I highly recommend this auto body repair shop. They were extremely professional and did a great job with my car. I dealt with the owner, Paul, who consistently went out of his way to make sure I understood the claims process (my car was hit in a parking lot and dealing with the other guy's insurance was difficult). After a collision I needed to get my front bumper and some other parts replaced, and some things re-aligned. I got quotes from several shops and Auto Dent was by far the cheapest. To be honest, that made me skeptical about them. The other shops were more expensive but their quotes were close to each others' - maybe a couple of hundred dollars difference. Auto Dent's quote was much cheaper than the rest by far. Because I needed to save money, I brought my car into Auto Dent, hoping for the best. I'm glad I did. They did a fantastic job, the front of my car looks great, you'd never know it had been in an accident, and they even vacuumed the inside of the car so it looked nice inside too. I went here to get an estimate on some bumper damage that I wanted to fix before returning my lease. Paul was very honest and straightforward and after assessing the damage told me it might be cheaper to just return the car as is and to at least wait until after the pre return inspection. I have never worked with such an excellent repair shop. I don't even know where to begin. They helped me with not just one but two fender benders where my car was hit from behind within a very short part of each other. Paul and his family were so helpful, took care of having my car towed to his shop, helped me with the arrangements with the insurance companies and with the car rental, and his wife just called to check on me to see how I was doing while I was waiting for the police report to be ready. They helped me figure out what insurance company the other driver had since it wasn't on the police report and walked me through the way to get the best service from the other insurance company. Paul even helped me get payment from my insurance company for an accident that took place almost 6 years ago, that I hadn't done work on due to the deductible that was due.
