I came in needing a new battery and was ready to try installing it myself. I asked Aaron if he could explain how to do it, and he took the time to walk me through the process with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. As it turned out, there happened to be a third employee in the store, so Aaron was able to come outside and help me after all. I was so grateful. He explained each step as he worked, which made it a great learning experience for me. I really wish I had cash on me because he absolutely deserved a tip. It does seem a little dangerous when the line of cars goes out of the parking lot and there's a pile up of cars on the side of the main road. This review is for their safety check inspection service. Been coming here the last few years for…read morethis service. Busy mid month and at the end of the month, for obvious reasons. They seem pretty efficient but what annoyed me is that I did not realize is that one line is for re-inspect and the other is for the regular inspection. First time I've encountered two lines. The dude (younger of the two) who came to my window said, "you got your papers for re-inspect?" I said, um re-inspect? Then he tells me, "yeah you're in the wrong line." And just walked away. Mind you, I'm parked in the middle of the long line and had to get out of line and turn around in a tight spot. Ugh. Then I could only assume that the other line was for regular inspections. But there is no sign to indicate what the lines are for. Pretty rude on his part too. I get that they're busy but a little customer service goes a long way. Remember, we're patrons of your business.
