Quick, great service. I told them what another garage quoted me for a diagnostic and a replacement for one of the sensors. "For a 'diamond' sensor, maybe." I loved Alex's humor. He asked me how I felt driving my car before the sensor light; I was put at ease knowing he was asking me more questions than an average shop and I could answer them easily enough. I went in, dropped off the car, got a call within the hour for price quote. Another hour and half later, it was all done. After being involved in a hit a run collision, i went to Yelp for help. After finding Auto Clinique i was very happy and had no worries of choosing this place for repairs. There are very helpful reviews and good ratings for this place. When I took my car in, Mike was very polite, professional and helpful. Almost every panel of my drivers side had dammage: front door, side mirror, back door, quarter panel and bumper and tailight. As usual the insurance company gave us the run around for repairs and cost, the guys here still kept me informed and almost worry free. When I would call for updates Alex was very helpful and made sure i kept pushing the insurance company to pay up. After about a month and two repair estimates, i finally got my car back, cost for repair was about $4100.00. Of course after repairs my car looked better and at first look i was happy. The reason I'm only giving them three stars is because after noticing a few things about the repairs, they seemed annoyed. First it was my bumper one side, left side, is buckled under tailight. There response was, "it's not that bad". Second they only replaced the skins to my doors on right side. Which i figured with the amount of money paid you could just replace the entire door. I accepted that only the skins were replaced, but every time my doors close it makes a loud sound and echoes through the car. There response was that's how it is when you replace car parts. Totally unacceptable, no that's not how it is. After mentioning it to them someone told me they would have to charge me to take it apart and put the sound deadner in. Another response was, we didn't take anything out it's in there, unacceptable. They made me feel like i didn't know what I was talking about and that they were annoyed with me. The reason why I know about the sound deadner and bumper being buckled was because i took it in for a second opinion. My car is a 2014 Malibu with only about 9000 miles, like everyone i just want good work and done right. I really feel they had my car for such a long time, enough time to put more detail into the work. One comment made to me from Ryan was, our standard is to fix the car so the normal person doesn't see the flaws in the repairs . I'm a normal person who did notice them. I really was hoping that everything would be OK, why wouldn't it. I found this place on Yelp with great reviews. SMH note to self don't always trust Yelp! I went here because the reviews were great. I would agree that Brian was great but everyone else there was not. I took my car in because I had several lights come on at once (check engine and some others). When I was checking in, a lot of the workers were standing around talking and the guy who gave me the paperwork was very reluctant to answer any of my questions. I was very annoyed. They later called me explaining what the diagnostic told them, recommended a test to run, and then figured out the problem. When I picked up my car, Brian was very friendly, showed me the part they had to replace and answered all my questions. Great! About a week later, the lights all came back on so I took it back in to them since they have a warranty on their work. Once again, dropping it off was a nightmare. In the week I had my car back, a coworker had backed out into it causing a big dent on the front bumper so I told them I would like a quote on fixing it. The guy didn't want to answer my questions, was very vague, was acting like he had no idea what I wanted. He walked outside, looked at my car, and said it would need to be replaced. I told him I wanted a written quote with how much the replacement would cost, the labor, etc. because my coworker was going to take care of it. He finally said ok he would have it when I picked it up for the other issue. They did ultimately fix the issue with my check engine lights but never gave me a quote. When they called saying it was ready for pickup, I asked if they had written up a quote for the bumper. The guy had no idea what I was talking about (despite me writing it on my paperwork when I checked in too) but said they would have it by the time I picked up my car. I couldn't get over there until the next day and when I did - no quote. The first guy, again, just walked out and looked at my car and said $600. I asked to get that in writing - AGAIN. He said, "No, I do for $600." I was so frustrated that I just left. Brian was friendly - everyone else was an extreme hassle to deal with. I won't be back. read more

I've had an electrical issue with my Audi TT for months. I first took it to another nearby auto shop and was charged to be lied to about the issue (they told me it was my alternator and they could install a refurbished one for $700 - crooks!). I then took it to another shop that fixed part of the problem and told me that my lights were fine. Another $500. I ended up having to take a loan out to try and get the problem solved. After a third repair place, the issue remained. At this point, I was a bit gun shy about trying any other mechanics. So months passed while I could not drive my car at night (counting cab fare, I'm $2,000 in the hole at this point). Then I meet Brian from Auto Clinique! He tells me that he'd be happy to take a look at it, and won't charge me if he can't figure out the problem. Three hours after I drop it off, he calls me and tells me what the issue is, how to resolve it inexpensively, and for a small down payment, allows me to keep my car while we wait for the parts needed to completely resolve the issue!!! I feel like I have my freedom back, and Auto Clinique is the hero of this story! I would (and will) recommend them to anyone who is searching for a good and ethical auto repair shop. My front passenger bumper and fender was hit and when I came to pick it up it looked brand new. He even detailed it on top of fixing the body damage. Unfortunately I'm getting to where they recognize me here, but thankfully never for the same issue! These guys are great at tackling whatever my car can throw at them and I love it! I am confident that when I drop off my vehicle here (or unfortunately sometimes have it towed) that it will be well taken care of and for the most reasonable price they can offer me. But here's the important part: that hasn't harmed their quality of work. Over two years I brought my car into this shop multiple times for the same issue (same engine code).
