5 stars all across the board! Look at the swain on the coffee, you can tell the customer service is impeccable. Our barista was a gem, and he was very informative for our first time. Honestly, my visit wasn't great. The food was alright, nothing special, you know? But the real problem was the staff - they were super rude, which totally killed the vibe. they were actually aggressive, making the whole experience pretty uncomfortable. It's a shame because a good atmosphere is half the battle when you're eating out. Hopefully, the people in charge will sort it out so others don't have the same experience. read more

My daughter, 2 grandsons and I had breakfast here this morning for the first time. The aesthetic of this place is super cute! It is small so if you wait too long on the weekends to go than you may have to wait in line. We were lucky enough to get there while they were still plenty of seating. I ordered The Fork and Knife, which was a biscuit with Maple sausage scrambled egg and topped with gravy. It came with a side of buttery, fried red potatoes and onions (also bomb). When I tell you that your grandma has NEVER made gravy that tastes this good, you might want to fight me and I get it, but I have never had gravy this good. I seldom feel like anyone else's gravy is better than my own but this is absolutely better than anything I have ever tasted. The biscuit was so fluffy and buttery, and the egg was not even just a plain scrambled egg- I don't know what seasoning they put on it. All of the food here seems to be elevated in some way. I tried to get our waiter to tell me what kind of crack they put in the gravy but he said he didn't know. I ended up ordering a biscuit and gravy to just bring home. My daughter had the BLT sandwich and she ate all of it. I don't know what took me so long to try this place but I will absolutely come back for more! I am sad that I didn't get pictures because my grandson had my phone. read more

What better time to have girls' brunch than after Sunday morning yoga? Arrived on a noon walk-in and were greeted by smiles. Prompted with immediate outdoor seating on a covered patio or indoor seating for a 30-min wait, we decided to chance the heat and sit outside. Our mistake was soon realized as we discovered the translucent tiles covering the patio create a greenhouse effect, elevating the outdoor temperature. Our server was quick to remedy our sacrifice, bringing chilled water for the table. Orders placed & iced coffee served, we adjusted to the temperature & had a lovely afternoon chatting amongst friends. Fresh ingredients & unique flavors are a staple to the culture at Aurora. The biscuit was a mouthwatering substitute for sourdough toast; buttery, moist & crumbling to perfection. Easily ordered to-go for husbands at home, we departed happily & delighted to visit again. The food in this place was unique and truly delicious. My wife went here for her bachelorette party and she really enjoyed it and wanted me to try it. I got the simple farmers breakfast and it definitely filled me up with joy. I am a huge sausage person, and the peppery taste of the sausages are for me very important and this platter did not disappoint. The cinnamon Roll pancake was a little too sweet but it was unique. The service was incredible, without a doubt one of the best service I have had compared to some other places. Definitely will come back. read more

Comfortable, ingenious decor, professional, and friendly service, and it is at Aurora that I had my most favorite breakfast to date. Ev's avocado toast has become the breakfast for me. I ordered this delicious delicious meal without cheese and chose to not add an egg. Next time, when I order I'll include both. What I enjoyed most about Ev's avocado toast was the balance of flavors and textures; savory, a bit tart, earthy, crunchy, smooth, and filling. I had a biscuit and bacon. I was disappointed that they didn't have grape jelly. (My particular favourite). The biscuit was good and the service was very good. I also had a latte and the waiter was very accommodating and added caramel topping for me. Al and all I was very happy and will return. The table next to me ordered a cinnamon roll. They accidentally got my order wrong and gave me a cheeseburger instead of the fried chicken sandwich, however, they were able to correct it and bring out the right one quickly and let me keep wrong cheeseburger. The cheese burger was kinda just mush. The fried chicken sandwich had a really nice dill flavoring but very strong celery flavoring. The french fries were nice and thin. The campfire latte was a bit bitter and not as sweet as I was expecting. My friend got the chicken and waffles (which was $18) but came with much more chicken than expected. The waiters and waitresses were all very nice and came around just the perfect amount of times. The environment was comfortably loud. read more

Omg...what a surprise! This place was delicious and clearly a hot spot for brunch. I had a hot oat milk latte and it was perfect. Creamy, espresso was on point and the flavor was five stars. I ordered egg whites and toast and can't say much about that because egg whites and egg whites...however my husband had the pulled pork hash bowl and he couldn't stop talking about it! The table next to us ordered the strawberry lattes and strawberry panels special and it WAS UNREAL. I couldn't stop staring at them I can't currently have alcohol but the coffee cocktail list was its own thing. Every single one of the coffee cocktails sounded unique and delicious. We're out of towners and we were recommended this place by a neighbor of my grandma's as a fun brunch spot, and it was a great choice. Everything was delicious--I sampled some of everyone's and it was all excellent--and the atmosphere and neighborhood were super cute. We had brunch at Aurora this morning. Very popular place but if you make reservations online the wait is extremely short. Staff were very friendly , our server made us feel welcome, serving the (very good) coffee with a great smile. We had the Eggs Benedict and the "Farmer Plate". The biscuits were the best we've had. The portion size at the place is HUGE! Everything can feed two people to be honest. I came here after a hard day at work and the service and food were a great pick me up! I was craving a hodgepodge of different flavors so we ordered a bunch of different items. We started off with drinks. I got a really pretty cocktail and I wish I could remember the name but I can't. I took a picture though! We also got biscuits and jam. The biscuits were incredible! Super soft and flakey. We were told a new baker was hired and boy are they doing a good job! For our main meal, we ordered the breakfast burger and shrimp and grits. Sounds weird getting a burger for breakfast, but it was soooooo good! And the shrimp and grits were definitely the best I've ever had. Shrimp was large and tender, the grits were buttery and creamy, and the sauce they had was SO flavorful! Had a Cajun-ish feel to it. Sooo tasty, I highly recommend. This is super backwards, but I was craving caprese by the end of all this and so I ordered the arugula caprese salad.... did not expect it to be so large.
