I decided to message on Facebook marketplace place, weeks in advanced talking to Skylar to see if it was a dealership I wanted to spend any time at other than Servco. I had options to go to Servco due to my work, but I decided to go to Autoland because they gave me a bit of a better deal. I knew going into the purchase, it is a USED VEHICLE, with a 3rd party warranty, so don't go into a used car lot expecting a brand new 2025 vehicle. Skylar was able to find a vehicle I could agree on with an affordable price. The cons is the vehicle does need a bit of work to be perfect , but again it's a used cheap vehicle. read more

I brought my vehicle to Autoland on July 9th for a screen repair on a car I purchased from them, when it was returned on July 11th there was visible damage to the dashboard and trim that was not there before. I showed the owner clear before-and-after photos with timestamps, and he denied responsibility and claimed the photos were too blurry -- which is simply not true. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability and customer service. I wanted to resolve this privately, but I was left with no choice but to warn others. read more

Customer service!!! Im keeping my other half anonymous and said to let it go. So Id LOVE to leave this comment about this place. We have done business with this place before with a family member so we decided to go back. The person we did business with before was Skyler but this time it wasn't him. This Asian guy we've met but didn't catch his name from before but we can put a voice to a face totally degraded my other half. He called to ask questions about a van we saw on line and he got the NERVE to tell him he don't think he cannot afford it!!!?? Are we in the movie Pretty women? WTF! This place is great. I see a lot of wheels displayed upstairs and downstairs and there is a lot of selections to choose from. Also, I see a lot of vehicles from Japan and if only I have parking spaces at home I would buy some of these vehicles because some of them are rare vehicles and hard to find and they bring them from Japan into the US and dealing with all the paperwork to get the vehicle is registered and most of these cars are right side driving steering wheel so it's pretty cool. I also see a lot of Kei cars From Japan so they do a lot of importance of parts and Vehicle is kind of like a one stop shop and I believe in the back there are guys that does technician jobs for these cars one day I will visit again, just to check their inventory and see what kind of wheels they have next. read more

I was in the market for a new set of wheels. I did my research and got the price to order wheels online. However, I saw that Autoland sold wheels as well locally. As I am a more visual person I decided to stop by. Honestly, it would have been the same price after shipping to Hawaii. I got a great deal from Jimmy. He showed me my options and when it came down to it I was indecisive on which option I wanted. He helped me make a choice and it was not the more expensive option. Most shops would have tried to sell me the more expensive one. Im glad I stopped by. Jimmy had excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable in the fitment of my vehicle. I got a good price on a tire & wheel package with lugnuts. The installation was quick and they even lined my backseat with card board and loaded my old wheels up for me. sky was very helpful but recently bought a 350z from them and feel as if I got scammed and taken advantage of. I repeatedly was told that car was running great the day I picked it up from the shipment yard it was misfiring, started to drive it around more and notice that there was smoke coming out of the exhaust. I was told that the coil packs and plugs were replaced. the plugs were replaced but you could tell the coils were old. they ordered coils for me and I got them in, misfire stopped but the car is burning oil and like crazy, this is not an issue that would have been unnoticeable. they said it was running perfect before they dropped it off to the shipment yard, but it definitely wasn't when I picked it up check engine light was on and it was sputtering and smoking. the car was selling for 13,999 I ended up paying 15k for a used 350z with 89k miles on it and I've hardly ever been able to drive the car because there's a deeper issue with the engine. I asked if they could help with whatever cost if I ever have to put it in the shop to get it running properly "like they said it was" and I was pretty much shrugged off. I worked hard for my money and was really excited about getting this car and now I'm not able to drive it because there are deeper issues inside the engine. If you guys do buy a car from this dealership be careful. I'm sure there are better cars there, but I just had the worst of luck. read more

2016 is here but I totally forgot to update my review for autoland! Let me start off again by saying that this location is beautiful! So spacey and so much room to look at the cars! We Came in the other day around 5 Ish, my mom was looking for another car. Heck she deserved it! It's been so long for her, I mean seriously since 2004! Okay so I can be really picky, and the reason also is because our family is growing we needed a little bit of a bigger vehicle. We were looking at the Mazda vans, then looked at a sienna until my mom laid eyes on the Nissan. I also want to say and extra thank you to KEN! Again amazing service. Jimmy responded that its impossible that the damaged car he sold was DAMAGED. Within the first week it needed coolant added and had it ichecked at the mini repair shop at Bavarian motors, and it had a defective thermostat and was using massive amount s of coolant. I was lucky I checked it out quickly as it could of ruined the motor. It cost $1200 to repair. I was going to resell it on facebook marketplace for the same price i paid because I had a change of heart in purchasing it. Now even if I get what I paid for it I will be out 1200 bucks. First and foremost, huge thanks to Skyler and the mechanics at Autoland for the excellent customer service! Very knowledgable in their field and so easy to work with. We came on a random Sunday afternoon to get my boyfriend's Acura TL a new set of rims. We've done business from them previously and because their service was so good, we had to come back. When we came in, Skyler recommended two sets of rims for us to choose from and we chose the MRR Ground Force GP7s. These guys were able to install the rims and get us out of there in a couple of hours! They took care of us, making sure we knew exactly what was going on and walking us through every step of the way. These guys went above and beyond after they helped me replace my tire after finding a nail in it! After getting a low tire pressure error on my own car, I needed to find an air hose and for some strange reason, there are zero gas stations with a working hose so I ended up asking the mechanics at Autoland if they could pump my tires. They helped me fill the three tires and saw the rear left one (the one with the error) was really flat. So they jacked up the car, gave it a check and found that there was a nail lodged in the tire. I was so bummed but they gave me suggestions for a solution: Either I could purchase a tire from them (which they had on the spot) or I could put my spare on and go purchase a tire elsewhere. Because their service was so good, I decided might as well just give them my business.. plus I didn't think it'd be the best idea for me to be driving around with a donut spare tire lol. Jimmy was very knowledgeable and helpful with picking out the right fitment for my car. He gave his inputs on how I should go about the wheel set and within a couple hours the new wheels were installed to the right specs. Very pleasant to deal with. Came here to buy tires. Good price and they had my unusual size in stock while others don't. Bought 16" Federal SS595 Z rated tire for $100 each. Around online pricing and don't have to pay shipping so it's a good deal. Would buy tires from Autoland again. Clean and professional looking facility. This place is a joke. First off, when I went in to look around there wasn't a salesman in sight. About 20 minutes later someone finally comes into the overcrowded showroom to ask if I need help. I was interested in a particular car that happened to be black and was listed about $5,000 more than Kelly Blue Book which is outrageous but when I asked why it's so high, he said because the color was black and hard to find. It's one of the most common cars in Hawaii along with the Tacoma, corolla, Camry, civic so the color shouldn't even be a reason! In order to test drive they would have to shift around about 6 cars?! I gave a reasonable offer, but they wouldn't budge from their outrageous price because a military guy had offered that price and was "in the process of getting a loan"?! Good luck getting a bank to give a loan for that price. read more

They don't wear masks and they don't have good service or cars. 3 weeks into buying our Lexus, the check engine light went on. 1 week later we noticed they tied parts of the body (where screws, pins, and bolts should go) with plastic or wire. they don't use the right parts for the car and made it look nice by being cheap. paid way more than we should've because they said it was custom. but the parts that were custom were CHEAP and fell apart within WEEKS. btw there IS WARRANTY. they hid that from us when signing the contract. so if you absolutely must buy from this company, get the warranty. not to mention they gave us bad tires and rims even though we asked it be changed. sleezy business, better off buying from craigslist. wish i could put 0 stars. read more

Somehow my post mysteriously disappeared, but my boyfriend and I had a horrible experience here. I guess it wouldn't matter if you had the extra money to spend on overpriced cars and if you got it..well, you get it. My boyfriend and I seen a Silverado on the lot via web and thought we would check it out. We drove down there for our first time and waited around. We were not familiar with this lot and we are use to seeing sales reps at dealerships but we looked around and had to try and find someone to help us. We were pretty much set on this 2007 Silverado truck with 90,000 miles priced at $16,999 . The guy that helped us made it seem like everyone was qualified and we don't have bad credit and we were pretty confident we would walk out with this truck. The finance lady, Nicole....nice tried to work with us but didn't seem like she was very interested. She respected our time while in the finance office and said "I won't keep you here all day I'll call you once we get an update" and we left. I had to keep calling and calling to follow up. Says we needed a downpayment or $4000 in order to take home the truck. Of course we didn't have that money to put down, maybe that was just our fault but we came back with another payment.. we were approved for $14,000 from our amazing bank. And came back since no one wanted to answer our calls or text messages we decided to show up. Via text we were quoted $15321 for the truck. When we got there the price raised back up to $16,999. We offered $14,000 since that's all we could afford and still got declined. With a horrible attitude "I can't do anything for you, you need to come up with $15,500" after we were just quoted $15,321??? That's ridiculous! All i have to say is GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!, FAST SHIPPING!, TOP QUALITY!, GREAT PRICING!. So I've stumbled upon this shop, and came across a salesman who blows everyone else out the water in customer service. I was greeted right when I parked my car by Skyler (salesman to see!!), I was looking for some wheels for my project I was about to begin. I began to ask Skyler about the options I had, he had asked me what kind or rims I wanted. (I specifically wanted F421 from Avant Garde) surprisingly he had made a phone call while keeping me smiling ;P. At the end of his phone call he replied "did you need anything else?" (keep in mind they "were not a dealer for AG before I had come.) I was STUNNED! the order I wanted for the wheels were pretty precise and custom. The project I was preparing for was pretty serious. I knew some information and he helped me research the fitment needed. The process took a few days before i made payment, Skyler kept in contact with me as if he was taking care of his own car, seriously? As we went on researching it was Skyler who got in contact with someone with the same build for the fitment. (theres no one on island with this build, imagine trying to find that) I couldn't trust the guy any more than I already did. We went with what the specs came out to and man it came out great! Overall go see Skyler at Autoland for ANY of you're auto motive needs. Theres so much more to this that i could write but I'm not trying to write a novel, haha. Through much considerations after reading all of the reviews here, it was an up & down roller-coaster as to if it would be okay to buy a car from here let alone car parts. Everyone's experience is different. I needed a car to drive & it had been quite the challenge to find one around the island without the sellers getting in your face as they try to force you to buy one of the cars on lot at that very moment instead of giving one time to think over it. After much looking about, decided to give it a shot. Perhaps it's me or that I'm not used to the idea of desks where it's supposedly like an office to be so openly exposed downstairs where all the cars are around & other customers can listen onto. To me, it's the lack of privacy & unnecessary for others to know what's going as a customer. Parking is worse than what I've seen as just about anyone coming to check this place out has to park elsewhere down the street as there's only about 5 parking spots available on lot. The building overall needs to be expanded as even walking around the first floor where all the cars are feels claustrophobic, cars are being washed in front of the building when it should be at the back, & there shouldn't even be cars in front of the actual entrance of the building as it feels rather awkward to go through a side door. Last thing I need was to accidentally be responsible for a scratch on a car from my purse. As a business, all workers should look formal or close to formal.How a place is kept is also how the business is like. If not well kept then neither is the store/organization. The place isn't as well ventilated. Do consideration having actual AC installed everywhere. Upstairs is a lot cooler than downstairs & wherever the cars are should be cooler. Where much of the workers eat is where the cars & business desks are which is very unprofessional. I can understand that table being for customers & visitors, but not for when it's your lunch/snack time. Customers/visitors are there to see the cars, not see what you're eating for the day. I can't believe how much cars are being charged. If I were just someone who has never had any experience with cars let alone what to look for, then I would've probably end up with something that shouldn't have been as much to begin with. I can admit some of the cars on lot were better than what I've seen in other places I had looked at. I do believe presentation is important though. Honestly by driving by, it doesn't pop up like other places. It hides behind trees. Not much to gain attraction. Now lets get down to actual business. I did see a car similar to my sister's, a Lexus, that I would've love to have gotten but was already bought by someone else. The car that I looked upon was in decent condition. It wasn't the first time driving the car so I knew what to already expect. The was another similar car on the lot but I couldn't drive it since I drive only automatic cars. The seats were still in good condition. Tires were okay but eventually needed to be change especially for the kind of weather we have here on the island. The cover for the trunk was slightly torn. Part of me cared but then not so much since I seldomly use it anyway. It sounded nice when turning it on and off. It was sad to see no manual as the car was from a previous owner and didn't leave it behind. Ugh how frustrating especially if you've never own a particular car before & will have to play around with every part of the car in hopes you don't someone mess up any part of it that's electronic. Mileage was decent. I went for the offer as it was the better offer than what was being offered to me from other places & time was passing and really needed a car. I felt uncomfortable in discussing about the car with other people around. What took the longest was getting an approved car loan from the bank. Regardless of the situation, I would never use a different bank from what I use. I couldn't put the loan under my name & had to get my husband to do it since he didn't have as much loans as I do. It took us a couple of tries. It was a bit annoying that it didn't seem like it mattered to others when we struggled the first time in getting the loan under my husband. We didn't have much time left but it wasn't taken as serious as it should've been just by the tone of voice. After some time of having the car and ended up fixing it, I couldn't believe that the exhaust was practically rusting far more than any other car I've seen. At this point in time, I'm surprised it hasn't fallen apart. Ended up finding out that the car was overpriced. Seriously?! read more

There's only one thing you need to know about them. Very very good deals! In terms of price it offers really out shines those big name brand dealerships on the island! You are able to go to them directly to order the car auctioneers from the mainland! Unlike the big name car dealers on the island, you can skip many hidden fee and transactions by going directly with Autoland. You can still get the same great product; heck, all dealerships are buying from the same resources, and they just charges you more due to more staff and insurance and many other costs those dealership have to feed. read more

I held off rating Autoland, because I was waiting to see how they addressed an issue I had with the vehicle I purchased. When I presented my offer of a cash sale, had expressed specific terms of the sale that I expected. Upon leaving the lot, I realized that two things I had requested (and they agreed to) did not happen. I was willing to 'take the hit'. Weeks later, with less than 200 miles on the car, I had an issue that required taking the car immediately to a dealer. Without giving details, Autoland had done work to the vehicle, and had overlooked a procedure. I contacted Autoland, and told them I expected to be reimbursed. Today, I received a check, along with his interpretation of the events. I consider Autoland to be operated with the highest of honorable business practices. read more

Whatever you do..for the safety of yourself and those around you do Not buy a car from Autoland. I was advised by a Servco employee that all of their unsellable wholesale cars get trucked over to Autoland. I bought a 2006 Avalon from them for $8500 and had to get rid of it in after less than 1000 miles of driving. Two reputable mechanics indicated that my car's CV axle and control arms were at the point of failure along with a plethora of catastrophic mechanical failures coming up. The necessary repairs to pass state inspection and toprevent the front axle from collapsing along with the warped brakes costed upwards of $14,000 and the car was weeks away from failure so I decided I I couldn't consciously sell this car to an individual due to it being a literal death trap. Autoland was however happy to buy it back from my for $5000 less than what I bought it from them for even though I didn't tell them what was wrong with it, they already knew. Autoland currently has the car for sale and is willing to profit with zero regard for selling a dangerous vehicle. This place needs to be investigated and shut down before someone is killed as a result of their negligence. For the safety of yourself and those who we share the islands roads with, stay far far away from these unethical scam artists. read more

Bought an SUV. Test drove well no problems. On my way home the check engine light came on. Took it back they just cleared the code because on my way home Came back on. Took it to a reliable place and they showed me why. Some reason they cut the catalytic converter and tried to do I have no clue what but then JB welded it back together and reinstalled it. Also the top of my radiator was cracked so the put some kind of epoxy or whatever on it . I mean darn 2 easy fixes but they needed to save money I guess!! This was a year ago don't think I can blame them for this but my transition went out. Oh and when I Called to complain about the half ass gluing of parts the guy reminds me I knowingly bought it with no warranty. I will never go back. read more

If there's a zero, that would be the rating after they refused to admit that they caused the damage on one of our new rims. We have pictures of our rims without any scratches prior to having them install it. They refused to replace the rim or compensate anything. For those of us who loves our cars and rims and spend money on these things, having scratched rims is ugly! But what can we consumers do?
