The owner, Ed verified that I did not. He fixed two of my tires that had nails in them and sent me on my merry way without charging me a cent for his services. I came to this shop after I was quoted over 4k in repairs at a different mechanic. I wanted to get a 2nd opinion. Ed the owner said let's look at the car together. He spend more than 45 min going over the whole car and telling me exactly what was wrong and what needed to be repaired. Some of the things were different from the other shop and the price he gave me was literally half of what the other mechanic said. After everything was done my car was brand new. I found out about this business thanks to Yelp, so I wanted to add my two cents as well. I noticed that my battery was starting to take a while to turn over when I started my car, and I figured it was about that time to have it replaced. I took it into Auto Trinity after calling earlier in the day to make sure they had my battery in stock. After a confirmation, I took it in during my lunch hour a couple of hours later. As soon as Ed came into the waiting room, he quoted me the price. Within moments, the battery was replaced and I was ready to go. Fast, efficient and friendly service seems to be the normal way of business here. I also asked for a quote for another service, and it appears that they prices they are giving are comparable or slightly better than other similar auto shops and far less than most dealerships. This is the only place that I have trusted with my car.. and that says a lot, because I've been to a lot of shops. I've been to a lot of different shops and I'm just glad I don't have to find a new one. So Ed's team took about 2 hours to take apart my car and give me an estimate.. for free. They didn't ask for any money. They gave me 3 suggested options at the end, and 3rd suggestion was to get a new car, which obviously means that his shop doesn't make any money. Very kind of them. Don't bother shopping around for another mechanic, go to Ed. I brought in my 2011 BMW 328i because I was working on it and accidentally broke a bolt in the transmission pan. He fixed it right up and he honestly answered my questions. I asked about preventative maintenance and while other shops would try to make you spend more money with them, Ed told me straight up that it's not worth it. And he doesn't just work on German cars... I brought in my 2013 Honda Accord for an alarm malfunction and he fixed that too. Not only is he fast, he charges a fraction of what the dealership or other independent shops charge. Definitely the best value in town. read more

Finding a good, trustworthy mechanic is like finding a needle in a haystack. Ed is all of that and more. I first brought my Land Rover in when my battery kept signaling a low battery warning. Ed diagnosed it by saying my battery was fine but that he'd charge it to be safe, but I didn't need to waste my money replacing it because he checked the charge and everything was operating smoothly. He didn't charge me for the charge and put my mind at ease on any worries I had about my car. Right off the bat, I knew I'd trust him with my life, but more importantly, my car. A month later, my car was due for servicing and I immediately contacted him and was able to set up an appointment ASAP. He is unbelievably patient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, willing to explain everything about cars, why a fix is necessary or not, how he got to his pricing, and just full transparency on everything. I've always wanted to learn more about cars but felt the barrier to entry was quite intimidating but he's always happy to answer questions without judgment. Ed is the man. I've gone to him two times already both times were really good. For the first time (last Dec 2014) he took out the transmission off my Mk6 GLI 6 speed and installed a southbend stage 3 clutch for my car. He also replaced my slave cylinder/bearing within the transmission as well. He charged me a really great price in which I find is really fair for the customer and for him as well. I've called about six different shops and they were charging about 40% more than what he charges. Anyway last week, I was pulling out of a gas station and all of a sudden my car stalled while I still had the clutch pressed. Couldn't get my car into gear when I turned my car on, so I pushed my car into a stall in the gas station. Looked under and saw transmission fluid leaking from under my car and thought to myself, there goes my transmission. After calling my insurance, I had my car towed to a mechanic shop when they were closed and left my car there overnight. Called them in the morning and they were pretty grouchy and inquired in quotes from them in which was a lot. Then I thought of Auto Trinity and my problem was getting a tow company to tow my car 30 miles from point A to auto trinity. And I did all the calculations that it would cost the same if I were to stay at the mechanic my car was at as opposed to getting my car towed to auto Trinity (tow cost and labor cost) but the only thing that weighed it down for my car to stay at the first mechanic was I wouldn't need to spend X amount of time to get my car towed and going back home. Well anyway, reason why I still chose Ed was because he remembered me, he was fair in his prices and best of all he was nice. Honestly, I'd rather have a nice person work on my car rather than a grouchy person. Common sense right? Anyway I had my car towed to Eds place on a Wednesday afternoon and he was fully booked that day but still made room for my car. He said he will get on it in Thursday in which I was scheduled to go to a car show in Vegas Thursday. Thursday came and got a call from him saying he before he would take apart my transmission to see what's wrong, he saw a broken clip outside of my transmission that was leaking transmission fluid and said he ordered the part for it and wouldn't come Friday. I was pretty bummed that my car wouldn't make it to Vegas for the European car festival so I still left with a friend to Vegas for the weekend that Thursday night. Friday afternoon I get a call from Ed with good news saying my car was ready and it was the broken clip that caused my clutch to not have hydraulic pressure anymore. Anyway I was 280 miles away from his shop and it was Friday afternoon, and the show was about to start that evening and went on throughout the weekend, I grabbed a friend and drove straight home and picked up my car and drove back to Vegas within 8 hours plus a damn speeding ticket. Anyway I would recommend Ed. He's the man! read more
