My original review wasn't great. I was frustrated with the situation, not so much with Auto Dynamics. Went there to have something programmed which another shop couldn't do. In the process, they found a broken NOx sensor. The part was indefinitely back ordered. They tried to repair the sensor, but that didn't work. They even considered swapping out a sensor from one of their sprinters, but couldn't be stuck waiting indefinitely, either. I drove 10 hours home and waited 6 weeks for the parts to be delivered and installed by my local shop. They weren't able to do the programming, either. Jorge offered to do the programming for free and was sure he could complete the job. Unfortunately, I only have one start left on the computer's countdown until it goes into limp mode. Even if I didn't have to stop for fuel, which I would, any emergency requiring turning off the engine would result in needing a tow. I just can't risk it. I believe Auto Dynamics is honest, helpful and trustworthy. I recommend them. read more

Worst experience ever scammers, they will charge you 125 for visual inspection, ( in the name of level one diagnostic) which they will take picture of your car around as visual lol (pff parody) and then they will offer 675 for simple diagnostic, or 125 and take your car back home with nice pictures of it. They offered 9000-10000 for engine replacement in 2013 year old car worth 3000. If you don't know nothing about cars and issues they will charge you to the max of their capabilities. Carlos is a rude guy, Find better mechanic if you don't want to be overpriced for service which every mechanic in town can do for 1/8 of this price. That is my honest opinion. If you are looking for a place that is honest and trustworthy, I suggest looking into coming here! They were so respectful while explaining what was wrong with my car. Before deciding to run the diagnostic they let me know that the code my car was giving could be a number of things and they wouldn't know for sure without doing a diagnostic. I waited on it and my car went into safe mode of Christmas Eve, I brought it back to them had them run it and they called back and let me know what was wrong! They were nothing but helpful and even fixed my car quickly. They even have options for financing for the repairs which was super helpful given it was the holiday season. The main guy that helped me was Steven, and he was nothing short of amazing! If my car has any other problems they are the first people I am going to. Company said they could flash an airbag module on a 2017 chevy silverado. I replaced all damaged air bag parts with dealership parts and they still couldnt reset the light. This company like many others that say the can program or flash airbag systems do not have the capability of doing so. Do not waist your money go straight to the dealership. read more

Brought my car in this place was recommended. I paid them $5900 for repairs to repair the four door locks. They replaced the pneumatic pump on the Mercedes with what they said was a brand new pump and repair the trunk and the air conditioner as soon as I got home, the drivers door stopped functioning after I paid them the money then I had to pay them again when I brought it back for the drivers door they said it was another issue I paid them again $1450 picked up the car got it home and the two rear doors stopped working. I was so disgusted. I would not even speak about it. They kept sending me emails. How did you like your visit will you recommend to a friend after two weeks, the trauma of being a client of theirs was enough subsided that I could talk about it and I sent them back an email stating every time I bring my car to you. You break other things that were working when I dropped it off and they said they called me up on the telephone and said the owner will make it right bring it back and I said are you sure because it's just the rear two doors are not working even though I paid for them maybe I should stay away and they said no verbally on the phone he wants to make it right so I brought it back there . two days later they call me on the phone and they say now all of your doors are not working and your trunk is not working but don't worry we will give you a good deal on it and I said but wait a minute you told me you were going to make it right and now you've got everything broken that was working when I dropped it off and they said that's why we're going to give you a good deal now I said I've given you $6000 almost in the last four weeks for all of these issues that you're telling me again and they said we don't like your tone, Sir come and pick up your car and we will give you $1425 back out of your $5900. I was completely drained and felt used. I said I'm coming, but please put everything back the way that it was when I dropped it off at at least, they said come get your car. I got there. I had my assistant. I had to pay her to come with me to give me a ride to pick it up. She's my witness by the way everything that happened. I got my license plate was in the rear seat none of the doors open or close automatically, some of them wouldn't even open the trunk was locked and would not open and they gave me a check for $1425 and told me to leave and don't come back if anyone has any questions please call me. I'll tell you and show you everything all the receipts and messages on my phone emails etc .What this place did to me, my phone number is 702-461-7089. I'm a Rolex Watch dealer and I have no reason to make this up. You couldn't make this up. It's too bad. The car is in another shop now and they tell me one of the main parts that I purchased from this company that they charged me for brand new. Totally arrogant personality from Jorge he thinks he is a GOD, but is just a money hungry guy that wants to take advantage of people because he has " so much expensive professional equipment" lol, some knowledge would go along way with a lot better customer service, not to mention charge me $150 just to plug in his fancy laptop for about 5 minutes which anyone with minimal computer knowledge can do just to tell me my module had failed, so reluctantly I paid with doubt, a few days later I replaced my p.c.m. replaced and programmed pcm and problem still there, finally I took to my car to a real professional and it ended up being the fuse box! as a matter of fact I installed the old pcm and no issues my car wise with old pcm and new fuse box!, thanks a-lot for your non expertise I gifted you $150 for absolutely nothing not to mention another $680 for pcm for nothing! Jorge you should be ashamed of yourself! You sir by far are not good at what you do, if you don't like what you do consider a career change. Rip off. Payed a lot left with same issue! Light on screen of auxiliary battery ( i changed battery car needed to be reprogrammed, so system licked, got it towed as they insured they had equipment to reprogram, left light was on car licks again and i go to jeep!!!! Befor leaving i ask why light is on answer was will go away and they dont have equipment like jeep!!!They even tryed to push stuff that did nt exist like change an other part sayng i had a oil leak for 780$ since issue wasnt resolved i had to go to jeep and get serviced same day! Not only i didnt have the problem they pushed on me [ no leaks!]!but they sold me a fuse for 221$ that jeep sayed its impossible that price and when i confronted them about the issue and asked for part number they never answered! They didnt solve my issue but took 821$$$$ from me i asked fir refund and they insult you say you crazy irrational i got abbunch of insults like we are family! So here is the deal. They diagnose the problem with your car before your mechanic lies to you and tells you something different and obviously more expensive. The key in my Mercedes would turn, like it was locked. The battery worked In my key FOB so I took it my mechanic (who is usually solid) and he said I needed a new ignition. $1600 total. I did some research and found these guys and I'm glad I did! Had my car towed to them and they said I just needed a new key and some programming. $385 total. Shop was super professional and the staff was amazing. They text me with updates handled my car with care. I contact him via email yesterday to a ask a question about service to my vehicle. He responds to my question with a question. I should've known right there it was not going to end well. It was really great to do business with Jorge. Very professional and he has all the equipment needed to help fix a problem not very many people can fix. I feel like I am pretty good with cars but when vehicles computer goes, there are not many options to get it fixed outside of a dealership. Jorge was able to come to my house on short notice and program my vehicles computer within 45 minutes. This would of likely cost me triple at a dealership, not counting the tow to bring the vehicle to them. When you have a 15 year old vehicle, that's not really an option. If you're in need of the best and honest diagnostic service I've seen in Vegas, and I've been here more than 50 years, call Auto Dynamics. I called on Jorge and his state of the art diagnostic equipment to help me resolve a failure to start problem on my BMW X5. He not only used one scanner to diagnose the problem, he used another just to be certain what the issue was. He then gave me insights into where the problem might be and with that insight I was able to fix the problem and spare the several hundred dollars the dealership or a BMW shop would charge. pleased to report that this shop is competent and honest. when i took my mercedes key in to be evaluated as it ceased communicating with the ignition, they quickly ascertained that it had a build up of fuzzy debris inside the remote which blocked the system from performing properly. a crooked operation would give you a story and create a significant charge for you. the call answerer/receptionist gabby is super nice and prompt to respond. you will be delighted with their service. read more

I had a very unique situation with my daughters 2010 V. W. Tiguan. After being at another shop here in Las Vegas and being told two different scenarios to repair both expensive $ 847.00 or $1103.00 and not feeling confident at all,i chose to get a second opinion. I luckily got a reference from my neighbor to call Jorge @ Auto Dynamic,he said this man is excellent at all repairs, especially computer controlled issues which i was led to believe i was facing after a lot of research on my own.I dropped the car off on Monday expecting it to be there a while as this was an intermittent problem.He called me Wednesday morning with some great news. I had a intermittent defect in the body control module and the cost of repairs would be 411.00. I have a 2006 f250 powerstoke, I was having hot start issues, called around to a few places diesel shops and there diagnostic price was outrageous 275 plus. i was eventually referred to Jorge at auto dynamic services. He was able to see me the next day and he went top to bottom for all issues starting out at the smallest issue that could be wrong and went from there. My truck was in a rough shape but his diagnostic skills and mechanical prowess, he was able to figure out my ipr valve was bad my high pressure oil pump was bad and my high pressure oil rail was bad and dummy plugs bad. Jorge was able to rebuild my high pressure oil rails, installed a new hpop dummy plugs. For HALF of what i was quoted another shops that totaled in 5k plus range so in short i was charged around 2k he waived the diagnostic fee. Jorge is a honest good man and will not bullshit you in any way, i was thinking about putting in some performance parts he advised against it and had reasoning for it. He will save you money give you piece of mind. In my situation i was able to pay him over a two week period. and he had my truck done once he got all the parts it was done in 10 hours. On pick up of my truck he had more info on how to break in the new parts to insure longevity and performance standards. I will not go to anyone else for my truck.
