outstanding work! I would certainly recommend Hefferan Roofing to friends and neighbors.

Recently one of the vases has become loose. I've tried to reach out to Kapsa a few times. No one ever answers the phone. I've left 3 messages in over a week and half stating my issue and asked for the favor of a reply. I've yet to hear back from Kapsa. This monument wasn't cheap. I've reached out to two other monument companies in the area in the meantime and they are willing to help but say Kapsa should stand behind their business and take care of this. If they can or can't, either way the courtesy of a reply is expected for such an expensive monument. I can't rate them good in the service area as they are non responsive.

Buyer beware. This place is absolutely awful. They will screw you on the contract and they are very…read moredisrespectful. They will intentionally and purposely omit IMPORTANT and KEY things from the contract, and this can screw you in the end. When I caught these items, owner refused to correct them. Here they are: 1.) They verbally said that ALL inscriptions and design are included in the price, but when you get the contract it does not say this, and when you ask the owner to add, he refuses. Don't ever sign the contract unless they clearly write in text that ALL inscriptions and design are included in the headstone price, just like they verbally say. 2.) Draft of the drawing, design, and inscriptions was not attached. How else will you know what the heck you are getting?!?!? Don't accept without this! 3.) Full names of the deceased were omitted. This contract is also combined into the application for the cemetery. Are we just trying to get the cemetery office to guess? 4.) Memorialist didn't sign the cemetery contract on the back, which is required before you can even place any headstone in the cemetery. The cemetery has its own rules which we all have to agree to. We don't own the cemetery. These are all normal procedures for all cemeteries. 5.) Approximate date of delivery was missing. You can't just put a season like spring or summer. The owner was very disrespectful. When trying to resolve this in a calm manner, he talked over me. I tried talking to the owner nicely on the phone, but all he did was hang up on me. Avoid this business, and go to others in the area that will: actually put in writing what they say verbally, are willing to actually fill out a contract completely, and treat you with respect. After all, if you are paying them thousands of dollars for a headstone, I would think that you would at least have the above taken care of. This place is absolutely awful. STAY AWAY.

I do not trust Bruno's work and will not hire them again. They tried to skirt out of a contract…read moreand also lied several times. They were under contract to spot tuck-point an entire wall but instead they only did the top of the wall and then claimed that the work was completed. When confronted about the rest of the wall, they repeatedly lied saying they did the entire wall and said that I was seeing shadows. Only after producing photos (I attached a few photos) of gaping holes did they grudgingly get back on the wall to complete the job. They said "ugh, I guess we missed a few spots" Unless you plan on babysitting them throughout the project, I do not recommend them.

They did some spot tuckpoint work at the top of the building but then used a vinegar spray to make it appear they had completed tuckpointing on the areas showing effervescence. The effervescence returned since they had not fixed any cracks in the mortar in those within a few months. We tried to work this out with them, but had to file a complaint with the better business bureau and now considering small claims court against them. I notice a review by Matty C on 8-3-20 that reports the same issue we had with them claiming to have done work and arguing with us despite the evidence of the building looking the exact same before and after.

Their technician left the gas running before ignition, causing a fireball to shoot out of the fireplace while I (and our dog) were sitting next to it. It singed the worker's hair and melted his phone case/phone, this easily could have resulted in a serious injury or property damage. It also became clear during the visit that the technicians didn't know how to operate one of our fireplaces. They had to text photos to someone else for instructions and still could not get the second fireplace working (which we later discovered is controlled by a simple wall switch). Despite the lack of safety and technical competence, we were charged a 50% mid-service up charge for "deep cleaning" sweep, with no clear explanation of what that covered beyond the original inspection & sweep service, all while we were trying to calm our dog, who was scared from the fireball. The stone on one fireplace needed crack repair, but the workmanship was sloppy. Sealant was accidentally smeared onto our marble facade on the outside of the fireplace and not cleaned up, and the color of the sealant doesn't match the stone in our fireplace. None of this was disclosed beforehand, and now it will require further repair to fix. We reached out via phone and email multiple times asking for a resolution and gave the company every opportunity to address the issues. It has been over a month with zero response from management. We are now having to dispute the charge through our credit card company. Based on the safety risk, lack of technical knowledge, the questionable mid-service up-charge, and complete lack of accountability or care to resolve these issues with us, I would not recommend this company.
