They communicated honestly, explained what was happening and gave me great confidence throughout the process. I worked with Tom, Jonathan and Chris during my 2 visits and all three could not do enough to service the car and keep me informed - Great Service! I also met the manager Nate who very calmly used the issue as a teachable moment and brought his entire crew over to show them what had happened and how to correct it - great leadership! The gentleman on the phone was very helpful in assisting me in choosing new tires, especially when discussing my price point. Unfortunately the tires I was quoted for over the phone were the wrong size for my vehicle once I got there, but Sullivan was able to offer me a comparable tire of the same brand for just a little more. They were very upfront about pricing, and I really like that they perform a 29-point vehicle inspection (you'd be surprised at how many places don't do this). They performed the services on my car in a timely manner, about an hour and a half, which was fine because they have a clean and comfortable waiting area. Lastly, my TPMS went off just as I was pulling out -- one of the guys came out, checked my car, and showed me how to manually turn of the TPMS light after he made sure all was well and good. He was a Volkswagen guy, which was a comfort to me! All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely return in the future.

The manager lied to my face. Third time they rotated them. They offer a shuttle service and I work a few miles away on the same street. I booked the shuttle and my early AM appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought my car there and the shuttle van wasn't there. No big deal I was there 15+ minutes early. After about a 1/2 hour the van still wasn't there. my appointment was 1/2 hour into the appointment and they still hadn't started the car. Normally I would leave it for the day. After nearly an hour (the car should have been done at this point!) I asked for the keys and left. After the manager lying about rotating the tires (twice) this was the last straw. I haven't been back since.

My longtime mechanic had retired, and I wasn't sure where to go next until I discovered D&G Auto Repair on Yelp! In August 2025, I brought my car in for brake service (pads and rotors replacement). From the very beginning, I felt I was in good hands. Paulo, the manager, responded to my Yelp inquiry almost immediately. He was professional, kind, and attentive. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained everything in a clear, respectful way, something I truly appreciate. I felt a strong sense of trust that he genuinely cared about my car and my safety. When I arrived at the shop, Paulo was just as professional and kind in person. He made me feel confident in my choice to use to D&G Auto Repair. After I left my car, he followed up via text with an estimated bill before starting any work, which gave me peace of mind and control over the process. The shop itself is small but clearly run by expert technicians, and the waiting room is clean and comfortable, a nice bonus! I returned yesterday with a question about a noise I'd heard. Tony, one of the technicians, came out and personally walked around my car with me. He pointed out how clean it looked and even asked about repairs I had done elsewhere. He gave me a mini lesson on body repair which was surprisingly enlightening. He then gave me directions to the nearest Auto Parts store and Car Wash. That kind of extra care is rare and so appreciated.
