Food was great, service was painfully slow. Upon entering I stood by the wait to be seated for a sign for a few minutes. Later I discovered the waiter was on the floor, yet didn't even acknowledge me to say they were busy and be right with me. I should have known that would be an indication of how the rest of the night would be. The waiter finally saw me, told me to take a seat. I waited for him to give me a menu, took it upon myself to take a menu. When he finally got to me I told him I was ready to order. Instead of taking my order he walked past me, talked to another table. Took forever to get a high chair for my 16 month old. I put the menu back on the front desk hoping he would understand further I was ready to order. After some time he asked if I needed a menu. Told him once again I was ready to order. Anyway, he took my order finally. Didn't ask if I wanted anything to drink. Fine. Then a four top comes in. He takes forever to take their order. Fine. But then is where I got frustrated.... They apparently give complimentary coconut amuse bouche type deals to dine in customers. I know this because I overheard who I assume to be the chef say this to the four top who came in after I was seated and waiting. What irked me is she had the audacity to tell them sorry for waiting for so long when they weren't waiting as long and I hadn't even gotten any sort of complimentary item. When I did get mine there was no apology. Then later the four top was receiving food items after me. This is when I became angry. I had already been seated for over an hour. I know because I responded to a text upon arrival when I was seated (653). I didn't receive the bowl of SOUP I ordered until after 8PM. Had to ask for a beverage. Absolutely ridiculous! Service was slow for everyone. People had to ask for their bill, entrees were not coming out to the same table at the same time, a woman was waiting painfully long for a takeout order. There was NO communication with the server to customers letting them know anything going on. The kitchen may be small, but there was no sense of customer service or organization within the restaurant. The waiter ran the check and decided he got nothing for a tip making a situation awkward. I always tip something as someone in the restaurant industry 18+ years. The food is wonderful, but unfortunately I felt the need to write this review as anyone dining inside the restaurant or picking up and order what they are in for. Also, I found it odd they had a high chair and crayons, but no kids menu. Upon leaving a review on google the chef told me only SOME tables get her complimentary custard. Im sorry my son and I were undeserving and had to wait more than a four top! I recommend going anywhere instead. read more

Went here and such a great experience! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was very intimate but we loved it! Definitely come when you have a good amount of time as all the food is made from scratch! We had the spring rolls, drunken noodles, pineapple fried rice, red chicken curry and spicy stir fried fish. Everything tasted phenomenal. There is only 18 seats, if you are able definitely book a reservation. We were there near the end of the night and Sandy came out to say hi to everyone!! read more

The food was very good. But the waiter seemed to be having a rough night. Maybe next time I can try the organically grown smoked chili pepper he recommended to add some spice to my chicken fried rice, but forgot to bring with my order. We will visit again to see if the service improves, it may just be a takeout type of place. read more

Read the review so we were skeptical about the food and thought the portion will be small. But it unexpectedly big portion and it took only about 10 minutes. The food is very decent, not greasy and truly authentic. Jim is such a warm and friendly person. Will definitely revisit! read more

I can't say enough about the meal and service we had Saturday night. The small size of this restaurant did not impact the huge flavor and portions of food we received. In all we had the Curry, Pad Thai, Pecan Chicken, Tom Yum soup and glass noodle Spring Rolls. Everything was amazing. Food might take a little longer because it is hand made, so expect a little bit longer dining experience. It is well worth the wait. Family owned and fantastic people. I highly recommend. The kitchen produced some great curry and appetizers. It's a great small new restaurant with potential and a great chef.
