David showed up on time, but knew at a glance that he wouldn't be able to fix the crack cleanly, as someone had already tried to do so, but had botched the job. Instead of trying to fake it, or upsell me on an immediate replacement of the whole windshield, he advised that, since it was small and out of the driver's line of sight, I should just wait to see if it got worse before taking further action. He then left without charging anything and later sent a quote for a full windshield replacement, should it become necessary. That kind of integrity goes a long way with me, so JD Auto Glass will be my first call when and if I do need that new windshield.

I could've sworn I already wrote a review for here but I guess not…read more... I have now had TWO cracks in my windshield in the last year and a half. *crying* My first visit was in August 2024. Eddie, Coopers brother, fixed that one. My latest visit was this month, April 2026. Cooper did this one. (My husband also went here earlier this year). What the heck is up with us and windshield cracks?!? :-/ I digress.... Both of them did a fantastic job. The first one has held up and the newest one looks great! Obviously the crack is still there but it really does look a LOT smaller. There is also a lifetime guarantee on the work. I will absolutely refer this place to anyone who's looking for a cracked window repair.
