They are a touchless car wash which means no rotating brushes. Most (not all) of the washing is done by hand, with the exception of a quick one-minute drive through the touchless wash system. While it's not advertised on the boards, you can get just the exterior wash for $10-$15 (I don't remember the exact price). Don't forget to go on their website and use the $5 off coupon, if you are going for the silver, gold, or platinum wash! Or you can just mention the coupon, and sometimes they'll apply the discount on the spot. One thing I HIGHLY recommend against is the Platinum special, which includes exterior and interior dressings. Sounds fancy right? But the reality is they do a very sloppy job at it. Think about this -- your car is one of many hundreds of cars they service a day, so there's no reason for them to treat your car specially. That being said, I noticed a pretty inconsistent application of dashboard dressing as well as streaks of dressing on places where it shouldn't be (on the sides of doors, on my entertainment system, vents, yuck!!) That stuff is better left done yourself or not at all. As far as exterior dressing, I didn't notice any. So it's a question of whether they apply that at all. read more

I used to go to Lozanos a lot, but recently their prices have risen a ton (and they have some shady business with invalid coupons or whatnot) and their attention to detail has been hit or miss. I saw this place on yelp and gave it a try. So far so good! The service is much more helpful and and the prices are MUCH more reasonable. I wish I read the the reviews before coming here. I've come to Autopride Hand Car Wash about 4 times already since it's conveniently located on my way home. Each time I'm always giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking that I was unlucky. After the fourth time I now can confidently write this review knowing that they're not going to change. I've gotten the silver, gold and platinum packages. My advice to you is to ALWAYS get the silver package because even if you pay for the upgraded package they will still wash your car as if you got the silver package. The gold and platinum package say that the car wash comes with shampooed mats and air freshener. Every time i get my car back my mats are totally dry and my car doesn't smell any different. I specifically pay extra to get mats shampooed and my car freshened up because my dogs always make a mess. Whats the point of offering an upgraded package if you're not going deliver? It's definitely not worth it from a customer perspective. Also I know that there's no way they could have dried my mats in time as the car wash only lasted 15 minutes. The pros of this place would be there's wifi, restrooms, plenty of seating, a gift shop, and they do a good job vacuuming. The cons is that they aren't thorough. Be prepared to wipe down the exterior and interior of your car again as they leave constant areas untouched. Also regardless of the upgraded package you chose you're getting the basic wash. I recommend coming here with a coupon as I would never pay full price for a wash. read more

Unfortunate experience here. I took my car in after being gone a couple of weeks and my car getting sappified. The first attendant tried to upsell me on a clay bar service for $150. Anyway, I get the Gold package and come back after the car is done, and it's still covered with sap. The attendant explains that only a clay bar will take care of this, and they didn't wax over the sap. I will say they did a good job on the interior. I went home and tried with a paper towel and water and some of the sap did come off, so I feel it probably wasn't well-scrubbed in the initial wash. Then I realized that I had been charged for rainbow wax, polish wax, and clear seal in the Gold package, but hadn't received any of that. I tried calling to see if they'd wax the car after I removed the sap myself - the person said he'd check, then the line disconnected. I tried calling back multiple times and it just rang. In short, they didn't do well on the exterior - I found dirt elsewhere that came off with a wet paper towel - and I won't be back. read more

Surprised to less than great reviews. Asked for the Silver package. I was really impressed by how clean they got my interior, considering I have a pup who sheds. They even cleaned out the cup holders and smaller areas, and everything was dusted and wiped down. The outside turned out well, too, even with some sap issues taken care of. On the fence between 3 and 4 stars. All in all, a pretty good wash for the price. Recently got my car washed at Auto Pride for the first time, and my car really needed a wash. First off, their prices are now higher than what's shown in the pictures that come up on Yelp-- probably old pics, and their website doesn't seem to have much pricing info. I did appreciate the $5 off coupon on the website, though. Staff was friendly and helpful, I didn't wait too long, and my car came out looking way better than it has in a long time. When they said my car was done, I did have to point out there was still a fair amount of dirt on the wheels. I wasn't looking for detailing-level quality, but since the carwash package specifically included cleaning wheels/tires, it seemed reasonable for the wheels to look clean. Once pointed out, they went back over them with a rag, which made them better, maybe not perfect. Later that day, I noticed the rear windshield glass was still somewhat dirty-- not a huge deal, but a little disappointing. Overall, I think reasonable value for the price and friendly staff, but a little bit more attention to detail might go a long way. I'd certainly go back, but I might try other places, too. read more

Auto Pride has a great, friendly staff who always do a great job when I bring my car in. Normally, I just get the silver wash, but I have cloth seats and treat myself to a shampooing every now and then. They always manage to finish the shampoo jobs fairly quickly compared to other places and have always managed to get the seats looking new again.
