Best body shop ever. Not only my car was towed on a timely manner, it was repaired so good that I couldn't believe my eyes. My Porsche Panamera 4 looked as a brand new car. The paint looked amazing and the damage to the front side had zero signs. I didn't write the review soon because I wanted to see if it was going to give me mechanical problem. Ok gotta say, AWESOME Went to liquor store and when I came out, car is dead. This has happened a few times recently and assuming its a battery I ask another customer for a jump. The last few times this happened it took a few minutes too start but this time nothing. Guys at liquor store tell me I can leave the car there till 6 am (it was near midnight) but for reasons not wanting to discuss, I can't leave it over night. Luckily a friend of mine was coming over and she took me home so I can look for a tow truck. Thank goodness I wasn't stuck there waiting because it took 2 hours of calling around before I found this place. Of the calls I made, I was told CHP has our trucks for at least another hour We have a 5 mile minimum for tows We charge $125 hook up and charge 5 mile min at $5 a mile $90 miniYou're too far away I called here and THANK HEAVEN!!! Guy said he'd be there in 15 min charging me a price so low I don't want to say because I worry the guy may get in trouble. I thought great, can get cash at store and all wonderful. Well I got to liquor store and their machine wasn't working so I thought I left SOME cash at home I could give him rest when he dropped me off plus tip. When the driver came he ended up trying to jump the car, tested the battery, then showed me it was the starter, banged on some part of the car got it started and then I realized, I was still a lot short (even though he didn't take me the .7 mi, he still came all the way out and all) he said it was nothing, not to worry, accepted what I could give him and went on his way THANK YOU!!! This mechanic shop was really clutch, literally, when I needed it to be. I was stuck because my car wouldn't turn on and I called AAA. They came and found out my starter have malfunctioned. They recommended this shop since it's AAA certified. Early next day I have gotten a phone call from a mechanic, Hector, and said that the car is going to be ready at 2pm. He towed my car to Auto Car, which was not able to repair it but did not charge me for the time they spent. They recommended that the car be towed to a dealer. Worst experience ever!!! Auto Car Towing deserves 0 star! Reader beware! AAA is a big joke by charging consumers membership fees for us to deal with companies and their employees like this one. And don't be wasting your time by filing a complaint, it goes straight through the shredder after wiping their behinds. The tow truck driver showed up, is from the bottom of the barrel recovered from the landfills! I won't even let him walk by my car! Disrespectful people deserve disrespectful reviews! I had troubles with my Hot Rod early Mothers Day Morning. I contacted Auto Car for a tow... only a couple miles, no AAA. They were there in less than an hour. The Driver Hipilito took very good care of my lowered street rod and worked his tail off to get it on and off the truck without damaging it. Hipilito helped us push the rod into the garage at home and went way beyond the scope of normal towing. I am very grateful for the service, cost and care that I was treated to.
