We just donated an old van to KBCS-FM, the Bellevue College radio station. They use Pick-n-Pull to…read moretow donated vehicles away. I found the woman I talked to over the phone to set up the pick-up appointment friendly and professional. I was given all the info and instructions I needed. Tomy, the tow truck driver who arrived at our house this morning, was awesome. Extremely personable and friendly. In fact, his voice and phone manner set the tone when he first called to notify us that he was on his way with an ETA. Based on Tomy's personality and professionalism alone I'd recommend Pick-n-Pull, at least for the towing service.

Communication was terrible from start to finish. We were told they would arrive between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM, but we never received a single update. When we finally called to ask what was going on, the representative was rude and hostile instead of apologetic. We were eventually told they would be about 30 minutes late. We have schedules and responsibilities. we can't just sit around waiting all day. The person selling the car even came back to make sure she was there, but when the driver arrived, he left without even waiting two minutes. It's frustrating that they expect customers to wait for hours, yet they couldn't extend the same courtesy. On top of that, when I called, I was left on hold waiting to speak with someone even though I was the only caller in the queue. Overall, this business wasted our time, communicated poorly, and treated us with very little respect. I would not recommend doing business with them. I hope they seriously improve their customer service because the way they treated us was unacceptable. They shouldn't even have a business when they clearly don't know how to run it.

Had an engine failure on our Sorento and had a choice of 2 Kia stores the same distance from home,…read moreso I called both. First one said would be a week before they would even look at it. Angel at Go Kia said we will take care of you right away He called the next morning to say he had a loaner for us and that Kia was covering the replacement of the engine and it had already been ordered Two days later he called again saying it was already completed. WOW! 4 days total from initial write up to drive it home Fantastic service Great communication Absolute follow through Best service we could have AND completed before the other store would have even looked at it Way to go Angel. Thank you Ed

Buyer beware: if you're considering the 2019 Volkswagen Atlas currently listed at this dealership,…read moreI strongly recommend paying for an independent pre-purchase inspection. In my case, the inspection identified $637.67 in recommended repairs. When I shared the report and asked whether the dealership would address the issues or adjust the price, they said they were unable to find anything that needed repair. To be fair, my salesperson was excellent--helpful, understanding, and professional throughout the process. The dealership allowed me to have the vehicle independently inspected, did not pressure me to move forward with the purchase, and was respectful when I decided to walk away. At the same time, they were not willing to make any adjustments to the deal in light of the inspection findings. Overall, this seems like a solid dealership, but all used vehicles are sold as-is. Do your homework, get an independent inspection, and be prepared to cover any repairs yourself after the purchase. In my case, the inspection was well worth the cost and helped me make a more informed decision.
