so it was hot I normally do it myself, but I looked under the car and I'm like well that's a lot of pushpins undo to get the rock shield and everything off so I took it there. Yeah it was fast, but I noticed they used the torque wrench on my oil bolt and then to put pushpins back in. So when I get home, I look under my car. What do I see? They put every spare bolt they can in and is sticking out and none of the bolts match at all. can't put new pushpins in because the bolt stretched all the holes out and won't stay in properly because of holes that have nothing in them to hold it up now read more

Warning: Do not trust them with hybrid vehicles! Took our new hybrid here for a routine oil change, and they overfilled the engine. This caused severe misfires and a check engine light. got my oil changed here for the first time. price was interesting because i normally have family help out, but couldn't this time around. i paid about $190 for an oil change + new cabin air filter. i got some leaves stuck in my fan since the cabin filter got replaced, though i got most of it out on my own. i wish they would vacuum before putting a new one however the service was quick and friendly read more

Upsell upsell upsell. I've been coming here for a few years, and it recently changed hands. The prices used to be displayed on a sign to the left, that's gone. If you told the guy, "Hey I just want an oil change" they usually got the hint and left you alone. 3 different guys trying to upsell me, twice for the same thing. "We have this special cleaner we can put in, because your car was low on oil there's buildup" They refused to stop talking even when I declined, and kept trying to sell me on it. Worst part? Now they ask for a tip? Why is my mechanic/oil change guy asking for a tip? Did you shine my shoes while you were changing my oil? I'm gonna start looking for a new place. We went to get an oil change yesterday and was only expecting an oil change but the guys, Vincent, David, Jose, and Pres were so attentive and on it for our car. They recommended many things that noticeably bettered our car, they told us it was overdue and no one before had told us it was overdue. This was the Best service we've received from Oil Changers, and we've been to many, my family goes as well. We will stay coming to this location whenever we need an oil change, I strongly recommend. I had my Dodge charger serviced at oil changers for the first time, after getting the coupon in the mail. I had no idea, so this is great advertising. I arrived and I was able to sit in the car the entire time, it was just a little busy but even with how busy it was, the guys were efficient and timely and I feel like I didn't wait that long. I don't know much about cars or what oil I need, but Vincent is the one who helped me and he was so informative and polite and made me feel very comfortable through the process. They were also extremely thorough during the full service and made sure I had everything that I needed. I can't say enough good things about Vincent as well as everyone at oil changers. If you're comfortable potentially paying out of pocket for damage caused during routine service, then by all means continue using this location. However, consider this a clear warning based on my personal experience. I brought my vehicle in for a standard oil change. Everything seemed routine until one of the technicians removed my engine air filter and asked if I wanted it replaced. I declined and requested only the oil change. I did notice him struggling to reattach the air filter housing but didn't think much of it at the time. A few days later, my check engine light came on. I had the code scanned at O'Reilly Auto Parts, and it showed an issue with the mass air flow sensor. Upon opening the hood, I discovered that the air filter housing was damaged--all the clips were broken, and the assembly was barely held together. I returned to Oil Changers and requested a review of their security footage to confirm what I already knew. The same technician who serviced my vehicle admitted he had trouble putting the housing back together. The staff said they would investigate further and open a case. The manager stated that both he and the regional manager needed to inspect the vehicle in person, so we began trying to coordinate a time. Before the inspection could take place, I was contacted and told they had reviewed the footage and "confirmed" that no one had touched the air filter housing--an outright lie, considering the technician's earlier admission. When I challenged that claim, I was told the regional manager would follow up with me directly. That was nearly a month ago, and I've heard nothing since. This location has shown a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and regard for customer satisfaction. If a mistake is made, they will deflect, deny, and delay rather than take responsibility. Based on this experience, I strongly advise against trusting your vehicle with this business. Would give negative stars if I could. read more
