Maybe a few more silk flowers hanging from the ceiling, otherwise it's the same. You know what's not the same? THE WAIT! That's right. We started at Patti's. Was told we'd have a 60-75 minute wait. Wasn't going to wait, and walked out the door. The restaurant manager followed us and told us about Bill's. I wish I remembered her name because she was the greatest person for cluing us in on the situation. We walked right in, had an amazing meal, almost had the dessert of my choice (they were out of the turtle dessert), and walked out in just about the same amount of time that we would still be waiting at Patti's. I would give this place 5 starts, but out of the 6 of us, 2 weren't fans of their pork dishes that they ordered. I'm not a fan of cornbread all in all unless it comes in muffin form with cheese and jalapenos to eat with some pinto beans...but this was good. Had a hint of sweetness to it as well, which went well with the strawberry butter. My wife ordered the 7oz center cut filet mignon but she subsituted the mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts for Harper House Mac-n-Cheese and Crispy Red Potatoes. Initially, the filet came out slightly underdone, but they quickly made it right. She really liked it, said that it was exactly what a filet should be...and the peppercorn demi glaze made it that much better. I ordered the ribeye and kept the sides as is (baked potato & thin cut crispy onion strings). This was a super flavorful cut with an insanely rich, bold flavor and just the right amount of fat marbled throughout the cut. If you live right there in Cadiz and haven't been to Harper House, head over there to grab a bite. If you live down I24, you owe it to yourself to make the 30 minute drive and give it a shot. It's well worth the trip.
