I pulled up at 8 am and there was a chain across the driveway. I saw employees and asked what time they opened. They said 8:30 and I would have to come back? Huh? There are spots for about 12-15 cars and they wouldnt let the chain down. People started queing up on the driveway apron waiting for the to remove the chain. They removed the chain at 8:30 and were not friendly nor did they greet us at all. My guess is this place lacks supervision and is run by the employees. I saw other customers leave becuase they couldn't get in the lot. Testing was quick, but service really sucked. read more

If I could give this zero stars I would. I have been coming here for years to get my smog check. I came in today at about 3pm n the shop was empty. I pulled up and Ernest was my mechanic. Gave him my info and I proceeded to wait inside. After a few minutes he summoned me outside to take a look at something. As I came up to the car he showed me the catylic converter and told me that it had been replaced because he could see the "weld" marks an couldn't see a serial number. I informed him that it has never been replaced. He insisted that it had even though I've had the car its entire life. He basically said I was lying and that he couldn't help me. I left this shop very upset because I know what work has been done to my vehicle. I feel like Ernest didn't provide the necessary customer service and quality proffesialism that I have recieved here prior to this visit. I will say that I DO NOT reccomend anyone coming here because you will be served terribly. You lost a long time customer. Please go elsewhere for your smog checks read more

But after my first experience at ACSC, I don't think I'll be going to AAA for my renewals anymore! For an additional price of $19.95, they will process your license renewal right then and there! It may seem a bit much, but when you check into Yelp, you get a $10 discount. Then, if you pay via debit or cash, there's an additional $5 discount. The way I figure, it's $5.95 to get my renewal, not have to drive to the DMV nor AAA and wait in line. For me, it's definitely worth it!
