Brian Pangione runs this service department like a well oiled machine all while under a tremendous amount of what I would call an absolutely crush of customers.. I honestly don't know how he does it as it is extremely busy. We have 2 jeeps that Precision services for us. Oil change and tire rotation...in and out. The service guys leave your vehicle as clean as when you bring it in. I had a key fob that was intermittently operating and they threw a new battery in free of charge.. When buying from here you have to do your homework on what you are buying. Along with the service department the service manager Brian is very on professional and makes you believe your in good hands feeding you fabricated lies making you believe your family and loved ones are in good hands. Darlene which works in the service department is offensive with her attitude and looks. When she has to help find the answer to the questions I'm asking i feel threatened. The machinics are very unprofessional speeding in customer cars and blasting music while testing the cars out for the problems that they were brought in for. Including they had a unlicensed machinic working on my car which they said he was shadowing a licensed mechanic. My dodge and jeep were bought brand new and have had electric problems to engine problems. I'm starting to question where they get the vehicles. Needless to say they were the ones that did not fix my vehicles, had to bring them to Franklin Sussex Auto Mall and they fixed it in one shot. AVOID SERVICE HERE AT ALL COSTS. The person Francesca in the Service department is a chronic liar and the man in the parts department is a liar too. I called for pricing on a front and rear brake pads and rotors. I was told by a gentleman that the manufacturer's front pads were not in stock and I said no problem I will do the rear pads & rotors for now. He told me if they deem the front unsafe they are under legal obligation to not return the car to me unless they feel it is safe/repaired and I may have to replace the front brakes with aftermarket parts against my will. After telling him he was incorrect and that what he is saying is illegal for them to do he quickly fumbled his words and we ended the conversation. Francesca immediately called me back and told me that what I heard wasn't what I heard and they would never force me to do repairs... I reluctantly booked the job and had the rear brakes done. I asked if I could use the coupon for $50 off and was told that I already got a discount due to the misinformation I was provided about holding my vehicle so they can't do both. Francesca asked me if I want her to charge me more money instead. A quick call over to Dover Dodge confirmed that I did not get a discount and it was the standard rate. I called Precision back and Francesca did not get on the phone and instead put Brian the Service Manager on the phone, Brian fixed the issue but avoided the fact Francesca lied. I had another issue in the past where my water pump went and when I called in and they looked up my vehicle and said it was out of warranty I have to pay full price. My vehicle is CPO so I called the dealer where I bought it and they said that Precision was lying and it is fully covered. I called Precision back and they said oh ok it is only $100. I said no, the dealer I bought it from said it should be free. They said ok we can do it for free. Morale of the story I wont be back here. I have a relatively newer Durango and a Jeep and Precision is down the road from me but I will go out of my way to avoid these scamming liars... The service department waiting room is a dump!! There is a coffee pot that is 15 years old with crap coffee no cream. No heat. The TV is in direct view of the sun and can not be seen. The seats are minimal and uncomfortable. The bakery box is empty at 9 am because they never fill it. The sales dept coffee maker is nicer but has not been maintained. There is a 111k truck in the show room. Why would I pay 111k and get this crappy service ? Step it up guys. read more

Precision is a joke. First off their parts department is an absolute nightmare with a bunch of buffoons running it if you wanna call it that. Your average wait time on hold is between 10 to 20 minutes for absolute bullshit service. I run an auto repair shop in the area and every time I call I wanna reach through the phone and strangle somebody! Secondly Their pricing for leased vehicles is equally disappointing. Took my 2013 Dodge Dart for a recall repair and had them run a diagnostic on a rumbling sound which I felt was a damaged engine mount. When I picked up the car the next day, was told all 3 engine mounts were bad as well as bracket. Estimate was $1,100. I decided not to have the engine mount repaired. When I went to get my car, it was absolutely filthy. Not sure where they had it parked but the vehicle was covered in dirt. Additionally, I had to wait for someone to move a Jeep out of the way sou could leave. Although the staff was pleasant, the condition of my vehicle was a complete turnoff. I emailed them and am awaiting a response. Will update upon the result of my email communication. So over one week later and no response to my email. I did manage to get the email of the General Manager so that will be my next outreach tomorrow morning knowing that there will not be a response due to the COVID-19 mandates. Regardless, do yourselves a favor and DO NOT patronize this dealership. Do not buy from them, get your vehicle serviced by them or even browse their website. We brought my daughter's Jeep renegade a few months ago to have the brakes fixed. About two weeks later they started to not only make a god awful noise but actually were close to failing. We brought the car back to be fixed. During an encounter my wife had with "Brian", he was very rude to her and told her she should do business elsewhere if she was unhappy. Two months later the brakes are failing again. We have brought it back and after speaking with someone else I was told they had used "after market parts" and the breaks and rotors have now been replaced a third time. The way this man behaved you would have thought I entered a time warp when I walked in those doors. LOL DISCLAIMER: But seriously, read further if you are only skeptical about how they dealt with luxury cars not from Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or RAM. This review has no perspective on how they treat customers in their service department or looking for a Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge or Ram. Mind you, I started this review several months ago, as I needed some time to see if my convictions were confirmed. So a good friend of mine was browsing for a particular convertible because he's got a bucket list and that is what's on it. So we go to this place because they have what he's looking for. It was a beautiful looking car and I can see my friend start to fall in love with the car but I saw between the lines when it came to this dealership. The salesmen were very vulture-like in their disposition and yet they knew nothing about the car. All they knew is that it had been sitting there for a month and that it was the result of a trade-in. We knew it was sitting there for a while because when we turned it on, white smoke came out of the tailpipe! My god, is a new pope going to emerge from the hood also? It didn't even sound strong when the engine turned on. Plus, they left it very, very close to empty in fuel. In addition, my friend had a question for the salesman about the car's specifications and he could not answer it and neither could another salesman or the manager. The test drive was OK but at that point I knew this was eventually not going to work out with these guys. My friend was persistent though and decided to call them a couple of times a few days later to see if they could negotiate based on what he saw from a competitor. But they were not negotiable with the price, even if almost half of the price was going to be a down-payment. Plus, they would not offer warranty. The last thing the dealership said to my friend was that they would give it to him for some ridiculous price that night or they sell it to a whole-seller. Unbelievable! I am pretty sure that this car was used as bait to get people there to look at the rest of their lot and they already planned to sell it wholesale to get some extra profit. Anyway, I can't really say much about how they sell their normal inventory on their lot but it says something when the salesmen carry themselves as vultures, search for car info on Google, do not even negotiate the price of a non-typical car, and don't maintain what's sitting out on their lot. In terms of searching for a Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, or RAM, they are probably sufficient and much more knowledgeable. However, if you are eying an elite luxury car and happen to find that it's in this dealership's inventory, I would not treat this dealership as an option. All of these were confirmed once my friend got the car (in great shape) he wanted from a dealership that was more knowledgeable. read more

Stay away from this dealership especially the service department. We bought our first jeep wrangler there which was an OK experience but their service department is horrible. We had a leak which is typical but the way they handled it or actually didn't handle it I should say was stereo typical of a car dealership. Now my wife tried to use one of her last free oil changes and I've taught her to always mark the tires to be rotated and apparently the mechanic only rotated one side and said he forgot the other which I guess is possible but doubtful knowing our past experiences with the service department. And with the cartridge filter design for wranglers it's pretty hard to see if they even change the filter or put the correct oil in it which I doubt they do. On Monday, December 26th I went to get pricing ONLY at Precision Jeep with my husband. With the current market I've shopped around a lot and made my intentions very clear when I arrived at the dealership so that the financials are streamlined and not the sales pitch. As a woman it has been interesting to see the different ways I get treated when solo and when I'm with my husband. Sexism is still very much alive but nothing compares to what I have experienced with Mr. Anthony Hayes. After informing Mr. Hayes that I only wanted pricing for a Wagoneer Series l and was shopping around he came back with a ridiculous lease payment. He knew I had already shopped around and still gave me his highest price point. I informed him that his pricing was significantly inflated compared to what I've seen. Immediately his tone changed with me (I was doing all the talking while husband just listened). I informed Mr. Hayes the dealer website was $200 less when you insert the Payment Options with the same program I was being quoted for. Mr. Hayes proceeded to tell me he checks prices all the time and anyone can do that. I asked to speak to his Finance Manager because obviously he was getting upset because I questioned an almost $1000 a month lease payment. He started to get louder with me and started talking about pottery and how if I shopped for pottery pricing would be different on every website I looked at. I again asked to speak to the manager and that he needed to calm down the way he spoke to me. He insisted on continuing to talk and get louder so my husband told him to relax his tone that I'm a woman. Mr. Hayes became even more upset and got louder with my husband and the both of them yelled at one another (both yelled and cursed) as Mr. Hayes backed away. However, the icing on the cake was when Mr. Hayes grabbed his genitalia in the middle of the showroom floor and told my husband to come get some. At that point my husband became more upset and did yell further and cursed. Mr. Hayes went and spoke to the finance guy (assuming manager) behind the long desk in the back. No one came to see if we were okay for a couple minutes. Another sales agent was on the floor and I asked him to get the manager. After about 5-10 minutes a very nice man came and provided us with the true lease payment numbers, similar to what I had been quoted elsewhere. After leaving the dealership we noticed Mr. Hayes still on property with customers. I was shocked that management would allow him to stay on property after having a total meltdown in the showroom. I have a business and if an employee is being disrespectful to a customer/having a bad day not only do I or a manager get immediately involved, but that employee is either taken out of the dining room or sent home with no customer interaction. Please do better Precision at keeping your employees aware of how they speak not just to customers but women in particular. Mr. Hayes would do well to get some training. read more

It is extremely dangerous to me as cars behind narrowly missed slamming into me. When I called Jeep for service, knowing it's not a routine service but a dangerous situation to drive - they are making me wait 15 days for service. And when asked for a loaner car so I can get to work they said not sure and they would call me right back on that. It's been 10 days One one called me back and I left two additional voice messages in the service department-no one has contacted me back. I brought my 2018 wrangler jL 6 speed there last year for a simple recall and was only supposed to be there for 1 day. Well, days later it was finally done and the mgr confessed it took so long bc it "fell off the lift" and the back bumper and lights were smashed. I know what happened...someone there didnt know how to drive a 6 sp manual on the newer wranglers, and put it into reverse instead of 1st gear....and the rest is history. The mgr wouldnt reimburse me for my transportation expenses while my jeep was there days later, due to them replacing my bumper and rear lights. And when i compained to mgr Brian about how i felt like i was a women who was taken advantage of....all he said was " im tired of hearing about the "me too" complaints of women" and he also said " you didnt even buy your jeep from here...you bought it somewhere in florida". First of all Brian...my Dad who lives in fla bought it brand new from chrysler jeep dealer in fla.... for me as a surprise and had it shipped up here! Second....it doesnt matter what dealer i bought it from!!!! When you are a mgr of chrysler-jeep, you arent just representing your rt 23 location.....YOU ARE REPRESENTING CHRYSLER JEEP CORP OF AMERICA!! And YOU SUCK at it!! And this is about the 10th Jeep I've had since 1988 when I got my first one. Anthony Ciasullo was my salesman at this dealership. I can't say enough about this guy except that if you're looking for a Jeep give him a call and stop by. everything about the experience was great and trust me I went to three or four other dealerships and ended up here. The salesman handed me to the finance department to complete paperwork. After signing the paperwork in the finance department, in which I thought the price was agreed upon, I went home. A few days later when I went to pick up the car, they handed me the paperwork that I signed for my review when I was taking the car. At that time, my wife, who is an accountant, looked at this paperwork and felt something was off. The salesman, only showed us sticker price of the car before sending us to finance dept. No other pricing was discussed. This company sends you to finance dept to sign paperwork, in which you would assume was what was previously discussed. I signed paperwork assuming I was signing a deal for sticker price. In my opinion, deceptive sales practices and bait and switch pricing may be occurring here. More transparency and honesty are needed to avoid miscommunication between buyer and seller. If you deal with this dealership, please read the fine print and be careful with what you sign. I am a doctor, my wife is an accountant, and we are honest people who felt deceived. Once you take possession of the car, this dealership is in no rush to clear up any miscommunications which may have occurred in your transactions with them. They appear to be very friendly and honest people, but in my opinion, the deal you will walk out with, will not be in your favor. Went a few weeks ago to look at cars and put down a refundable deposit. Salesman was wonderful, but I couldn't get to a number I wanted. Went elsewhere. Asked for my refund back in store, manager/owner that sits behind the desk (white male, glasses, orange hair) calls me over. Asks why I didn't take the car. I informed him that it wasn't gonna work out and that I don't need to provide him anymore information. Manager/owner screams at me and calls me a petulant child and that karma will get me. He then refuses to give me my credit card back and my refund (which I am entitled to via the contract) and threatens to call 911. Refund was eventually issued. DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE.
