As luck would have it, I noticed an auto repair shop advertising brake repair directly across the street, so I decided to stop in and see if they could help. I was greeted by Alex at the front desk, and from the moment I walked in, he was extremely professional, courteous, and eager to help. Alex inspected my brakes, explained what needed to be done, and provided me with a very reasonable quote. I decided to move forward with the repair. Once the work was completed, Alex presented me with the final invoice--and it was exactly what he had quoted me, not a penny more. That is what I consider an honest and trustworthy auto repair shop. I was extremely impressed with Alex and the level of service I received. I will definitely be returning to this shop whenever my van needs service or repairs, and I would have no hesitation recommending them to others. Interesting how differently two Integrity automotive in Campbell and Scott's Valley can be. I have five star raving review for Scott's valley location. Pulled in with my wife's car with engine light on and need to change oil. They asked for inspection charge to deal with check engine. I asked what if it something simple? They said it still needs inspection and will be charged accordingly. I promptly left. It turned out that Check engine light was on because gas cap wasn't properly secured. A familiar tech scanned it in first two minutes of my arrival. Behavior like this instantly breaks trust. This location never will see any of my cars. I came here randomly on a Saturday because there was no line when I called. I needed to get my smog check done since I paid for my registration tags online, but missed the part that I was supposed to get a smog check. Lol there was no weight and it took me about 25 minutes to get it smog. The two gentleman working were very polite and helpful, I was given a receipt, yet it's been about a month and I have yet to receive my DMV. The gentleman assured me he would electronically put in the paperwork, and the DMV in Sacramento would receive the smog check clearance as of Monday. That was mid December, and it's currently February. Nothing against this particular place since I have a receipt, but the DMV sucks! No offense to anybody at the DMV I really like you and my car. I would just like my tags so I don't get pulled over for a fixed ticket. at the same time I need to read. Lol. I have a small SUV and my smog check was About $90 I think with tax and everything it was about that price. It was honestly so long ago I forget. But I remember thinking as long as it was under 100. Our Honda Civic broke down and and we were a little leery about who we should take the car to. A few months ago we had our car smogged at Integrity, so we called and spoke with Shawn, The experience was unbelievable!!! My experience was excellent Shawn at the front so helpful. My car was towed in because of overheating. They diagnosed and suggested a new water pump, thermostat and serpentine belt. Not cheap but necessary. Next morning I picked up my car and of I went. One week later the overheating warning sign comes back on. I drive in the next morning at 8am. Shawn has the techs check it out. Expansion tank cap seal had failed. They put a new seal on. No charge and I'm on my way. Good honest and helpful service. Nice !!!! read more

I spent over $700 dollars back in November 2021 to have an oil leak repaired here and I wish that I hadn't. Not 2 months later I was dealing with oil leak issues that caused significant damage to my car. I was told by another mechanic that the oil was still leaking from the same area that was supposed to have been fixed by Integrity Automotive. Another red flag about this place was that I was in the waiting room and some poor customer had come in that day to pick his car up after it had to be left over right for an oil change. The person working the desk at Integrity Automotive had the audacity to make a comment about how the customer paid with a coupon when the customer complained that his car was kept over night. I should have followed my gut instinct then and gone to another mechanic and I deeply regret my decision to allow them to work on my car that day. read more

Simple oil change that included alignment check and fluid fills. They spent most of the time looking at things to fix and after 90 minutes , no alignment check or fluid checks. And a scratch on my door from mechanic tool or keys scuffed the door as he got in the car to move it inside. They wanted $2500 for a water pump that hasn't failed but suggested i should do it. Grinding noise after taking my car here, they performed a brake job on my car. Had our family mechanic check it out only to realize they did not put my BRAKE CALIPER PIN back in. This could have been a horrible outcome had my mechanic not caught it, if it went unnoticed I could have met my fate. Great folk. Brought my SUV in because the cable connecting the Rear Hatch which allowed the door to open electronically got disconnected. It is attached inside the hatch door and I had no idea how to access it, nor if it was simply disconnected, or the cable was broken. Instead of taking to the dealership, they said to bring it in and they would check to see if they could fix it. Not only were they able to remove a panel to access the connection, but after re-connecting the cable which fixed the issue, they did not charge me as they job took less than 15 min to fix. I would have happily paid as the dealership would have charged for a min 1 hour work I am sure. Such nice people and I will certainly be using them for tires and other car work in the future. I called this placr to check if they had availability for a smog check and the person i talked to on the phone said yes they do so I drove here and the guy at the counter named shaun with a white beard was very rude and sassy and said their mechanic won't be back till the 21st but the person on the phone didn't tell me that.
