The storm came through late on Sunday night. I sent a request around 11pm and Mark responded by 3:17AM. Don't know why he doesn't sleep, but he quickly got me a quote and I had service scheduled for Tuesday. His team did a nice job of working with the crumbled windshield and was able to save the appropriate tags. One thing I learned is that my 2019 Rav4 requires a re-calibration of the safety systems when the windshield is replaced. That piece of equipment is not portable (and expensive), so it has to be done in the shop. The installation looks great, his team did nice job of cleaning up, all the documentation for the insurance company was provided and his aftercare instructions were very explicit about how to treat the windshield while the glue/sealant cured. Great and fast service. Not the cheapest I found contrary to all of the reviews, but I knew they would be fast and could get me in day of so I went with this place. The owner was very nice and explained to me how everything would work before I agreed to the service - which I really appreciated. Note that this place is small and slightly hard to find so just keep driving in. It's towards the middle on the right. You can go into what looks like a side door, but it's actually the office. It got one star off because I had other people quote me (with slightly higher prices) but guaranteed the lifetime of the fix of my chipped windshield. They, however, do not do this. I don't often write reviews, but decided to make an exception in this case. I had a large tree branch fall on my car and demolish my windshield. I contacted several companies, but no one could help me until next week. I couldn't let my car sit with a giant hole in the windshield, to say nothing about not being able to drive it. The large limb was too heavy for me to move, but Chris the repair technician, was able to deadlift the large end while I pushed the branches end off the car. I can't say enough great things about this business. They were courteous, professional, and I had a shiny new windshield in a couple of hours. I was supposed to drop my car off in the morning to see if they could get it done to pick up before they closed. I wasn't able to drop it off in the morning, so I dropped it off a little after 3, and they were still able to get it done by 4:30. The price they gave me over the phone is what I paid, and that was half the price Safelite would have been. A drunk guy threw a liquor bottle and chili cheese dog through my window. They cleaned up all the glass and some of the chili cheese dog on the driver's side. I would definitely recommend this place! read more

I came here about 5 months ago to have the windshield of my Prius replaced (due to multiple hits from rocks on the road). We waited about an hour and paid $270. Not bad! Then the past week, another rock hit the little quarter window behind the side rearview mirror and shattered it... Our insurance unfortunately has a $400 deductible, but they forwarded me to Safelite, who said it could be done in 6 days for $345.
