We were referred to Campbell Motor Center, and the experience exceeded expectations from start to finish. On a Thursday evening, we spoke with Anthony, who went out of his way to get us scheduled for the very next morning. That alone was impressive, considering the dealership couldn't get us in anytime soon. By Friday, the car was in, serviced, and completely finished within about four hours. The pricing was about one-third of what Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek quoted us, without sacrificing quality or professionalism. What really stood out was the level of service. Anthony handled everything personally, from communication to updates. Every question we had was answered clearly, and we always knew what was going on with the car. No pressure, no upselling, just honest and efficient service. With over 30 years of experience in customer service and running a business myself, I don't give this kind of feedback lightly. This is an A++ operation. Going forward, every vehicle we own outside of dealership warranty will be serviced here. Highly recommend. Frank Saunders

    I had previously taken my vehicle to Campbell motor center to get valve cover gaskets replaced,…read morethey did and excellent job and for a fair price, so when my 20 year old car started jerking and stalling and the engine light on came on and signal a potential oil pressure censor being the issue, I once again decided to take it to the guys at Campbell motor center, where they confirmed it was an oil pressure sensor and they also discovered the water pump was leaking, they where able to fix the issue within a one day turn around (* I've had experiences at other shops, where I had to wait multiple days before getting my car back), and now the vehicle is running better than it has for a long time.

Stress Free Auto Care was the complete opposite. They patiently went back and forth with me over email, answered all of my questions clearly, and were genuinely pleasant to work with. When the initial quote didn't quite fit my budget, they worked with me to find a solution that made sense. They even squeezed me in earlier than my originally scheduled appointment on short notice, which I really appreciated. Phil, the general manager, was especially nice and accommodating throughout the whole process. Overall, it was a smooth, transparent, and genuinely stress-free experience. I'll definitely be coming back here for future car service needs.

    This place had a different name before the pandemic (maybe longer ago). I went there one time when…read moreit had that name that included the word "Toyota" in it. I brought my car there for some kind of service, I don't remember what. I didn't go back there because of the prices. Years later, I found a mechanic that I like, but that mechanic is 7 miles from me, so I had been going to different places for oil changes and going to the mechanic for repairs. Long story short, my oil change light came on and I wasn't able to go to my regular oil change place due to an unscheduled closure. I pulled over and looked at reviews. This shop's sister shop had a five-star review and was pretty close to where I was. They had no available appointments, but the manager directed me to this one, which I was able to get an appointment the next day. The clerk told me the oil change also included an inspection. About an hour later, I get a text wanting approval for another $2,200. I knew that my mechanic would charge just over half for the brakes alone, so I declined the other services. That's where it got crazy. I pick my car, and the check engine light and two other lights were on. They hadn't been on when I dropped off the car. When I called it in, the mechanic (or clerk, I'm not sure which) kept repeating "You declined additional services." Now, I'm old enough and competent enough to have changed my oil and even replaced the spark plugs and cables on cars back in the day, so I knew there was absolutely no reason at all that an oil change would cause the check engine light to go on. Essentially, they introduced a problem that didn't exist when I brought it in. So, I called my mechanic and asked whether there might be a reason for the light to have been triggered. He said that it could be triggered if the hoses are not reconnected when they inspect the air filters. That, in fact, was the problem. This leaves me with two possible outcomes, neither of which is good: either they deliberately left the hoses disconnected so that I'd panic and buy the other services or they were careless. I made an appointment with my mechanic, who looked over Stress Free's estimate and then inspected my car. His initial comment was "These guys are expensive as hell," and pointed out one place where Stress Free was going to charge me for labour for a service that would have been part of another of the services. Long story short, I'm having the repair done by my mechanic for less than $1,000.

Huge shoutout to Tarnell Pollard, who goes above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is set up for long-term success. The man explains everything clearly, checks all the details, and somehow manages to do it all while looking exactly like T.I. I half expected him to tell my car to "live its best life" before sending me on my way. Also want to recognize Eric, Joseph, and Alex, who rounded out the rest of the team that day. Everyone worked together seamlessly, stayed positive, and made the whole experience quick, smooth, and honestly enjoyable--which is not something you usually say about an oil change. Another successful trip to Oilstop. Professional service, great vibes, and a crew that clearly takes pride in their work. I'll definitely be back.

Like what??? Who else has service like that. All the gentleman working were so polite, and would explain everything thoroughly. Despite there being a line we never felt like our service was being rushed. 10/10 experience I cannot recommend this location more!!!
