They refuse to show me the diagnostic parameters on their screen, refuse to run the required deep bench-charge testing protocol, and strictly refuse to give me a physical printout of the test results to justify their denial. They expect me to accept a verbal-only refusal with zero paper trail.A formal corporate complaint has been escalated to Genuine Parts Company (GPC) franchise compliance, and a case is officially open with the Better Business Bureau. At one point, I even asked if he was having a bad day, but he brushed it off and continued with the same attitude. I honestly don't expect much from customer service--just basic respect. There's no need to be overly friendly or even smile. Just treat customers like human beings. I'm sure you occasionally deal with specific difficult people, but not everyone walking through the door fits that stereotype. Some of us are just regular people working on project cars and looking for parts. Unfortunately, my experience made me feel unwelcome, and that's not how customers should be treated.
