My husband and I have purchased and leased many vehicles over the years and have had pretty good experiences and one really, really bad experience (Herb Connolly Hyundai in Ma... seriously they were horrible!) and I can honestly say that we have never been treated better or gotten a better deal (we've purchased both new and used at Poulin's) anywhere else. Yes it's a smaller dealership, but the selection is excellent and you really won't find a better price elsewhere, so shopping here is a no brainer; you're getting a great deal from a dealership that cares and you're supporting a local, family owned business that employs our friends and neighbors. It's a real win, win.

i went in to get some parts, a new building and was greeted by an older man in the repair shop…read moretalking to a guy with a dog, which i've seen many times at the place across the street, told me where the parts dept. was so i went around the corner to find a small closet with a chair and a bell...so i went back to older man and said nobody was there he said ring bell so i did, waited ten minutes and nobody came....i went back to old guy and told me parts guy was on the phone"why isn't their a phone where the bell is"??? so, i waited and went back to old guy and he told me to have patience...so i went back and waited for ten minutes and nothing...for the twenty minutes i was there you would have thought this old guy"asshole" would have gotten up and told the parts guy somebody was waiting for him....nope!!!! i know this because i was sitting in an empty waiting room with no tv and nothing, looking to see if anyone was coming or going to help me..i know this man has worked for you for a long time but it's really sad that you have a new building and shit staff to greet people....i was going to get a couple of parts for my ram and look around at a new one but i ordered my parts on line and now i will be going to foss to look at a new truck....you should have stayed where you were and not wasted the money for a new building at least people could go in and get parts and see parts people even if they were on the phone! shitty system! i don't know about you but if someone tells me to have patience.....i'm done!!!!!!!!! that's shitty customer service no matter where you are...no matter the business!

LETHAL NEGLIGENCE AND TOTAL GHOSTING BY MANAGEMENT I am…read morewriting this to warn anyone considering servicing their vehicle at Toyota of Rochester. We experienced two life-threatening incidents due to extreme mechanical negligence, and management is now completely ghosting us. 1. First Incident: After a routine oil change, the car started smoking on the highway. Technicians failed to tighten components correctly, causing a massive oil leak. They admitted fault and gave us a service credit. 2. Second Incident: We used that credit to buy new tires here. After pickup, the car felt dangerously unstable. We took it to another Toyota service center in Dover for an independent inspection. The result was horrifying: ALL 24 WHEEL LUG NUTS WERE LEFT LOOSE. My husband could have lost a wheel on the highway. We have an open case with Toyota Corporate, but the Rochester management has refused to return our calls for over two weeks. I have attached the official report from the Dover service center proving that all 24 bolts were loose. This level of safety violation is criminal. STAY AWAY!

The backup camera didn't work upon purchase and the owner promised to fix it which he didn't and instead paid us the cost of the part to take it somewhere else. We were also promised a 1 year drivetrain warranty which we did not receive. Fast forward 1 year and we have had all of the electronics stop working in the vehicle, replaced radiator hoses and oil lines, and are now looking at at $6,000 bill because the exhaust manifold is cracked.
