I have been here at least 3 times now and every time I have had someone different. Everyone has been great! The guy (sorry I don't know his name) has drawn my blood twice and I didn't feel it either time. I don't get anxious before I go because I know everyone is so nice and patient. Even when they are busy, they still communicate with everyone in the office so we know that they have seen us while not rushing with the person getting tested as well. Quick and fast went in for a blood test as was in and out very quickly, staff was amazing and friendly

I went on Friday (8:30ish) to get some blood work done. I was told by the front desk lady that I should get the results in 24-48 hours. I called today to get an update on the results and the lady on the phone said it was still pending and would call me back (which she did) and let me know I would get the results by the end of the day. It's 10:18 pm and I still haven't received my results. Very disappointed. read more

Whoever is handing reception is very rude. I called to ask questions about lab results and what I would need for an appointment. Her tone was extremely harsh and she raised her voice because I asked a question. I would not trust this place with my child's medical needs. read more

I had a walk in visit to have my labs don't at this testing site. My doctor had suggested this place. The lab tech who was working alone that day, his name was Michael. I called yesterday because a few months back my Dr told me I had high cholesterol. I wanted to change diet a d take supplements before starting medicine kf possible. My personal Dr's nurses took over 2 hours to get blood and really needed more but couldn't get it. I am a hard stick so not their fault. So today since I have had great success at this lab with their staff, Michael. He knows how to get your blood easily. If you need blood work this is the place to come. I found this place because I needed fast place to submit a drug test that my ex-husband had requested. My Mom wanted to start doing the b-12 lipotropic injections. I have to adjust the meds dose based on the test result. The techician insisted that i will get the same day if i pay $40 extra for the stat which i paid. He instructed me to log on the anytime lab portal and check the report. The report has been posted. Its 10 PM. The facility is closed on Sunday. They are so irresponsible. Not sure how to rate this place... as my visit was less than 5 minutes from start to finish. I bought a Groupon for 2 B-12 shots for $12, which is half price. My boyfriend and I ducked in after a trip to Sprouts...there was no line, and the young-ish man behind the counter quickly processed my Groupon and directed me to a back room to administer my shot. He answered all of my questions with ease, and seemed to be knowledgeable about B-12 in general. I was in and out before I could even think twice. As efficient as the trip was, I didn't feel any effect from the B-12. None...no happiness, energy, or any change at all. Perhaps I'm not B-12 deficient, but I thought that I'd fee *some* change. My boyfriend scanned the prices of the other tests and blood work and shots available - while they seemed a little high to me, I'm probably not the best judge, as I typically only get this type of work done with the assistance of insurance discounts and co-pays. The only thing that concerned me was that there was only one guy working there...and he didn't seem very old. If you need to know your blood type, get tested for an STD, pregnancy, or perhaps do a Geraldo Rivera-DNA test, this looks like a convenient, semi-private place to go. read more

Wow this place is very slow. I have been sitting here for over an hour and they called someone in front of me just now. All I'm here for is a drug test for employment request, you would think you just come in, pee, and leave. I don't understand the wait time? It's really really cold, my skin is frozen, I've been holding my pee for over an hour, and it's very small and packed. I needed a blood test done immediately. Due to COVID, several places I spoke with could not see me for weeks, but I called Any Lab and spoke with Raul. He provided COVID policy and said he could see me immediately as a walk-in. When I came in, Raul was working alone, but handled each person professionally and quickly, while maintaining social distancing and other COVID policy. The office was very clean! Raul recognized me from my call earlier that day, saw me immediately and emailed me the results the next morning! Posting this on behalf of my boyfriend who went in for a blood test recently. Firstly they seemed clueless from the start, they almost administered a shot and even added it to the bill during check out...he had to convince them two separate times that he DID NOT NEED THAT SHOT. To top it off when he asked them to send the vaccination report, a lady that works there sent it on her iPhone with no subject...so when the time came to try to reference the test, he had to dig through emails searching for a random lady's email address with no subject and no body in the message. I need a TSPOT for school. This place does NOT require a doctor's orders which saved me a trip to the doctor and the copay. They faxed my results to my doctor thought to add to my medical file at MY request. SUPER nice woman took my blood. She used to be an ER nurse, I believe it, I didnt even feel the needle. Did a drug test there and they didn't even ask for my ID. As I was LEAVING, I stopped by the front desk and said "I just did a drug test and no one ever asked for my ID. I could have been anybody." They all just looked at each other like a deer in the headlights. And then they started to scramble. Was not impressed, the employee who did my blood work was nice. However, I asked her to make sure my doctor gets a copy of my blood test results to him. She said she would and not to worry, so I took her word for it. One month later, my doctor never got the results. Luckily, I had the results on my mobile app, but I shouldn't t have to rely on the mobile app for my doctor to know the results. There is no reason why they couldn't do a simple request, additionally aren't they suppose to do that anyways????? This was a big deal to me being that it had to do with my TSH levels due to being on Lithium at the time. I'm glad that my TSH levels were not too high or too low and run the risk of getting Hypothyroidism, Hyperthyroidism or Hasimoto's Disease. Won't be coming back if they can't even do what they are suppose to do! read more
