They called to let me know i needed 2 tires replaced instead of 1. Costs me $318 minimum at Discount Tire for low quality tires. At belle tire i got 2 quality tires for $208. They even discounted the 2nd tire to the one i had ordered, even though the 2nd one was a more expensive tire. A little courtesy that went a long way. I need to get some brake work done & an alignment. Will be giving them a call next week to schedule those services. A nice little touch - as i was getting ready to insert my card to pay, Derek (i think?) quickly sanitized the machine down, even though I saw him sanitize it after the last customer. So nice!

They did a great job within a reasonable time, and returned my truck washed, waxed, and detailed. It looks great! They also fixed a couple of minor issues at no extra charge! When I attempted to tip the worker who had gone the extra mile, he refused it, saying "You have to do good things for people. What goes around comes around." I admire and respect his attitude, and I won't hesitate to recommend their shop, although I hope that I have no further repair business with them. ;)

It is also important that businesses in our communities are held accountable when their practices may take advantage of people. including men, minorities, and consumers who may already be financially vulnerable. Deceptive or exploitative practices can cause serious hardship, and addressing them helps protect other members of the community from similar harm. DO NOT BUY HERE! My livelihood is at Jeopardy due to thi situation. I purchased a 2020 Buick Enclave from King Auto Sales in Detroit on September 4, 2026. I was told the vehicle had been checked and that nothing was wrong with it. Approximately 10 days after purchasing and financing the vehicle, the check-engine light came on and I was informed that the catalytic converter is bad. I immediately contacted the dealership expecting them to stand behind a vehicle they had just sold me. They refused to take responsibility or help resolve the problem. My concern isn't simply that a used vehicle developed a problem. My concern is that I financed a vehicle believing it had been inspected and was in good condition, only to discover a significant issue almost immediately after the sale. I am now documenting the vehicle's condition, obtaining an independent written diagnosis, and pursuing the appropriate consumer complaint process. DONT considering buying here, protect yourself. Do not rely solely on verbal assurances or a vehicle-history report which is created by them. Them refusing to let me Take the vehicle to an independent mechanic of my chose should have been my answer to not buy here. before signing anything, have the computer scanned, ask for the emissions-readiness monitors to be checked, and get every representation about the vehicle's condition in writing. A dealership's customer service shouldn't end when the paperwork is signed. How a business responds when something goes wrong tells you just as much as the sale itself. They also refused to give you copies of contracts! I also want women considering doing business here to be aware of my personal experience. During my interactions, I experienced comments and behavior from the salesperson/dealer that I considered sexually inappropriate, unprofessional, and disrespectful toward me as a woman. I came there to conduct a business transaction and purchase a vehicle--not to be made uncomfortable by sexual comments or behavior. Between that experience and the dealership's refusal to assist me after a significant vehicle problem appeared approximately 10 days after my purchase, I am extremely disappointed with how this transaction was handled. Women especially: trust your instincts, keep your interactions professional and documented, and don't be afraid to leave if you're made uncomfortable. I am sharing my personal experience so other consumers can make an informed decision. I will update this review if the dealership takes meaningful steps to address these concerns. I took it back up there and let them try to resolve the issue with them returning in the car to me with the same issue after they kept my car for a day and half. I was able to watch my vehicle be worked on through the window. The young gentleman got the lock lugnut stuck in his impact socket and threw the socket on the floor in anger. It appeared he was rushing and had somewhere to be. After about 20 minutes my vehicle was ready. I worked on my brakes about a week or so later and when I had one of my wheels off I heard something rolling around inside the tire. I took it back to the discount tire to have them look at it. I waited about 2 hours for them to finally get my vehicle in, and finally they tell me it just needed to be balanced again and it was fixed. I asked if they figured out what was rolling round inside the tire and was told that they didn't notice anything wrong. Okay fine with me if you say so... The following day, as I was driving, my TPMs sensor light turned on my dash, i figured it has to be that one wheel so I took my tire off and sure enough! It's still in there! I go back to the location and wait another 2 hours and they finally admit it was a TPMs sensor. Nice, they do it for free, everything is good, right? No!!! I then noticed the SAME wheel they did the wheel weights are missing! And on top of that it looks like they aggressively used a wire brush wheel on my wheel and left deep scratches. Seriously, don't come here. Go to a different location, this place doesn't deserve more business for the quality it serves.

This second time was just a simple rotation service! Once can be considered an oversight, but twice is ridiculous!! poor workmanship, Neglecting the safety of their patrons!! If you take your car here you should stand at the window or garage and observe them working on your car! If I could give 0 star rating I would do that.
