The Car I bought 2019 Corolla.
    Aaron B.

Was shopping online and a Corolla caught my eye here. I called and spoke with Domanic, great customer service, he got me in for a test drive within 30 min or so. He got me the Car fax and a deal on the car which was great for me. They got me back into completing the paperwork for the financing part which went smooth as well with Vincent. Overall in and out the door within 2 hrs. Would buy another car here.

    New vehicle Chevy autonation

Amazing car buying experience. Would highly recommend this place if you're looking for a new Chevy. I will be referring anyone over here going forward. I even dealt with the GM Again for the second time during my second vehicle purchase here. Guys just as nice as the first time I met him and a genuine human being. Amazing staff One of the best GM's a store could have. They go out of there way for their customers.

Buyer Beware!!! I found a 2012 Fiat 500C on CarGuru's site…read more I had some others on my short list to look at but I really wanted this one and the price was too good to be true. I noticed the car had been sitting on the lot for some time but I figured that may have been because it was a manual transmission and they aren't as popular nowadays. I went on New Year's Day, spoke to the salesman, went for a test drive, and gave it a once-over. I signed the papers that same day and was on my way. I declined the warranty due to the price of the car and its age. On Jan 10, I was in the car with my disabled son and the car just died as I was coming off an exit ramp. 2 kind souls pushed us off the exit ramp and into the parking lot of a church. Luckily I had AAA so they were able to tow me home. I had to have it towed the following day to a shop nearby to have a diagnostic done. It was then I was given the news that I needed an entire new clutch system installed which in itself would cost $2,683. Including labor I am looking at around $3337. And the sticker price at the dealer for this 'awesome' little car of mine? $3,800. So in essence I paid for 9 days of 'use' for a car for $3,800, or, $422 a day. I tried going to the dealership in person to advise of the issues with my car and see if I could speak to management. He was not there but I was able to speak to my salesman, who proceeded to say that 'they lost money' on my car because it had just been discounted by quite a bit. I started to think that maybe there was another reason the car had been sitting for so long and been 'discounted'. He stated that since I declined the warranty nothing could be done. He did give me the card For the manager and I reached out via email that same evening. He responded promptly and stated that there are many reasons as to why a clutch system can fail and could possibly be due to 'the driver'. He stated as far as the warranty goes, that the warranty they offer wouldn't have covered clutches anyway as it is not a covered component. Regarding manual transmissions, my first car was a manual. I've been driving them since I was 15 years old. I went to this dealership because of their reviews online. We are recent transplants to Arizona from Ohio so it was necessary we do our homework first. I'm sure they didn't build their reputation without standing behind their products. I understand that there are a lot of factors can go into car repair and when or if they will need significant work done. The issue I have is that it is now the end of January, I am still awaiting my car to be fixed, and I will have a $3600+ bill waiting there for me once the repairs are complete. This car should have lasted longer than 9 days. They should be ashamed of themselves stating there is 'nothing' they can do. Their email to me did state that I could 'bring in the car to see what they could do'?! What does that even mean? My car is not drivable. It has been towed multiple times now and I finally know what the issue is. I have been offered no refund of any kind and other than an initial email responding to my concerns that basically amounted to a shrug 'sorry, not sorry', I have not been reached out to or offered any financial compensation for the repairs. Very badly done, Courtesy! I plan on reaching out to the AG and the BBB because this is ridiculous! ***UPDATE*** I received another call today, Jan 23, from the shop stating that the clutch release bearing was damaged as well and needs replaced. Of course no one has this part in stock locally so I am now waiting till next Tuesday at the earliest for use of my car again. This additional part is $280 which brings the total of my repair to $3600+ including taxes and labor. The sticker price on this car when I purchased it on Jan 1 was $3800. So the repairs on my 9 day old car from date of signing on the dotted line will be approximately $200 less than what I paid for the car.

So I recently purchased a truck from this dealership, and from the start everything seemed normal…read more-- regular calls, updates, and invites to come in. Once the truck was finally ready to test drive, I came in, checked it out, and fell in love. I told Melissa (sales rep) and Eddie (sales manager) that I'd been looking at trucks for a while, and I was ready to make a deal, but I needed to talk to my partner first. Right away, Eddie offered to swap my newer tires from my trade-in onto the new truck, and said I'd also get a detail after the rain stopped and a full tank of gas. After going back and forth on numbers, I decided to move forward. When I showed up to sign paperwork, Melissa already seemed annoyed to deal with me. I get that I'm a detailed buyer, but when you're signing a long-term contract for a vehicle you depend on, you have every right to ask questions and negotiate. We agreed on the price and the tire swap. But when I was given the "30-day promise" document, it said "none" under promised items. I told Melissa it needed to list the tires and detail, and she said Eddie told her it didn't have to. I refused to sign without it included. Eddie came out and told me I could just take both trucks and pay to have it done myself -- which was ridiculous, considering it was their offer. At that point, I was ready to walk away. Melissa was visibly angry putting my plates back on my old truck. A few minutes later, Eddie said he'd "eat the cost" and have it done Monday. I agreed, and asked for it to be written on the 30-day note. That's when things went downhill fast. Melissa came back inside and loudly said, "You guys are starting to piss me the f* off."** My partner and I just looked at each other in disbelief. After that, she basically vanished -- no walkthrough, no app setup, no feature overview. When I finally drove off, my "full tank" was actually half. Eddie apologized and said he'd fill it Monday. Melissa texted that "fill it up" only means half a tank. (Still not sure how that makes sense.) On Monday, I dropped the truck off first thing for the tire swap. No communication from Eddie or Melissa. Only Brian in service, who was polite and told me it'd be done by end of day or noon Tuesday. It wasn't. Eddie didn't reply until late that night, saying it'd be ready Tuesday. Then Tuesday turned into Wednesday because they "lost the lug nut key." Randy eventually stepped in and helped get it finished -- he was professional and understanding -- but it's clear he was left cleaning up someone else's mess. The truck wasn't detailed as promised, and when I picked it up, the steering wheel shook and it pulled to the right. Service confirmed no alignment had been done, even though that's standard when changing to larger tires. Now I'm out a detail and likely paying for my own alignment. Long story short, I would never buy another vehicle from Melissa or recommend this dealership to anyone. Once the paperwork was signed, both she and Eddie disappeared, leaving others to deal with their promises. I even left a voicemail for the GM four days ago -- no response. Once they have your money, it feels like you no longer matter. This experience is exactly why so many people hate buying vehicles. Just the last thing I have to add. They charge all these extra.... Air, nitrogen, LoJack, professional tint... and other bs. Their professional printer needs to be fired. I didn't notice it when purchased cause it was cloudy, the back windows are tinted brown... the rest are regular dark blackish tint. Like you want to charge me for that?! Just another thing I'll have to pay for.

After I had paid for the car I removed the dashboard cover because it didn't fit right only to find out the dashboard is falling apart. The car is an all around heap. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!FRAUD ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I…read more I purchased a 2017 Ford F-150 from GOT TRUCK. I Spoke to the owner Rob and made the purchase with their salesman Mike. Mike over billed me by 1000$ due to a miscommunication..in fairness after I caught that report..the 1k was sent back to me . The vehicule in question was sold to me As a theft recovery with no physical damage , I was told the salvage title report would indicate theft recovery but no physical damage. After purchasing , i looked up the Carfax and discovered that the truck was not only stolen/recovered , it also had reported front end damage which ..unfortunately creates "diminished value" There is a big difference in value between a car that has never been wrecked and one that has, even when the repairs are done right, the value is severely Diminished. I was told after I confronted Rob about this that the damage to front end wasn't bad..I tried to explain that the issue isn't so much the damage as much as the fact that the report on this truck indicated damage and this was never disclosed to me . This is FRAUD BY CONCEALMENT, plain and simple.

I had the truck inspected by an independent source, and they found nothing wrong. By washing and detailing the engine compartment, they covered up the fact that there was an oil leak at the top front of the engine. I called the warranty company and they had no record of the warranty on file. I called got trucks back and after speaking to the sales manager, and the service manager, and the finance dept., they indicated they would get this underway. This was seven days after the sale. I will likely not go back to this dealership, as they covered up a serious enough problem. Plus they did not follow through on registering the warranty in due time. I do have the warranty, but I will definitely take it somewhere else to have it repaired. I cannot trust their service department after this incident.
