They said they would fix it and then never fixed it bought the truck. Also, with a cracked dashboard, the owner says he's the only one that drove it. It came back with a hole in a dashboard. They don't wanna fix that. I do not recommend buying from these people. And Dino is a blobbering idiot that knows nothing about cars. You ask him a question youtube lol.... .Dan is a good guy, he's the one who actually sold me the car, and he's not a salesman, but a good guy the owner Eli he tries but to tell me that he's not making no money off of the suv thas lie because my uncle owned 3 car dealerships. For people like me who endlessly research and compare quotes to try to save a few bucks, buying a…read morecar is an absolute nightmare. In my experience, dealing with car salesmen is like trying to make friends with your prison bunk mate who you just met and you play nice with at first but aren't sure whether or not they're going to shank you in your sleep. This was my experience for most dealers as one by one they refused to provide quotes, ghosted me or outright insulted me for daring to take their sh*tty quote and share it with another dealer to see if they were willing to beat said sh*tty quote. But Katharine at Faulkner was like a breath of fresh air compared to the two faced monsters at most of the other dealers. She was kind, genuine, responsive and great to work with through a process that I hated from the moment I reached out to my first dealership. I wish the car buying experience could be what Katharine provided for everyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. I highly recommend Katharine for your saleswoman and encourage anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle to ask for her by name if you want a car buying experience that all dealerships should strive for.

Anthony, the rep at the service desk, was amazing--very helpful and went above and beyond to meet my needs, from scheduling a Lyft to answering my invoice questions. I visited to get a transmission fluid flush and specifically asked for the timing cover to be inspected for an oil leak, thinking it would be efficient since the timing cover is near where one of the transmission fluids is filled. After a multi-point inspection, they reported the oil pan gasket was leaking, which is on the passenger side, opposite the timing cover located on the driver's side. After waiting five hours, I was told my car wouldn't be ready until the next day, leading me to believe they were fixing the correct leak and changing the transmission fluid. The next day, after picking up my car, I noticed acceleration issues on the drive home. When I checked under the hood, I found oil splattered across the engine bay and the dipstick not inserted properly, causing the mess. While mistakes happen, leaving my car overnight should have been enough time to ensure everything was fixed. Thankfully, I caught it before worse damage occurred. Wanting to double-check, I put the car on a lift and inspected underneath, only to find oil still leaking at a noticeable rate--something that should have been impossible to miss. I took my car to a local mechanic and in 5 minutes it was diagnosed the transmission oil was overfilled and leaking from the top breather cap. I called the dealership four times within two hours of picking up my vehicle that same day, but never got an answer when forwarded to the service department and couldn't leave a voicemail for my service advisor because his mailbox was full. I eventually left a message on the general service mailbox. These calls were made between 2:30 and 3:30, well before closing at 5 p.m. I plan to contact the General Manager, corporate, and the BBB. I'll never have my car serviced at this location again--it was the worst dealership experience I've ever had. I'm taking my vehicle elsewhere to get the timing cover fixed. It's alarming to think Hyundai allows this level of service and how much damage could be done to other vehicles. I documented everything with photos: the oil dipstick not fully inserted by the tech, oil splattered across my engine bay, fresh oil residue still leaking onto the transmission case from the timing cover, and a poorly done gasket on the oil pan. I also have a screenshot of my unanswered calls forwarded to the service department. All of this was recorded within two hours of picking up my car.

Even though it was around 8:15am, within minutes I received a call back from John Y offering to have me come in for a test drive. Fast forward to later in the day..me and my wife went to the service center to test drive the car, loved it, then proceeded to the lot to talk business. So I'll get it out of the way right now..I only gave 4 stars because I hate buying cars and all that goes into it, but as far as car salesman go, John Y was very professional, helpful, and courteous. He was extremely transparent and really made dealing with the restrictions from COViD19 not seem like much a roadblock. I am now the Proud Owner of a beautiful 2017 Pearl Blue Maxima SR Midnight Edition, paid an extremely reasonable price, and was treated with dignity and respect throughout the process. Another small note: once I got home I realized that the radio SD card was missing. I called back John Y the next day and he immediately referred me to the service center who helped me the same day! Wonderful. THANK YOU JOHN Y!

Car was in pretty bad shape and showed alot of wear. After we test drove it, we met with the finance/manager Igor who wasn't willing to negotiate much on price. At one point he actually said alot of people are looking at the car, which was not true. We went to Fred Beans Honda and got a much better deal for a better condition car. I guess I should thank them for not negotiating more for their car, as we found a much better deal for us.
