I brought…read moremy car in for a misfire cylinder 3 came in with my own 6 spark plugs for them to replace and the mechanic Carl I specifically told him what codes I got I gave it to him and also told him i'm having a misfire he then asked me if I want a diagnostics test but they charge $120 for it I said it's okay no thank you I don't need that because I already know what's wrong with it I'm not bout to pay for something that I already know. Okay gave him the codes and sparks plugs. Okay they finished returned my car back to me with my check engine light still on so I end up paying $300 something for that service. Just for them to tell me we have to run diagnostics on it now to figure out what is wrong diagnostics come back they tell me the same thing I told Carl when I brought it in the first time so they had to reopen my engine the whole same process to get to my misfire cylinder 3 like I said previously I feel like they perpously didn't work on it the first time just to try and milk money out me because as a mechanic regardless of running diagnostics or not if I bring my car to you with my own six spark plugs and tell you I'm having a misfire cylinder 3 shouldn't you as a mechanic know to check things like the burnt ignition coils when changing out my six spark plugs are am I in the wrong???? Whatever okay they found out it's a burnt ignition coil and they ended up charging me another $460 sum again for something that should of been done the first time round the day after and they blamed me and said I brought the six spark plugs that is all my mechanic is gonna work on like excuse me are you serious ended up paying it all cuz I need my car for work so I'm already frustrated off having to pay almost $900 for six spark plug replacement and a burnt ignition coil..... just doesn't seem right at all and to top it all off like I'm not already upset about being played they changed my coolant reservoir for "Free" the 2nd time around opening my engine without even consulting with me about it and guess what I had a brand new coolant reservoir in my trunk that they didn't see or must've seen idk but my coolant reservoir was a little cracked but I was still driving it around for two months like that. I quote her "I just couldn't drive it like that we had to change it" okay I appreciate the kind gesture but seriously I drive for about 2 weeks and I'm having problems with the coolant reservoir it just isn't keeping coolant like at all and now my water pump is leaking ....... Please if you have a engine problem don't bring it to these people they will do they're best to get the most amount of money out you. Now I'm shit out of luck with a car that's leaking from there kind "free" gesture unbelievable.... The icing on the cake is I find out my coolant reservoir was empty damn near last night at work in the morning like around 1 AM stressing all night couldn't put my heater on car was just blowing cold air. I just woke up off my graveyard shift to try and call this place to explain to them my side and of course I am frustrated and angry the only day they closed is today but Arabella picked up the phone she was saying one thing then another then she kept throwing in the word "free coolant" and she wasn't listening to me she straight up just hung up in my face when I was just trynna explain to her that why did I pay $900 for services that damaged my car...
