I stopped in this Auto Zone to purchase an engine air filter for my vehicle. That had it in stock, but only two varieties, the more expensive brands like K&N and STP. I was looking for a Fram or Wix for half the price, but what do you do. I wish they would carry more brands at competitive prices. Service at the counter was friendly. Front desk was unwilling to help me find a damn bolt. Normally, I never have any issues with places like that and they're always willing to help me, but for some reason the front desk this morning just did not care. I was asking for a certain part, he said, look it up over here in this section and went over there to go look for a bolt and I have no idea what I'm doing. System was down when I returned this item. There was a voucher the clerk gave me in case I did not get a refund. After 1 week I returned saying I did not get my refund. They did not even got records of my return but a piece of paper voucher. Manager ignored my refund and of course kept the returned part. Who is to blame for? I'm so exhausted from the runaround I got. Went here to purchase new windshield wipers. An associate (Wayne) offered to install them for me and during the installation he decided to muscle it on my rear wiper blade and completely snapped the entire wiper arm off my car. He immediately looked worried and hurried me into the store to let his boss know. After he spoke to him he hardly gave me any information about what the next steps were to correct the issue and didn't answer my questions about who'd be responsible for the damage. Luckily I asked for the contact info for the district manager (Cesar) b/c the store manager never even bothered to come out and speak to me directly. After contacting the DM, it took a while to get him to follow through on ordering the part which I requested the store compensate me for since their associate broke the part on my car. I had to contact him multiple times to check in on the issue. The DM assured me he ordered it and asked for my information (none of this info was collected by the associate who broke the part despite the DM saying he should have). I was notified that the part arrived and went to check it out. Turns out the part was incorrect/the wrong sizeand a new associate (Dave) assured me he'd order the correct part from the dealer, collected my info again and said he would contact me when it arrived. I should mention that Dave wasn't surprised and quickly assumed aloud that Wayne was the likely associate who broke the original part, I found this strange and frustrating to hear. Days went by and I never heard back, I called the store and was frustrated at how many times the phone was passed around to diff ppl working in the store telling me to either just wait for Dave to come in for his shift or that they couldn't help me. I'm glad I stood my ground and requested to work with someone else since Dave never followed through. And insisting on getting help from the person currently on the phone with me vs them continuing just passing me off to the next person. Roger helped order the part and did actually follow through in calling me back that it have arrived at the store. When I called to give a heads up that I was coming by to get it, the associate on the phone sounded confused and wasn't able to locate the part in the store or find me in their system. He eventually found the part and commented that my info was no where near it. The only reason it was found was b/c I had to again explain the entire situation and who I was. I arrived to get the part and have it installed and low and behold Dave was there to install it. I appreciate him helping but the whole ordeal took around 3 weeks for something that was simple. I do not recommend this location and if the staff is aware that a person on the team has a track record of breaking things during installations, that associate should not be allowed to continue assisting with installations. Very unprofessional. As a woman it's already hard enough dealing with car stuff and not being listened to or taken seriously. I couldn't imagine how this wouldn't gone if I wasn't comfy being assertive and advocating for myself literally the ENTIRE time. read more

I love coming here. I love there prices on there house band soap, they are affordable and at a good value size. I like the rewards program they have, but for some reason the card dose not work anymore I did get it months ago but then stopped, the phone number works so that is good. I love the brakes they have, they give you a great selection to choose from. I like that they have the Chemical guys in stock this is where I buy some from them. Upon walking into Auto zone with a shopping list from my husband, I was strolling down the isles totally clueless as to what I needed to find. The manager Rebecca could see I was struggling and proceeded to assist me with completing my list. One item on my list was literally 'wiper blades' so after adding in the vehicle information into their system she helped my find the best set of blades in my price range that would fit my vehicle. She also helped me find the type of oil my vehicle needed and how much of it I needed to buy to complete my own oil change. I don't normally go to stores like auto zone since I don't know much about the vehicle's but If my husband ever needed me to go again, I would definitely go to this Auto zone and request Rebecca's assistance from the start.
