It was an early appointment - midweek and the store didn't seem too busy. The young lady Naomi greeted me and checked me in very quickly. I left the truck and went shopping nearby. A little bit over a hour later my truck was done. So again my experience was absolutely fine. I think I was in and out very quickly. Maybe the reservation helped that - not sure. Rich arranged to tow her car to the shop, diagnose the problem, and fix. He called me to let me know her car had also gone out of inspection, so he took care of that and a few other problems as well--keep in mind, he did ALL of this before ever even asking us for a credit card #, just based on our phone call. After, he drove the car home to my MIL, then took her back to the shop so she'd know how to get there when/if she needed anything else done. Felt like we had a member of the family helping us.
