I joined for the classes, but there are some inconsistencies with the quality there. Pros: -Amar's Zumba class on Saturdays. Her routines are high energy, and her song selection is perfect, so you get a good workout. She's excellent, so it's understandable why the class is always packed! -Annette's Tuesday evening Body Works Plus Abs. She is very intense with the repeating intervals with no breaks in between, but you leave feeling accomplished! Cons: -Some of the classes are slow, and you feel as though you did nothing afterwards. I overheard other members with the same sentiment. For example, the Monday/Wednesday evening Zumba is too low energy. I felt like I hadn't done anything. Same with the Friday morning Zumba instructor. Cycle instructor on Monday is not intense enough, and they play the same 5 songs over and over (some of which are pretty lame). -Annette is leaving, so that Tuesday evening class will have major shoes to fill. The only thing I want to change about that class is the music- it's cheesy remixes that are not inspiring at all! - This past Thursday, I waited 20 minutes after start time with 5 other people for the Body Works instructor to show up. She never did. I remember her from when I used to come in pre-COVID. She is a good instructor who is not too intense, but she often showed up late. A 20 min. wait is ridiculous, though. The gym should have better communication with the instructors. "No one called in" is not good enough- call them! -Also, I echo what others have said about Victor. He is pushy as hell. I told him multiple times I wasn't interested in signing anyone up for a guest pass. He continued. The fool should just be glad I'M signing up for a membership! Overall, the gym is fine, I just wish there was a better selection for classes. I just want to get what I pay for. I typically come in at least 3 times a week.

Tonight I went in and went to use a calf machine, and there was no pen to load the weights on it, I went to the front desk and the young man there said oh yeah we know about that you gotta talk to the manager tomorrow or maintenance and I said, "don't you want to write a note down about the machine number? He goes "huh...". So I went over to the sales guy that was still there and asked him if he could do anything about it and he said "I don't care. I'm just a sales guy." He went on to say "If you want to get anything done, you need to take time off and come back to the gym between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm to talk to the manager. He would even take note. This is terrible Customer Service. Terrible maintenance, and it makes me completely regret that I signed up with these guys just over a month ago. I'm now on the hunt to find something much better than this. Unless there is a serious change in their attitude about equipment maintenance, I discourage anyone from signing up here.

Y'all, this gym, Eugene, and his coaching staff are AMAZING. The other people I train with are so awesome, and the vibe is so positive. The warm, welcoming environment is inclusive, upbeat and makes working out the best part of the day. Whatever your goals are, Eugene is there to help you whether you're 30 and in great shape or 70 and want to get/stay strong and active. I'm a chonky middle-aged woman who likes to lift heavy, and never once have I ever felt judged for my size or uncomfortable in any way. If you're looking for a gym, I highly recommend Infint8. Sign up now, thank me later.

With a remarkable culture, fabulous coaches, and great facilities, I have already lost over 21 pounds, and my journey is far from over. The gym's welcoming and supportive environment fosters motivation and camaraderie, while the knowledgeable and dedicated coaches provide personalized guidance. Eugene, Ben and team are amazing. I cannot truly express my gratitude towards them, as they have changed my life. While Eugene and Ben support terrible basketball teams, this is a gym that I could call my second home and one where I would recommend to anyone looking to change their life... literally.

This location is very clean, and crowds are almost always light and chill. I am grouchy, and I hate waiting for a machine. That has never been a problem at this gym. Staff is always courteous and available if needed (although 99% of my interactions are a quick wave as I check in and out). Can't beat the hours, and the location is accessible. The only regret I have is that there is no sauna or steam room, but I'm paying $200 less per month than Lifetime, so that's no biggie. Planet Fitness has helped me with fitness goals, and I appreciate that the price is so reasonable in a world where very little is any more.

The issue is all the kids sitting in machines playing on their phones. I've been a member of this gym for over a year now. I'm a mother with limited time to workout and today will be the fourth time this month I've had to just go home because children are sitting on machines on their phones. As a paying member who looked forward to going to this gym this is very discouraging. I spoke with the manager of the Ronald w Reagan location, Jessie, about this ongoing issue and I was told that I must address the people on their phones first before saying anything to her. So basically, it's my job to attempt to enforce basic gym etiquette on others before I'm able to use the membership I pay for. I should not have to confront multiple people on a daily basis to be able to use this gym. If the manager Jessie is unable to enforce the most basic rule - please do not sit on your phone taking up gym equipment from others, what is she paid to do? Unfortunately, I think i will have to switch to a gym that respects their paying members and doesn't require me to get into confrontations with others in order to use a machine.
