They only use factory OEM parts. The real deal. The car looks better than new. Super fantastic job. Chris helped me and answered all my questions and gave me assistance when needed. I had a tiny issue with the back wiper spray being clogged, which may or may not have been a result of the repair, they had it fixed within 10 mins. I did have to go back down, but it was addressed instantly. I really really wish these guys did more things than auto body, they could make a lot of money handling other issues so well and fast. We took it in to have it looked at on a Saturday. We were very impressed with Todd, the owner. We dropped it off the next week to have a full car polishing and repair and paint work to the fender. We picked it up a few days later and it looked beautiful...almost as good as the day we drove to off the lot. Their staff is friendly and knowledgable. I was sitting one foot from the owner, as he spoke with his "parts" man, inquiring whether or not he had a door. The parts man said he had a door. BUT...I had to wait FOUR DAYS before I could pick up my vehicle, with no explanation for the delay. In the meantime, I was forced to rent a car. I was charged $950 for a used door!! Combined with my rental car charge, I wound up paying almost $2000. There was absolutely no reason for my having to wait so long to have my door to be replaced, and I DEFINITELY question why I was charged so much for a used door!
