    Crack oil pan by the screw.

    this place is horrible. 6 weeks ago I went there for an oil change and waited 3 hours. After driving the car for 2,000 without, the car started to leak oil. Apparently they tighten the screw too tight and crack the oil pan. When I complained to them, they told me to bring the car to nj (the car was in Long Island) I told them that it was a 2.5 drive back to nj and they were not guaranteeing that they would take responsibility for the damage. I did not want to drive the car and have the engine ruin, and for them to tell me that they would not cover the charges. It is very irresponsible for them the way they behave I will never bring my car to them again. I would recommend to stay away from this people the service are horrible.

    We were skeptical coming into Route 23 Honda after seeing all the reviews online, but the RAV4 we were looking at over at enterprise wasn't at the dealer yet, so we decided to head over. At first, we were planning to just take a look and then head back to enterprise after they picked up the car. And I was almost ready to leave after a seemingly cold welcome from Junior. But my mom and brother insisted on a test drive. Junior came along with us and was a really pleasant guy. I definitely had a rough first impression, but Junior quickly turned it around for us, letting my brother do another test drive as he got the paperwork all setup. By the time we got back, Junior didn't waste any time trying to get me with the typical sales tactics "activation fee on a certified car, add-ons, etc." When I told him where I was starting, he immediately went straight to a more realistic number. Within an hour, we had agreed on an OTD price and he looked into the financing and Honda cash incentives that were available to us to help make it work. I paid a little more than I wanted to, but the great service and kind approach that Junior had was worth it. One of my top 3 fastest car negotiations (I've done more than 50 in the last 10 years). Junior was incredibly kind and patient, helping my brother navigate the paperwork and what was needed since it was his first time buying a car. What was really great was how he treated my mom and brother with respect, always answering their questions and asking if they needed any water or coffee as we waited for financing and terms to come through. Dave, his manager also came out to shake my brother's hand and provide us with all the certified pre-owned paperwork and Junior got us in and out of financing with George within 30 minutes. I was very happy that George didn't push when we said no to the extra protection packages (that's how they get you!). I was holding off to post a review until we got our mats (Junior got us the all weather CRV monogrammed ones), worries that they wouldn't honor it. But we had all the paperwork in a USB drive that included the IOU and free lifetime oil changes that came with the car. A week later, we got an email that the mats were in, but we had a new problem - the battery was dead after only 110 miles. We had to jump start the car each time we got in. My brother sent Junior an email, and he texted us back within an hour on July 4th. Despite the holiday and him going on vacation over the weekend, he got us setup with service and informed Dave Bradley (his manager) for the next morning. I stopped by to talk to Dave first thing in the morning, and he kindly helped us out, setting us up with a new battery from service. Maegan helped me out and checked in with me about the status of the battery test when she saw me after finding another customer. I addressing me by name. I thought there was going to be a fight to get service to talk to Dave over in sales, but to my surprise, they had already worked it all out. I just had to hop in the car and go home. Even though there were some bumps along the way, Dave and Junior put all my worries to bed. My family's always been skeptical about buying used cars, but we definitely will feel better about it if we can buy from Junior and Dave!

    I bought Honda Accord 2025 two days ago and I am very happy with the car and the dealership. Thank you Yaik Tung for everything! We bought 4 new Honda Accords and one Civic at this dealer and we always go home happy, thank you! We will be back for another soon.

    They are horrible. They need a strong manager like Ramsey Nissan has. I just bought a 2025 Frontier and got screwed over by them.

Upon return of my vehicle, I immediately discovered that the air conditioning system was no longer functioning properly. Despite my concerns, the service department including the Service Representative Eric insisted that no issues were caused during the visit. However, on May 20, I was informed that the front air outlet control servo motor allegedly needed replacement, with an estimated cost of approximately $2,600 for the part and $2,500 for labor. My truck was also returned with the "Maintenance Required" still visible on the dashboard. Then on May 20th, it was returned a second time with the remote start no longer working. Given that the air conditioning system was functioning properly prior to the service appointment, I have formally filed a complaint directly with Toyota. Toyota/Dealership is willing to cover the part but they are stating I have to pay for the labor cost of over $2500 and they are only willing to discount it to $2000. I should not be expected to cover the cost of the repair since they damaged it. Additionally, during my time at the dealership, I observed multiple instances in which customers were presented with costly additional repairs and issues identified during their routine service visits, which raised concerns regarding the dealership's service team.

In March of 2023 I brought my 2019 Ford Escape into Route 23 Automall for an engine failure. This repair took 2-3 weeks and I was not given a loaner. Less than a year later, in March of 2024, I brought the same car in for a transmission failure (great design, right Ford?). Again, I was not given a loaner, and my car has been in the shop for over 4 weeks now. I was told that a new transmission was put in, but engine lights came on when they did that they could not figure out. For the past 2 weeks, I have been given the runaround and cannot get any answers from Alexis in Quicklane. If a certified Ford auto shop cannot figure out how to fix their own cars, that is a huge problem. Needless to say, if and when I do get my car back from them, I will not be returning, and I will certainly not recommend Route 23 Automall Quicklane to anybody. In anybody is wondering, there is a Class Action Lawsuit against Ford for their transmission issues. Gerkarrah Jones v. Ford, Case No. 2:24-cv-10721-MAG-CI Ford and Route 23 Automall need to do better.

I found my 2024 Ranger Raptor at this dealership. I sent an email late Sunday evening inquiry. I received a very prompt response from Brian the following Monday morning. We exchanged emails and texts throughout the day and had a deal. I filled out a PDF financing application, selected a few dealer installed options, which took a coupe days to receive and install by their service team, and picked up my new 2024 Ranger Raptor on Thursday morning. On Thursday, I had the privilege to meet with Brian in person. He is a knowledgeable, courteous professional! I then signed all the paperwork with the Finance Manager and was done in about 15 minutes. Brian took the time to help me get the Ford App on my phone and walked me through connecting Apple Air Play and all basic features on the vehicle. This was the absolute best modern car buying experience for serious buyers who value their time. I highly recommend with Brian Barna and the Route 23 Ford Auto Mall in Butler, NJ.
