Cannot recommend Austin Breeze enough! They just finished cleaning and repairing my chimney, and the results are absolutely fantastic. The team was incredibly professional punctual and highly skilled. You can see from the before and after pictures of my firebox how much work they put in. The initial pictures (the completely black, sooty one and the one with the old, rusted grate) show how overdue it was for a proper cleaning. The after pictures (the one with the freshly cleaned white/tan brick new-looking mortar and the one with the cleaner grate) are a night and day difference it looks brand new! I was worried about the old cracking mortar/caulk and they handled the repair work with precision as you can see from the fresh neat-looking sealant they applied (the picture with the gray mortar/sealant). They also took care of the exterior chimney on the roof. The cap and the top of the chimney (shown in the pictures with the orange stucco and the gray textured top) were showing signs of wear and tear but they made sure everything was secure and looking great. Had these guys out to clean our central air ducts as well as our dryer vent. Logistically David arrived on time and their automated texts are helpful to know they're on their way. Initially the truck they brought did not have enough hose to get to our air handler in the attic. Not a big deal they brought a different truck. The guys were very clean and thorough took care to take things apart gently and put them together similarly. The HVAC duct cleaning went smoothly. Our dryer vent had not been cleaned in several years so they pulled out a sizeable pile of lint (probably a few cubic feet!). However when I went to check if air was coming out of the dryer vent after there was no air flow. I immediately called and gave them a heads up, and they got the guys back out quickly. They immediately found the issue, and discovered that during cleaning a poorly connected (no duct tape, no hose clamps, nothing) dryer vent hose in my home was popped off because of the air pressure they used to clean. They corrected this, attached it properly and were on their way. While looking for multiple options for cleaning out air ducts, these folks arrived quickly and could easily handle our situation, we live in a old house in south Austin, the ducts were never cleaned before, their technician Eitan arrived and showed us our damaged ductwork, after going back and forth with several contractors we decided to replace our air ducts ventilation system with Austin Breeze. They provided us the best quote, despite the fact they could install a UV air purification system for free, they ask we're very respectful towards our house and wore masks, gloves and shoe covers.
