I was hit by a big rock the other night and had a chipped windshield. I did some research online for another well known glass repair site. Was not happy with what the charge would be for a chip. So I googled repair shops and then thought Yelp would be a good place to start. I entered what I needed and Yelp sent the messages for me. The 1st quote was $50 and I would have to go to them. The repairman left a mess inside and outside my car. There were plastic trimmings everywhere and the sealant was bulgy and dripped on the dashboard. I had to call multiple times to get a response and Auto Glass Force would not send someone out to fix up the repair, but did give me the option to get a $30 refund to pay for a carwash to clean up the mess they made. A piece of debris flew off a truck and cracked my windshield. My first thought was 'how much is this going to cost me!' I called around to about 3 places and the best quote I got was from Auto Force Glass. A made an appointment but ran late so I called to see if they could still fit me in and they did! I arrived, handed my keys over and the shop started working my car right away. I expected to get a ride home because was probably going to take a couple hours to complete the replacement. As soon as the technician placed his tool on my windshield he cuts into my paint. No prep work was done. Then he drops shattered glass inside of my interior. I asked him before you remove the glass any further can you just vacuum up the broken glass so it won't get inside my interior. He rips my windshield off and tells me he's leaving and to call someone else. I couldn't believe it, I told him he cant leave my car like that. He then told me to leave him alone and let him do his job. THE THING IS HE WASNT DOING HIS JOB. Don't cut corners. Do the prep work that you're supposed to do, take the precautions you need to take before you start ripping things off. Also there's smudges of the weatherproof seal inside of my car. Careless, dirty, and unprofessional. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone. The person in charge did apologize on the phone, gave me a 40 dollar discount and said they may get rid of him. But all in all, I would have paid more for quality service. Now I have to scrub and vacuum my car because of this idiot. read more

I wish I can post 2 reviews since they worked on 2 vehicles One was the 2006 Lexus front windshield and the other was the 2005 Audi A4 passenger side window was not rolling. They were quick and provided the BEST EVER service but ran into some difficulties on Audi A4 for some reason but they were very perseverant and getting windows fixed. He said fam not only can I do that but my dude can be there between 2 and 4 and hook your sweet ass dodge caravan up and have you looking through some clear glass at all the ladies. Great price for a mobile service. The only reason for a 4 star 5 is that the tech was a bit messy leaving black sealer on my hood, doors and mirror that I had to clean off and that stuff is sticky. Also when I popped my hood I noticed a piece of the rubber sealer wasn't replaced rather left across my engine bay. My wife hired these guys for her car to repair a side window and her front windshield. They came out towards the end of the scheduled time, but fair enough it happens. It was raining off and on all day that day and raining when the worker arrived. The guy began breaking the window down and getting ready to extract it, meanwhile it is still raining. He then comes to my door and rings the bell and says he cannot work on it anymore because its raining. I am somewhat confused since its been raining ALL DAY and he shouldnt have started the job in the first place if he couldnt complete it. He asked if I could move the car under a tree with the car windshield now in pieces and glass everywhere.... I did begrudgingly. After I headed back inside he rang the bell again only to say he had to stop and that he would come back later when the rain slowed down.... long story short he did and then told me that he had no way of taking payment and that my wife could call in later to pay over the phone... which I thought was very trusting and a good sign... only to be surprised 5 minutes later when he rang my bell again and said that his boss, who was on the phone couldnt get ahold of my wife after calling her 6 times from different numbers... Why I couldnt have given him the information over the phone intially was beyond me but thats what eventually ended up happening.... Anyway, at the end of this utter shit show.... later on the next day... I found a razor blade in my driveway that was clearly left behind by the worker, also the glass in my wifes car was also not cleaned out nor in my driveway... Point of the story..... IF its raining do not start the work... reschedule! No one will be mad... and you can refrain from doing a shitty half assed job AND not leaving behind glass or razorblades that my kids could have stepped on... read more

First time I've ever had to replace a windshield so I had no idea what pricing should be. Used yelp to request quotes from multiple paces and went with this place. They responded to my quote request very quickly. Were the lowest price from the 5 yelp generated quotes and came to me. They even offered to come the same day but I was waiting to get quotes from all the places requested. They gave me a 4 hour window of arrived and showed called only 30 minutes into that window. The guys wore masks and seemed to really know what they were doing. I got a call from the company when they were done to inspect my car to make sure everything looked good and I paid over the phone and got a receipt via text. Everything was done within 30 minutes.
