Regardless of what you are being offered when buying from a broker/dealership, write it down, screen shot your texts, and do not sign anything unless it is totally reflective of what you were being offered(I.e. warranty,dealership certification). Lastly, take it as a sign when something (even if it's minor) fails within those first 72 hours and just return your car. A response from Autoland is not needed- unless they firmly believe there is regular questionable business they're practicing. A good broker service would support what I'm saying (except for the return the car statement) and agree wholeheartedly. Within a day, he located a car at a competitive price. Then I threw him a curve ball by changing the car I was seeking. Ulysses from Autoland was a delight. We went in with the intention of getting a blank check to head to the dealership, but were directed to Ulysses who was already busy. He gave us a minute of his time and we told him what car we were in the market for. We we're looking for a Toyota Venza and it was quite difficult to locate one but Lupe at Autoland was able to get us what we wanted, though my wife was quite pissed when she found out that her brand new Venza already had 140 miles on it. The Toyota dealer in Oxnard had accidentally drove the car putting on the miles. The dealer would not compensate us in any way. They have you by the balls since the inventory is very slim. But Autoland came through waving the $350 transportation fee from LA to San Diego, we also had to drive 30 miles away to pick it up and yet again Autoland came through with a gas card. When we picked it up Alberto gave us the run down on the car. It's pretty sad a company like Toyota could not offer the service that Autoland did. We will for sure use them again.
