We have been loyal customers for years, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Over…read morethe past several months, we've discovered that our family was repeatedly charged thousands of dollars for repairs that either did not solve the problem or, in some cases, appear not to have been completed at all. The most recent repair was going to be well over $5,000. When we questioned paying for work previously that didn't fix the issue, the story suddenly changed and we were told the repair would be free. After having the vehicle looked at elsewhere, we learned the problem had never actually been fixed, and we were fortunate that the situation didn't result in a vehicle fire. Trust is everything when it comes to auto repair, and unfortunately that trust has been completely broken. It's frustrating and heartbreaking to realize that a business we supported for so long treated us this way. We would strongly encourage others to ask questions, get second opinions, and carefully review any recommended repairs.

Couldn't have been worse! Brought car in for an oil change and inspection. Got it back with a check…read moreengine light and multiple error codes. I opened the hood to check the oil and the engine cover was just sitting there sideways. I immediately went back in and notified the front desk, they had a mechanic look at the codes. Mechanic thought it was the battery or alternator but checked both and were fine. He then tried to reset the error so I could drive it and see if it went away. So I drove it home and it immediately came back. I returned the next day to have it looked at and they took 4 hours to call and tell me it has multiple errors and they suggested I take it to another shop to be fixed and assured me they didn't do anything wrong. I took it to a new shop and they found the issue instantly. When they replaced the oil filter they stripped a wire harness and shorted the electrical system. Have video and pics of the damage. $600 later everything works fine again. I don't ever plan on taking my car here again if they don't make this right.

I waited about 15 minutes which was reasonable. The girl scanning in was nice. I asked her if they will top off coolant and fill tires because the coolant was low and my tire pressure light was on. She assured me they would and they started the service. Not once did anyone come explain pricing or how it works, give me an option or anything like Take 5 does. Then they came to replace my oil. They all looked annoyed to be there and the guy changing mine very clearly did not put coolant or any top off of fluids. They also did not even touch my tires. This is all fairly basic in an oil change but for them it must have been too much to deal with because I had to ask if they did it. Another guy had come over to the window and said yes and I asked again if he was sure to which he said, yes again. had zero wiper fluid so I knew already that they didn't just from that alone. The girl came over to ring me up. The oil change was $135 which is absolutely ridiculous. There was zero warning on the price plus it was clear they didn't bother to do anything else with the oil change. I'd honestly be shocked if they did anything at all. I'm just hoping the oil is fine. I paid and the hood was still up. The guy who said that they topped off the fluids closer the hood and told me I was good to go. I asked him if they filled up the tires and he said no. I said I asked before they started if they'd do it and they said it was included...clearly this was an annoyance to them. He said the machine wasn't working and I'd have to drive down two stalls. I was like sure that's fine...welp when I said that he just got the air compressor at the stall I was at and filled them up. I'm assuming he just didn't want to do it... Finally, I asked him again for the THIRD time id they'd topped off fluids. He said yes they should have and I told him the car was still saying it had low coolant and could he just check because I just paid them $135 to do this and I didn't want to have to come back. He finally did and...no they had not put coolant or Wiper fluid in. He very reluctantly did it and said he was always having to show people how to do their jobs. I'm assuming this happens a lot and they just hope people don't say anything. Long story short, this place is overpriced...gives no indication of how much the service is and then doesn't even do the basic "18 point maintenance check". I'm so annoyed I had to keep asking and they kept trying to make me leave before they even checked under the hood. They clearly are too busy or annoyed to deal with it. I will absolutely not be back and I would highly suggest you go elsewhere too.

I love this place. My regular mechanic is Jose and he's a very honest man. I went in because my…read moretires were unevenly wearing I wanted to see if there was more than alignment needed. They had me go to a different place to get an alignment check, to make sure all the parts are correct and proper and if so then to do it wherever as they're the same price. I went into brakes plus and they tried to sell me about 900 dollars worth of services/product. I brought my paper with all the things they said it needed and they checked it all out. None of the parts bent or need to be replaced. I very much appreciate the honesty here, and would suggest any ladies looking for a non threatening and honest mechanic, to definitely check this place out.

Set an 8 AM appointment they were prompted and ready to go they diagnosed it as a crooked oil filter and the gasket had failed a job that Valvoline did a few weeks before they fixed it topped it off at no charge . I told him that I wanted a brake check because I heard my brakes squealing. The free inspection took around 15 minutes. Tyler came and relayed what I needed and after making a couple of adjustments & receiving a coupon to save on my repair, I waited there at the location for the brake pad replacement. While they were repairing my vehicle, I worked on my laptop at a table inside the location. The replacement took around an hour or so. Tyler assisted me once the replacement was completed. He was kind and very helpful. The prices were somewhat in comparison to other repair options in the areas. I'm just to have the brake pads replaced. No more squealing!
