I found him to be ' Personable & Kind '. Apparently he moved there from a previous location hence the name Gilman Auto. My 1st. time there - and I was impressed that Mr. Saffan went the Extra Mile to Accomodate my Disability with his kindness. I lucked out ! Suffering enough trying to live with a ' Non-Functioning Dome Light '. I had had to open my door to get the Timed Light to come on !!! I got a call right before closing that it works now - I can now read or look 4 stuff. The makeshift one I'd acquired from ' Auto Zone ' .... Not as Efficient nor Practical. I called a couple local places, and One Stop quoted me the best price, and charged by the pound on freon when other places in town charged a flat rate of TRIPLE what I paid at one stop. We arrived, and talked to Chad and I went in to do Paperwork as Chad harmlessly flirted with my fiance (I understand Chad Shes GORGEOUS) We headed next door to an Air Conditioned Mexican food place, came back and the car was done. Chad told me, that JUST IN CASE there was a leak, he put some dye in the system! Went to go pay and I dont know how it came up, but the nice lady inside alluded to having some native artifacts.... I checked them out but didnt get any... All in all... Great experience! Glad we found them! Would recommend! Also.... a HUGE THANK YOU!!!!!!

However I have to share my experience with One Stop Auto Service…read morelocated in Brentwood, California.  I had the absolute best customer service ever.  I had a family emergency on a Friday evening prior to a holiday weekend.  I called several shops and Noone was able to help me until Monday.  I was about to give up but I made one more last call and it was to One Stop Auto Service. After explaining my situation with what my vehicle was doing they seemed very happy to help me. They squeezed me in at the very end of the day, diagnosed my car and I authorized the work and shortly was on the road to my family.  The mechanic was very knowledgeable and explained in full detail so that I understood. Ashley, the office administrator was my 1st contact when I called and she made me feel important and was eager to help. The service from my 1st call to the office and then mechanic of my car was 110% Above and beyond my expectations.  I recommend them over any other shop. Call them and you will see, you will end up making them your One Stop Only Shop Go To Mechanic knowing you are receiving the most excellent top knotch service and skills from a highly experienced mechanic.

When I picked up my vehicle, there were several issues. There was a scratch on one of the rear panels, I found a bag of McDonalds in the back and my floor mats were dirty. When I inquired about the technician that was working on my vehicle, I found out that the gentleman was neither certified or experienced with Mercedes-Benz. I will never come back, then to top it all I was charged $153 more than what I was quoted!

Drop my car off he breaks my wheel bearing then charges me for it . Comes up with crazy prices $950 for breaks and rotors and the wheel bearing he broke. I've have 10 Diff cars never have I paid that much for breaks and rotors . To me that's outrageous then he said $850 so you really are just making up prices . I begged him not to leave my car over night and to fix the wheel bearing and we will worry about breaks tomorrow. Nope so I had to leave my car in Richmond over night . The next day comes and hours go by I finally get my car he only ends up doing the back . He tells me my car is shaking bad bc of my bad tires . Well 2 days ago before I brought my car my car was driving smooth as a babies bottom. Literally no issues . Get it back and it's a lil bumpy but I get 5 min from my job and it's unbearable. Shaking so bad I had to pull over in an unsafe location on Hwy4 . I get out and my front driver side lug nuts are completely loose . He sends two men out 30+ min later (at this point my job calls me off) they get there and they tighten them but I can tell something was still wrong , I'm still in a unsafe location so I don't look. Then I get back on road and my engine light comes on. Mind you my car was in perfect condition before brining here . I called him and sent pics of my engine he refused to look at it after I told him I did not want to leave my car there overnight. So anyway then a day or 2 later it's back shaking bad, I get out and look and my whole front driver side lug nut is missing broke in half . So when I had the concern something was wrong when the two guys came to fix my tire I was right, they broke my lug nut and did not say anything to me about it. Then I called him and he was trying to give me the hardest time about it when he was the only person working on my car and he already stripped my first lug not on my back passenger tire . To say the least I'm glad he did the payment arrangement because I will never be going back and he will not be getting a full payment from me . I paid $200 and with the work I received and the amount of backlash I got for his shi* work . I think we are even . Plus I'm not paying $150 for a wheel bearing you broke. I just got that tire changed a week before this and they got the tire off perfectly fine . To say the least I had the WORST experience I've ever had at a car shop

Kumar was very helpful and very respectful when I arrived, he did not rush me and gave me the time I needed to look at the cars. He also let me test drive it by myself which I thought was pretty cool. The prices and taxes were a little high but I picked a very nice and reliable car. I love my new car and it runs great. This dealership gives warranties on all of his cars and takes value at making sure your car is well taken care of. If there is any issues , he takes responsibility and fixes whatever needs to be fixed. I Definitely recommend this dealership!

They said they found a loose hose and reconnected it and that fixed the Powertrain malfunction but as soon as I drove off the lot the signs of a problem with my Powertrain were still there. $300 for them to waste a week of my time and a reattached hose that was unrelated to the issue. Not to mention my advisor was hard to reach, had a problem honoring the 20 mile range to drop me off and pick me up, denied my request for a loaner instantly. Had to demand my car back after then saying they were going to contact me back and never doing that. And cherry on top, told me all about their car washing service, even marked it on my paperwork but of course no wash was given.
