The number I called is 800-808-9405. My car was broken into. It's a weird window on a car that isn't made anymore. It's a rainy day, and tomorrow is a holiday, so I reeeally wanted to get this done ASAP. I saw that they were one of the few still open on this Sunday afternoon and gave them a call. They asked me to text them pictures, and they texted me their quote and an ETA. They also called me when they were on their way. The installation itself took about 25 minutes, and that includes them cleaning it AND vacuuming all of the broken glass for me. I didn't even ask for that, and I really appreciate it. Worked with these guys before and they were fine but this time around, Philip was rude and pushy for the OEM glass and promised a discount but never gave it. Always called when I was working, wanted to wait days to email my insurance company, when my insurance company was waiting on his response. He said he would call the insurance and then days later told me to call the insurance. When making an appointment, he didn't ask when I was available for his team to come and gave me a 5 hour window and of course, when I had to work, after having waited a month for the glass. No regard to my schedule at all. I kept having to check in if he was trying to get the windshield or not. When my husband was trying to give him the credit card for payment, he kept interrupting and was very impatient. Phillip is the best. I had a hair line crack in my windshield from a rock in the freeway, and I tried to have it repaired but it was too long for a repair, further cracking was imminent.
