You get in and out quickly and it's painless on my easily overstimulated brain, my veins, and arm. The friendly staff that checks you in is the cherry on top. They always are friendly and smiling. Although they close earlier than other CPL locations, I prefer to come here for the reasons noted in the review and because other locations have lost my tubes, took the wrong labs, and just were unhappy to be working. Tiffany had everything ready and organized, she found the vein quicker than anybody else we've experienced before. She was super quick, organized, effective, and made great conversation! Tiffany was also training another employee during the process but it didn't slow her down or cause any impediment. Urmila Parthasarathy is an amazing person and I'm so glad that I am able to be under her care. The staff is very friendly and I love that they are up to date with technology. They have a check in kiosk and an online "My Charts" where you can immediately see test results, appointments, and even email your Dr. with questions you forgot to ask during a visit. I also love that they print out your visit summary and your plan of action. I can't say enough good things about this location and Dr Partha and I do recommend ARC to family and friends!
