I can't rave about this place enough! Everything is sooo good. Best avocado toast on the planet by far. Their lattes and scones are incredible. Anything with their pulled pork in it is so bomb. Service is always 100, staff is so nice and friendly. Ambiance is so cheerful, relaxing, and welcoming. I come here often and will continue to do so! Came here for lunch today! Around 2pm, it was still very busy! Got some mimosas, a carafe for $20 is great! Also tried the Chai-tini, which I definitely recommend! We enjoyed the food, however it felt a little bland for my taste. Had the biscuits and gravy, breakfast wrap, and chicken tacos. The tacos were by far our favorite and good amount of food for the price point. The vibe in this place is beautiful, and an amazing color scheme. Servers are very kind and welcoming. Good place for drinks, but when it comes to food, I wouldn't come here looking for flavor, especially for the price point. Such a cute local cafe. The ambiance is trendy with pink walls and a cool design. The lattes were amazing they were s'more themed with rich coffee and hot chocolate vibes with lovely whipped cream. My biscuits and gravy were very good, I love the flavor of the gravy. The eggs and potatoes were pretty good, but could have had a bit more flavor. The chicken was pretty good but a tad dry. The pumpkin pancakes were amazing and the cream was great, I wish there as a bit more cream. Servers were fast and friendly. We were seated within 10 minutes even though it was busy. read more

We dined at Aurora before going to Lyric theatre. We had a great experience. Our server Evan was attentive and vey helpful. We had the price-fix pre theatre dinner. We shared the wedge salad and the pimento dip with chips. Both were great. The short rib was a huge portion that was very tender. No knife needed. It was one of the best I had ever eaten The 1/2 chicken was was also moist and vey tasty. The chocolate cake was a great way to finish the meal. The Old Fashion drinks were also very good We will certainly go back again. read more

Our mistake was soon realized as we discovered the translucent tiles covering the patio create a greenhouse effect, elevating the outdoor temperature. Honestly, my visit wasn't great. The food was alright, nothing special, you know? But the real problem was the staff - they were super rude, which totally killed the vibe. they were actually aggressive, making the whole experience pretty uncomfortable. The food in this place was unique and truly delicious. My wife went here for her bachelorette party and she really enjoyed it and wanted me to try it. I got the simple farmers breakfast and it definitely filled me up with joy. I am a huge sausage person, and the peppery taste of the sausages are for me very important and this platter did not disappoint. The cinnamon Roll pancake was a little too sweet but it was unique. My daughter, 2 grandsons and I had breakfast here this morning for the first time. The aesthetic of this place is super cute! It is small so if you wait too long on the weekends to go than you may have to wait in line. We were lucky enough to get there while they were still plenty of seating. I ordered The Fork and Knife, which was a biscuit with Maple sausage scrambled egg and topped with gravy. It came with a side of buttery, fried red potatoes and onions (also bomb). When I tell you that your grandma has NEVER made gravy that tastes this good, you might want to fight me and I get it, but I have never had gravy this good. I seldom feel like anyone else's gravy is better than my own but this is absolutely better than anything I have ever tasted. The biscuit was so fluffy and buttery, and the egg was not even just a plain scrambled egg- I don't know what seasoning they put on it. All of the food here seems to be elevated in some way. I tried to get our waiter to tell me what kind of crack they put in the gravy but he said he didn't know. I ended up ordering a biscuit and gravy to just bring home. My daughter had the BLT sandwich and she ate all of it. I don't know what took me so long to try this place but I will absolutely come back for more! I am sad that I didn't get pictures because my grandson had my phone. read more

I ordered this delicious delicious meal without cheese and chose to not add an egg. Next time, when I order I'll include both. Omg...what a surprise! This place was delicious and clearly a hot spot for brunch. I had a hot oat milk latte and it was perfect. Creamy, espresso was on point and the flavor was five stars. I ordered egg whites and toast and can't say much about that because egg whites and egg whites...however my husband had the pulled pork hash bowl and he couldn't stop talking about it! The table next to us ordered the strawberry lattes and strawberry panels special and it WAS UNREAL. I couldn't stop staring at them I can't currently have alcohol but the coffee cocktail list was its own thing. Every single one of the coffee cocktails sounded unique and delicious. The cheese burger was kinda just mush. The fried chicken sandwich had a really nice dill flavoring but very strong celery flavoring. The french fries were nice and thin. The campfire latte was a bit bitter and not as sweet as I was expecting. My friend got the chicken and waffles (which was $18) but came with much more chicken than expected. I took a picture though! We also got biscuits and jam. The biscuits were incredible! Super soft and flakey. We were told a new baker was hired and boy are they doing a good job! For our main meal, we ordered the breakfast burger and shrimp and grits. Sounds weird getting a burger for breakfast, but it was soooooo good! And the shrimp and grits were definitely the best I've ever had. Shrimp was large and tender, the grits were buttery and creamy, and the sauce they had was SO flavorful! Had a Cajun-ish feel to it. Sooo tasty, I highly recommend. This is super backwards, but I was craving caprese by the end of all this and so I ordered the arugula caprese salad.... did not expect it to be so large. We're out of towners and we were recommended this place by a neighbor of my grandma's as a fun brunch spot, and it was a great choice. Everything was delicious--I sampled some of everyone's and it was all excellent--and the atmosphere and neighborhood were super cute. They estimated our wait time at 45 minutes and it only took about 20 so that was great as well. Awesome experience! read more

The breakfast burrito is big but it needed more meat and cheese. There were too many large potato chunks in it. I brought half of it home and ate it for dinner. The spicy Bloody Mary was okay but I've had better. I couldn't really taste much of anything in it. I'll pass on it next time. read more

I love the atmosphere of this restaurant. It is situated in the artsy plaza district, and it has a open, inviting feel on the inside, and an awesome outdoor seating area with yard games. The staff was helpful and friendly, suggesting some of the customer favorites. We started with the salted caramel cinnamon roll and a blueberry scone to share between the three of us. This way we get to try more of what Aurora has to offer! Both were excellent. I had the knife and fork breakfast plate. It was good, but I think I would prefer my biscuits and gravy separate from eggs and cheese. This is just a personal preference. It was served with a side of beautiful berries. My friends had the plaza jam and the breakfast burger. They both also enjoyed their meals. Aurora puts a little spin on the classics. The thyme in the buttermilk biscuits takes the flavor to the next level, and the tomato jam brings an interesting spin. Aurora also offers some delicious looking French toast and pancakes.
