This delay is now impacting my credit, and despite calling multiple times and leaving several messages, no one has provided an update or returned my calls. It appears the finance paperwork was completed incorrectly, and unfortunately the issue has not been addressed or corrected by the dealership. This has created a significant hardship for us. I am hoping management will finally respond so the payoff can be sent and this situation resolved immediately. I have worked in an automotive setting for over 30 years and I have never seen this kind of incompetence. Someone needs to call me back so I can get this resolved. I wouldn't recommend Russ to my worst enemy for a vehicle. I can't believe we gave our business to him. Edit - still no response from this business to correct this issue for us. Is there an owner or manager that can contact me? I guess you just care about a sale and not your customers after the sale. What a way to do business.

My car experienced pretty immediate engine failure. I went back and forth with the dealership. I received initial responses such as "your warranty will cover it" etc. Unfortunately, I was without a car for months with no end in sight. The dealership couldn't get the parts.
