He knew exactly how to replace the rain sensor and took the time to show me that it was working. (A problem that I had with another company and another car.) My car was broken into on the passenger side window. I looked around and prices varied from $200-$450 in order to fix it. Auto Glass Force gave me the best quote in the area at $170, including all tax, services, and their travel to Fremont from Hayward. My appointment window time was from 12-2pm, they arrived a little after 2pm due to being caught up from the previous client. They were finished in about 40 minutes, with my window looking brand new & working properly, and glass vacuumed on the carpets. I was able to just use my card over the phone to pay. Overall, for having gone through a stressful experience-- this was such a relief. The only thing maybe to improve would just to be more prompt on time or to communicate they were going to be late, and to also make sure all glass is vacuumed as there was some still in my glove compartment. Other than that this place is great and would highly recommend! read more

My car got broken into on a Saturday night around 8 pm, right during the Warriors game! I was able to reach someone on the phone, who gave me a quote (less than I had expected) and time a window for a technician to come to my apartment to clean up the glass and replace the window the next morning. Technician called and came on the early end of the window, got everything clean and taken care of within about 45 minutes, and I was able to pay by card. Ideal experience given the situation. There was a dime-sized crack in my windshield for approx. 2 years. However, most recently, it began to grow due to the cold weather and the bass of my loud music. It eventually spread across the whole diameter of my windshield...I contacted AGF for a quote and they blew all other merchants out the water! They didn't charge an additional mobile fee to do the repair work at my home and they even accommodated my schedule which was a bit past normal business hours! Wow, these folks are quick! Asked for an estimate via Yelp at 11:30, quoted me the best price of the 4 replies, were able to come to me same day. OEM part, brand new, lifetime warranty, etc like others offered. I was told a window of 5 to 7, got a call at 4:11, they were here about 4:20, gone by 4:50. Professional the whole time, efficient with no nonsense but still friendly and fun to chat with. Both of them were very safety conscious, even taking time to ask and make sure I really stood back to ensure I didn't get tiny glass shards in my eyes as they cleaned! They cleaned up the broken glass from my car and the ground, cleaned the window and got most of the tape residue off of my frame (it had been there awhile, I need to use Goo Gone, so not on them at all) John even tried to refuse my tip, but with tip, still cost me less than other quotes. The other guy did tell me his name, however I don't want to misspell it, but he was awesone too. After watching them work, I am puzzled why Safelite wanted nearly $500 for less than 30 min of labor and a window that costs about $40. read more

I really wanted this to all work out. Unfortunately, it was one issue after the next. I appreciate they tried to make it right but bottom line, the work was just not done well. The quality is not there. First guy came out and did a horrible install. Second guy did much better but still not quality work. I had been without a review mirror for 6 days because they didn't have the right glue. Now the install is done but the sensor on the mirror looks horrible. I will have to take it to get redone unfortunately. I do not recommend. read more
