Normally I have no problem with this location, and I said all I wanted was a basic oil change. Kayla then told me that the ford manufacturer recommends a full synthetic blend of oil. I said that I knew that, but I will be fine with the synthetic blend. She then tells me I'd be going against what Ford wants. Which again I already knew that considering I did the same synthetic blend the oil change before. Then throughout the oil change she continued to make comments with one being she knew about a car that was the same make and model and once it hit 200,000 miles the engine blew up. This Kayla made a lot of assumptions and was trying to make customers feel bad for not getting a full synthetic oil change. There's a difference in being really passionate about your job and then there's just flat-out disrespect and there are many reasons why customers make the decisions they do and it's not because they are unintelligent when it comes to the care of their vehicle. Other than Kayla the guy Miles in the pit did a really good job. He stayed quiet and did his job with integrity. I will continue to go to this location because every other time has been great.
