4th of July sales. Was in and out within two hours, got more than KBB value on my trade. I had everything in order before I went in, paperwork was a breeze. Juan and Claude hooked it up for sure. Highly recommend.

To be honest i rate a business on how well they do after a mishap (especially as a business owner)…read more I had one bad incident and the service department went above and beyond to fix the issue. Owning a fleet of fords I've purchased from a few dealers. The best purchase was from rt 23 automall looking back. The price time saved and the honesty is impeccable. Biggest praise to Patti in the service department she always has your best interest at heart, she goes above and beyond is super helpful and her attitude and work ethic is contagious. She cares and has a calming and upbeat personality if that makes sense. I'd hire her in a second. And she def is the one that keeps the customers coming back. At least this one. She's proven that she can take care of her customers but most importantly she's honest if she can't squeeze you in because of the schedule she doesn't which is the most important trait in my book. All I want is honesty makes my life and others lives that much easier. Dropped off one of my salt trucks to have a harness for the back up camera replaced she made sure to get it back before the snow came. They have really risen to the occasion and prove they are the leader when it comes to Ford sales and service. Thank you again for all your help Patti. As a small business owner having people you can trust in different industries to handle their part when you need them to step up is the most important and such an integral piece to any small business succeeding and Patti never disappoints. She deserves the praise and recognition. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU PATTI!!! You've made me a rt 23 automall believer.

My Son has been gettin a runaround for 5 weeks. see his review …read more If I could give a negative review I would. In March of 2023 I brought my 2019 Ford Escape into Route 23 Automall for an engine failure. This repair took 2-3 weeks and I was not given a loaner. Less than a year later, in March of 2024, I brought the same car in for a transmission failure (great design, right Ford?). Again, I was not given a loaner, and my car has been in the shop for over 4 weeks now. I was told that a new transmission was put in, but engine lights came on when they did that they could not figure out. For the past 2 weeks, I have been given the runaround and cannot get any answers from Alexis in Quicklane. If a certified Ford auto shop cannot figure out how to fix their own cars, that is a huge problem. Needless to say, if and when I do get my car back from them, I will not be returning, and I will certainly not recommend Route 23 Automall Quicklane to anybody. In anybody is wondering, there is a Class Action Lawsuit against Ford for their transmission issues. Gerkarrah Jones v. Ford, Case No. 2:24-cv-10721-MAG-CI Ford and Route 23 Automall need to do better.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience…read more Before making the trip, I called this dealership twice because I live in Brooklyn over an hour and a half away. Both times I specifically asked for an out-the-door price. I was told that they could not provide one over the phone and that I needed to come to the dealership and see the vehicle in person. I made the trip and met with the salesperson, who was professional, courteous, and genuinely tried to help. When I asked for the out-the-door price, the conversation kept shifting toward monthly payments instead. He did work to see if I could purchase the vehicle with little or no money down, which I appreciated. I wasn't comfortable with the numbers at that time, so I told him I'd come back with my deposit. The following week, I returned with my deposit ready to purchase the vehicle. That's when I was finally presented with the out-the-door price, which included nearly $5,000 in dealer add-ons, plus another approximately $500 package. I'll attach a photo of the breakdown so others can see exactly what was included. While the salesperson was excellent, my interaction with the sales manager completely changed my opinion of the dealership. I found him to be arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than respecting that I wanted time to review the numbers, he used high-pressure sales tactics, including telling me he had turned down another deal for me and asking whether the person I had on the phone helping guide me through the car-buying process was going to co-sign for me. I found those comments unnecessary and disrespectful. Because of that experience, I will likely take my business elsewhere. It's unfortunate because the salesperson did a great job, but the manager's attitude and the lack of transparency regarding pricing left a very negative impression.

Classic bait-and-switch pricing…read more The vehicle was advertised online at one price, with small fine print saying dealer fees were not included. Once we arrived, we found out the "dealer fees" were nearly $5,000 and completely mandatory. We were told the fees covered things like reconditioning, detailing, tires, etc. -- basically the normal cost of preparing a trade-in vehicle for sale. I have bought many vehicles over the years and have NEVER seen a dealership tack on almost $5,000 in surprise non-negotiable add-ons like this. Josh, the manager, told us this is "what dealers are doing now." If that's true, consumers should run the other direction. I do want to say Javian, our salesperson, was fantastic and handled everything professionally. The issue is clearly dealership management and pricing practices above him.

Regarding Vehicle Purchase from The Car House LLC…read more I am writing to express my concerns regarding a vehicle I purchased online from The Car House LLC in New Jersey on July 25, 2025. Unfortunately, the vehicle has proven to be unsafe. After the dealership replaced a cracked windshield, I discovered that the wiper sensor was faulty. During a service visit to Valvoline Instant Oil Change on August 7, 2025, an employee informed me that metal shavings were found in the transmission pan. Additionally, the dealership had agreed to replace a damaged front grill before delivering the vehicle to my apartment; however, they only glued the existing grill instead of providing a new one as promised. Moreover, the driver's headlight is not functioning. On August 9, 2025, I visited Mavis Discount Tire, where I was informed that all four tires are worn and dry-rotted, and that the car shakes when exceeding 40 miles per hour. The technician also noted that the brake pads are nearly worn out. When I returned to Mavis to replace the tires, I learned that the rims are fractured and must be replaced before new tires can be installed.

I didn't realize when I bought the car after my 3 year lease, that the warranty was through a third party. They wouldn't cover the media system and the cost that was presented to me to fix would be $1500. Kia first offered to split the difference with me and offered the repair at $750. But that was still too steep for me considering the car was 5 years old already. Kia then offered me an amazing deal on a 2025 K4 which I picked up last night for my first month payment which is actually a few dollars lower than what I was paying for the 2021. Thank you to Roger for working this out for me and thanks to Jacob for being so efficient and professional. This is my families 7th Kia and they definitely insured more repeat visits.

We visited Riverdale Kia after extensive online research. We knew the vehicle we were interested in and its price history on the lot. It had been there since November, and the price slowly dropped 3k over 3 months. We test drove it on Sat. night, Valentine's Day, right before close. The dealership was closed on Sun. On Mon., President's Day, the sales associate called us and asked if we were still interested. We returned to the dealership that afternoon prepared to buy the car, only to have them inform us that overnight they raised the price $2k! No explanation or justification or negotiation. We walked away. The whole experience was a waste of valuable time. I am not including the name of the sales associate, because I don't know how much control he actually had over the situation, but whoever is running the show definitely lost our business for this purchase and any in the future.

When I arrived and asked about the pricing, I was not given a clear explanation or a detailed breakdown of the fees and charges. As I reviewed the paperwork, I noticed nearly $4,000 in additional charges that were not clearly disclosed upfront and were never adequately explained. No one forced me to sign anything, but it felt like my questions about the final price and extra fees were being avoided rather than answered directly. Transparency is extremely important when buying a car, and unfortunately that was lacking throughout this process. The only real progress was made when I drove an hour and a half to deal with it in person. My temporary tags expired, and I was left driving on expired tags for nearly two weeks with no clear timeline for my registration or permanent tags. At one point, I was even told to just "get a ticket and they would cover it," which is an unacceptable solution to a problem they created. There was also an issue with the car that should have been caught during their "extremely extensive" pre-buy inspection, and getting reimbursed took nearly four times longer than what I was originally told. Dealing with them was frustrating from start to finish. Would not recommend.
