Long story short, work wasn't able to be done & I acknowledge that the car was left there far too long and received only one phone call telling me to pick it up after no repair was done. I live in Canada and was trying to get a local friend to pick it up who failed me, so I came over several weeks later and they advised me it was towed and impounded. No follow up phone call to me advising this was going to take place, although they claimed to have done so which is a lie. I checked my entire phone one by one of any missed calls or messages and absolutely nothing was left advising me they were going to do this. My poor friend is struggling and now he lost his only asset he had and worked for a year (the car) plus all his personal belongings that were inside the back. The worst display of humanity I've ever encountered. These people have no heart. I cried all the way home to Canada because this car was everything to my friend had to his name and now, I feel responsible for him losing it. Awful & dishonest people.
