Within 5 minutes Tim called me back, explained his service and we scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, Tim took our rug and wound it in fresh cellophane, and did the same for the pad. We had him look at the additional rugs and after his assessment he gave us instructions for cleaning and stated the cost to clean them didn't make sense since they were too beat up. Tim left with our rugs and not 40 min. later a package arrived. It was a bunch of cake pops and doggie treats. This is an incredible value-add service and one that was never expected. He personally cleaned our rug and when he brought it back (about 3 weeks later...which was exactly as stated) he provided us care instructions and told us to call if there were any questions. Having Tim clean our rug by hand vs. a company who uses chemicals has already paid dividends. No smells or odors have emanated from the rug at all. The price of cleaning our rug was not inexpensive but I can state confidently that the service provided and the quality and care which he treated the rugs, our dog and family far outweigh consideration of any other service. You can't go wrong with Tim. More small businesses should take a page from his book of professionalism and courtesy.

This place was actually recommended by the business that sold us the rugs in the first place indicating they did a good job and were a good value- Which was not the case for us... 6x9 - $250.00 to clean. I wish I'd spent more on the cleaning and I actually sent it to a place that didn't ruin the rug. As the adage goes, you get what you pay for, and I wish I could unwind my decision. When we unrolled the rug at home, it was matted and had shrunk- it no longer fit the rug pad that had been so carefully fitted in the installation. The beautiful sheen of the silk that attracted us to the rug in the first place had disappeared. It now resembled a rug from HomeGoods rather than a specialty rug you showcase in the entryway of your house. Anyhow, upon contacting the ownership, we took the rug back and they were able to restore much of it however, it still is not the same Please learn your lesson from me. He did not asked us to sign any contracts on the first meeting, and he suggested several options of fixing the back siding. Manuel had waited until the weather was sunny and warm with no rain in the forecast and completed a great job on our back siding. He replaced areas with holes and painted the entire back side of the house. Remember, Manuel's bid was at least, 5 times less than other local and national roofing companies that had their company sign all over the neighborhood. I strongly recommend Centex Carpet and Paint. We will be contacting Manuel in a few months to paint our house and replacing the carpet.
