Tomy, the tow truck driver who arrived at our house this morning, was awesome. Extremely personable and friendly. In fact, his voice and phone manner set the tone when he first called to notify us that he was on his way with an ETA. Based on Tomy's personality and professionalism alone I'd recommend Pick-n-Pull, at least for the towing service.

Communication was terrible from start to finish. We were told they would arrive between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM, but we never received a single update. When we finally called to ask what was going on, the representative was rude and hostile instead of apologetic. We were eventually told they would be about 30 minutes late. We have schedules and responsibilities. we can't just sit around waiting all day. The person selling the car even came back to make sure she was there, but when the driver arrived, he left without even waiting two minutes. It's frustrating that they expect customers to wait for hours, yet they couldn't extend the same courtesy. On top of that, when I called, I was left on hold waiting to speak with someone even though I was the only caller in the queue. Overall, this business wasted our time, communicated poorly, and treated us with very little respect. I would not recommend doing business with them. I hope they seriously improve their customer service because the way they treated us was unacceptable. They shouldn't even have a business when they clearly don't know how to run it.
