Autoglass Medics is the BEST. Emilio came to my residence today to replace a broken vent-glass from a break-in -- the 2nd break-in this year. This particular replacement procedure turned out to be a little more complicated than standard -- my rear window had a broken regulator and wouldn't roll down easily. Emilio had to perform "surgery" on the entire door just to replace the glass, and still had the entire job done within an HOUR, and that included thoroughly cleaning ALL the windows just to make it look as great as possible. And all of this for a very reasonable price (less than the chain my insurance recommended a few months ago, and Autoglass Medics came to my house!) -- I will never call anyone else for glass replacement again. I don't often post reviews, but Emilio really went above and beyond for me in an extremely stressful and upsetting time in my life, so I want people out there looking for a glass guy to know they need to look no further to find the best. My car window was smashed in the middle of the night in the gated parking lot where I live. It started raining heavily that same day and continued for the next few days. I had about $11 in my checking account and knew any cost of the window was going to have to go on credit, which is less than ideal. So I sent out a few quote requests in a complete panic about how am I going to pay for this... and got all sorts of ridiculously high quotes and people telling me they wouldn't get the part for a week. Emilio reached out to me very quickly and seemed like he genuinely wanted to help, not just try to get as much money out of me as possible like some other people out there. He gave me an extremely fair deal and had the part the very next day, came to my work and fixed it, in the rain, having also gone through difficult personal matters and STILL got the job done.
